CONGRATULATIONS ON THE DAY OF THE GREAT OCTOBER!

 06.11.2022,

Dear comrades, members of the AUCPB (Nina Andreeva), our supporters in Russia and on the territory of the USSR, our friends and like-minded people in the communist, anti-imperialist and anti-fascist movement abroad!

We congratulate ALL of YOU on the 105th anniversary of the Great October Socialist Revolution, which marked the beginning of a new era of radical resolution of the contradiction between Labor and Capital, the beginning of a new era - the era of the most humane socio-political system - SOCIALISM, building without exploitation and poverty, without social and national oppression, without wars and armed conflicts, a society of truly free working people who look confidently into the future!

We wish ALL OF YOU steadfastness and endurance in the struggle to destroy the capitalist system, to carry out the proletarian revolution!

We wish ALL of YOU inexhaustible faith in the victory of socialism!

We wish ALL of YOU success in the fight against the most monstrous offspring of imperialism - fascism!

We wish ALL of YOU to firmly and boldly carry the banner of struggle for the national independence and sovereignty of their countries from the international banditry of the imperialist USA, striving for world domination!

We wish ALL of YOU international unity in the struggle for peace on planet Earth!

The Great October created on earth the world's first multinational socialist state of workers and peasants - the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, where peoples lived in peace and friendship, man was comrade, friend and brother to man.

WE, the USSR, were the most reading country in the world, the first country to conquer space, the first with universal suffrage, the best education system in the world, with free medicine for everyone, a great sports power, a state that the whole world reckoned with, a country saved the world from fascism.

The Great October Socialist Revolution gave the working people such benefits and freedoms that citizens of the present capitalist Russian Federation and other capitalist states formed as a result of a counter-revolutionary coup in the USSR cannot even dream of.

The rights that the working people of the USSR had were obtained by them for the first time in the world as a result of the conquests of the Great October Revolution.

The right to an eight-hour working day and the right to paid annual leave.

Right to work. Moreover, graduates of Soviet educational institutions had the right to compulsory employment with the provision of housing in the form of a hostel or apartment.

The right to free general and vocational education. Moreover, both secondary vocational education and higher education. Schoolchildren were provided with food and textbooks free of charge.

The right to free use of preschool institutions: nurseries, kindergartens, pioneer camps.

The right to free quality medical care. And medicines were available.

The right to free sanatorium treatment in the best sanatoriums and resorts of the USSR.

The right to free housing.

The right to freely express one's views on all problems of society.

All these rights were secured and guaranteed by the Soviet system based on public property. Plants and factories, land and its subsoil, premises and printing houses belonged to the working people.

We wish everyone who has remained faithful to our beautiful Soviet Socialist Motherland confidence and strength in the field of struggle for the revival of the USSR!

The world today is restless. After the destruction of the USSR by the traitors of the Socialist Motherland, bloody interethnic conflicts do not stop on our land. The imperialists pit the peoples against each other and sow enmity between them.

We wish the working people on the territory of the USSR peace and friendship, as it was in the USSR!

We wish the militias of Novorossiya, who are fighting for peace in their land, the Russian servicemen, who are doing their duty, fortitude and courage in defending our Motherland!

At the same time, we remind the workers of the sacred commandment of our classics Lenin and Stalin: in order to achieve peace on Earth, it is necessary to destroy capitalism - the source of wars.

On the reunification of the DPR, LPR, Zaporozhye and Kherson regions with RussiaThe position of the Secretariat of the Central Committee of the AUCPB (Nina Andreeva)

 15.10.2022,

On September 23-27, referendums on joining the Russian Federation were held in the Donetsk People's Republic, Luhansk People's Republic, Kherson and Zaporozhye regions.

The overwhelming majority of residents of the DPR, LPR, Kherson and Zaporozhye regions voted for joining Russia. In the DPR, 99.23% of voters approved joining the Russian Federation, in the LPR - 98.42%, in the Zaporozhye region - 93.11% and in the Kherson region - 87.5%. The turnout, taking into account the polling stations in Russia, was: in the DPR - 97.5%, 2,131,207 people took part in the voting, in the LPR - 94.14%, or 1,662,607 voters, in the Zaporozhye region 85.4%, or 541 voted 093 people, and in the Kherson region - 78.86%, or 571,001 people.

For the first four days, in order to ensure security, voting was conducted by mobile election commissions in the buildings of schools, theaters, in the adjacent territories, as well as by targeted visits to residents. On the last day of voting, it was possible to cast one's vote at the polling stations. In the territories of Russia where voting for refugees was organized, it was possible to vote at polling stations during all five days.

The turnout was calculated from the number of voters included in the lists at the end of voting. This is due to the fact that at the polling stations that were formed outside the regions, the lists were compiled from scratch: they included voters who came to vote and presented the necessary documents. In addition, in the territories liberated after February 24 as part of the DPR and LPR, the electoral lists at the time the referendums began were preliminary and replenished as people who had the right to vote in each specific polling station came and presented registration documents.

The voting was monitored by observers, in addition to the Russian Federation, from Italy, Germany, Mexico, Brazil, Venezuela, Latvia and 45 other countries from five continents, who followed the course of the referendums. All observers acknowledged the openness of the referendum and the high level of public confidence in its organization. So, for example, the international observer Mexican writer Israel Gomez Arconada stressed that international observers did not record the fact of pressure on the referendum in the LPR. An international observer from Brazil, a columnist for Krasny Zhurnal, Enrique Dominguez, said in an interview with TASS that the people working on the referendum in the Zaporozhye region were very well prepared and took their work very seriously. In addition, he paid special attention to the fact that people vote voluntarily, they are not pressured.

The presence of the Russian armed forces did not affect the voluntary and free will of the population. Russian military personnel only ensured order and security in the conditions of massive artillery strikes of the Ukrainian Armed Forces on crowded places and civilian objects.

Thus, analyzing the results of the referendums, we, the VKPB (Nina Andreeva), state that the past referendums are really a direct, voluntary and free manifestation of the will of the inhabitants of the liberated part of Novorossia to become part of Russia. The people of Novorossia have exercised their legitimate right to self-determination, enshrined in the UN Charter.

The imperialist West and their liberal and Trotskyist servitors in Russia raised a wild cry about "Russia's annexation of part of Ukraine." These statements are invalid. Recall that annexation is the seizure of the territory of a foreign state " AGAINST THE WILL OF ITS POPULATION " and thereby a violation of the "SELF-DETERMINATION OF THE NATION" ( V.I. Lenin , Poln. sobr. soch., vol. 27, p. 288 and vol. 30, page 26). The people of New Russia expressed their will to separate from Ukraine and unite with Russia in accordance with the right of peoples to self-determination.

It is the United States, striving for world domination, that grossly violates the principles of international law. Consider the Kosovo incident. Using Albanian terrorists, the US bombed Yugoslavia. Kosovo Albanians declared independence from Serbia. The West immediately recognized Kosovo. The West did not care about the fact that there was no referendum, or discrimination against the Serbian minority, or the territorial integrity of Serbia. In other words, the United States declares some nations separatists if it is unprofitable for them, other nations recognize it if it is beneficial for them.

We respond calmly to all the heart-rending cries of the West and the pro-American fifth column in Russia: there was a referendum.

Big New Russia from Kharkov to Odessa has always gravitated toward Russia. Novorossiya was historically formed as part of the Russian state, that is, on Russian territory, and not on the territory that Ukrainian nationalists consider "primordially Ukrainian."

In a number of regions of Novorossia, Russians make up more than 50% of the population. The Russian population is concentrated in the regions adjacent to Russia. In urban centers and industrial areas, the Russian population predominates. The vast majority of the entire population of the eastern and southern regions of Ukraine considers Russian to be their mother tongue.

At the moment, not the entire territory of Novorossiya has been liberated from the neo-Banderists. LPR and Kherson region are almost completely liberated. Approximately half of the DPR and three-quarters of the Zaporozhye region have been liberated (the regional center, the city of Zaporozhye, is under the control of the Kyiv regime; in the liberated territory, the center is the city of Melitopol). According to the leaders of the DPR and the Zaporozhye region, referendums in the unliberated territories of the Donetsk and Zaporozhye regions will take place after their liberation. Other regions that are also part of Novorossia: Kharkiv, Dnepropetrovsk (formerly Yekaterinoslav), Nikolaev and Odessa are (let's hope not for long) under the control of Bandera.

On September 30, in the Georgievsky Hall of the Kremlin, a ceremony was held to sign agreements on the admission to Russia of the Donetsk People's Republic, the Lugansk People's Republic, the Zaporozhye Region and the Kherson Region and the formation of new subjects of the Russian Federation.

On October 5, after passing the necessary legislative procedures in the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation, the State Duma and the Federation Council of the Russian Federation, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed four federal constitutional laws on the admission of these territories to Russia.

Thus, the Donetsk and Luhansk People's Republics, Zaporozhye and Kherson regions are included in the Russian Federation as subjects.

The DPR and LPR will retain the status of republics and their former names, the state language will be Russian. Zaporozhye and Kherson regions will become part of the Russian Federation as separate regions. The limits of the republics and regions are determined "on the day of their formation and acceptance into the Russian Federation." The borders connected with the territory of a foreign state (in this case, Ukraine) will be the state border of Russia. At the same time, the DPR and LPR are part of the Russian Federation within the 2014 borders established in their constitutions.

Citizens of the Russian Federation residing in the territories of the DPR, LPR, Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions will be recognized as documents on education issued to them earlier in the DPR, LPR, in Ukraine, work experience, the right to receive pensions, social and medical assistance (the Ukrainian fascist regime deprived residents of Donbass all allowances and pensions ). The currency will be the ruble. The armed forces of the Donetsk and Luhansk People's Republics will be included in the Russian armed forces.

Until the election of the heads of the new regions, they will be led by temporary acting heads appointed by the current heads of the DPR, LPR, Zaporozhye and Kherson regions. Elections of regional parliaments will be held on a single voting day in September 2023.

We, the VKPB (of Nina Andreeva), welcome the reunification of the liberated part of Novorossiya with Russia. We fully support the will of the population of the DPR, LPR, Zaporozhye and Kherson regions and the decision of the Russian leadership to admit them to Russia.

Supporting the entry of Novorossia into Russia, the VKPB (Nina Andreeva) proceeds from the Leninist position on the right of peoples to self-determination. It equally presupposes both the freedom of separation and the freedom of rapprochement and association . IN AND. Lenin and I.V. Stalin emphasized that the national question, which provides for the right of the nation to self-determination, is decided in each specific case from the point of view of the struggle of the working people for democratic rights and for socialism.

From the very beginning of the establishment of the fascist dictatorship in Ukraine, the VKPB (Nina Andreeva) supported the struggle of the Russian and Russian-speaking population for their democratic rights, including the right to study in their native language.

The VKPB (Nina Andreeva) supported the referendums in Crimea and Sevastopol and their reunification with Russia and the referendums on the declaration of independence of the DNR and LNR.

The VKPB (Nina Andreeva) supported the idea of the head of the DPR, Alexander Zakharchenko, to create a new independent state of Little Russia as part of the DPR and LPR with a course towards joining the Union State of Russia and Belarus and considered this idea in the context of the struggle of all anti-fascist forces to overthrow the Bandera junta.

" Novorossiya should become an example for the entire population of Ukraine of a successful struggle for their inalienable rights - both national and economic, and for the right to self-determination, enshrined in the UN Charter " ( N.A. Andreeva . The future belongs to socialism, Leningrad, 2018, p. 574).

The incessant ferocious onslaught of the neo-Bandera Nazis, powerfully backed by NATO weapons, on the Russian-speaking population of Novorossiya confronted them with a choice: to be under the protection of Russia or to be exterminated and expelled from their land . It was solely for the purpose of self-defense that the people of Novorossia decided to join the Russian Federation.

It should also be noted that the fierce confrontation in Ukraine over the course of eight years has shown that the working class and the anti-fascist forces of Donbass are not yet READY to stand alone against the neo-Bandera regime on their own. Unfortunately, the murder of the leaders of the people's militia significantly undermined the strength of the anti-fascists.

We cannot discount the fact that Ukraine is under direct external control of the United States and is essentially deprived of its independence. The West is already openly discussing options for dividing Ukraine. Hungary, Romania and especially Poland claim their rights to the Transcarpathian region, the Slavic territories of Bukovina, Bessarabia, Western Ukraine (while Poland also claims Western Belarus, along the border of which the Polish armed forces are already saber-rattling with might and main). These NATO members are just waiting for the front command from Washington. Ukraine has essentially ceased to be an independent state and is falling apart.

The state border of the Russian Federation is now the western border of the annexed Novorossiya. This undoubtedly creates confidence in the security of the population of Novorossiya and cools the ardor of Zelensky, drunk on NATO arms supplies.

Today, the working people of Novorossiya need to achieve peace and tranquility on the land of Donbass, it is necessary to decisively curb the neo-Banderites, who are distraught from impunity, massively shelling Donbass, killing civilians, which is possible only after the military defeat of Ukrainian Nazi gangs throughout Ukraine . (If the overthrow of the Kyiv junta is not achieved, then the conflict will take on a smoldering character, it will only be mothballed for a while and then flare up with renewed vigor. Therefore, there can be no peace with the Nazis and it is necessary to fully implement all the goals of the special operation for demilitarization and denazification declared by the leadership of the Russian Federation Ukraine).

It is necessary to restore industrial enterprises, roads, schools, hospitals, theaters, and the entire civilian infrastructure destroyed in the conditions of hostilities. It is necessary to resume teaching children in schools in Russian, seeking objective and truthful coverage of the period of our Soviet history. It is necessary to eradicate the entire Nazi Bandera ideology, especially among the younger generation...

It is necessary to demand from the leadership of the Russian Federation the provision of effective multilateral assistance in restoring the economy and civil infrastructure, the provision of humanitarian, medical and other assistance, and the improvement of the living conditions of the population.

The first urgent task of the people of Novorossiya is to firmly gain a foothold in their positions, immediately liberate that part of the DPR and the Zaporozhye region, which is still under the control of Kyiv, and organize reliable protection of the new state borders.

These are the next TACTICAL OBJECTIVES.

On the other hand, setting the STRATEGIC OBJECTIVE of guaranteeing the interests of the working people, we warn the working class of Donbass and the workers of all Novorossia: bourgeois Russia has not been brought liberation from oppression and exploitation to the working people of Novorossia.

The appetites of the Russian bourgeoisie are no less than the appetites of the Ukrainian oligarchs. The Russian bourgeoisie destroyed the Soviet Union, destroyed the national economy of Russia, its science, education, medicine and led the country to poverty and abyss. The Russian bourgeoisie brings with it anti-Sovietism and anti-communism. The Russian bourgeoisie will covet the enterprises of Donbass in order to make a profit, exploit the working people of Novorossia, siphon natural resources from Novorossia and make huge profits on this ...

The most important question is in whose hands, in the hands of WHAT CLASS, will the property, first of all, the instruments and means of production, plants and factories, be in the private property of the capitalists or in the hands of the working class. The working class of Donbass will need to achieve the transfer of the means of production to the ownership of the working people.

A very important issue, as taught by V.I. Lenin, is the QUESTION OF POWER, TO WHOM IT BELONS - TO THE BOURGEOSIS OR TO THE PROLETARIAT.

We call on the working class of Donbass, together with the working class of Russia, to ultimately fight for the destruction of all oppression and exploitation, both on the part of the Ukrainian bourgeoisie and on the part of the Russian bourgeoisie, for the destruction of capitalist oppression through the restoration of SOCIALISM.

In conclusion, we, the VKPB (of Nina Andreeva), appeal to the working people living on the territory of the USSR with an appeal:

- provide all-round ideological and organizational support to the communist and anti-fascist forces of Novorossia;

 - to fight together with them for the friendship of the peoples of the USSR, for the restoration of our common Motherland - the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics;

- explain to the people in their propaganda that only socialism is able to free the world from armed conflicts and ensure the peaceful coexistence of peoples;

- explain to the people the historical inevitability of the proletarian revolution and prepare for it .

IN HOT PURSUIT. MOSCOW OCTOBER 1993

 02.10.2022,

From the beginning of 1993, it became clear to many that the restoration of capitalism in our country was reaching a hopeless dead end...

The contradictions between the mafia-based, comprador bourgeoisie, relying on foreign capital, and the growing Russian national capital have escalated to the limit. On the surface of political life, sharp fights between these main clans resulted in scandalous fights between Yeltsin and Rutskoi, Khasbulatov and Gaidar and Chernomyrdin. Soon the conflict between them turned into a confrontation between the legislative-representative (Soviets) and executive authorities (the government, the president and his deputies). The struggle between them took on the ugly form of a "war of compromise", i.e. mutual exposure of the Russian rulers-restorers. There is not a single politician left in the upper echelons of power who has not been accused of corruption, bribery, abuse of power.

In 1993, the Soviets completely exhausted themselves as the legislative body for the restoration of capitalism. As such, they were doomed to liquidation. It was only unknown whether they would self-liquidate at the next Congress of People's Deputies, as was the case with the Supreme Soviet and the Congress of People's Deputies of the USSR, or whether the president would have to dissolve them through his anti-constitutional acts ...

The culmination was the Congress of the Peoples of the USSR, held in Moscow on September 20, 1993, in which delegates from all republics took part. The Congress did not follow the lead of the national bourgeoisie, which, hiding behind it, tried to saddle the unification process. We (VKPB, approx .) warned the Congress about the illusory nature of hopes that the reconstruction of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics can be carried out by the forces of the present Soviets, which have nothing in common with socialist democracy. It is also impossible to revive the USSR under the leadership of partyocrats-werewolfs and nomenklatura capitulators from the former CPSU, who, led by Gorbachev, ensured the victory of the bourgeois counter-revolution. The congress was held under the slogans of the Marxist-Leninists.

(N.A. Andreeva spoke at the Congress of the Peoples of the USSR, at which she voiced the most important thesis that “the Soviet Union was being destroyed from above, and it will have to be restored from below ”, i.e. in a revolutionary way, approx .)

The next day, the president issued a decree banning the activities of the left-wing Supreme Soviet and the Congress of People's Deputies of Russia, which had gathered in the White House. The AUCPB characterized this illegal action as a dangerous political provocation that opened the next stage of the crisis of bourgeois statehood. Yeltsin, not having achieved the self-dissolution of the Soviets, went to disperse them by force ...

Unfortunately, quite a few communists and patriots did not initially understand that both the presidential and parliamentary factions of the bourgeoisie were only fighting for different ways and means of restoring capitalism. The petty-bourgeois democrats in the Supreme Soviet expressed the interests of the most cautious branch of the national bourgeoisie, which, faced with the lawlessness of plundering the country, sought to make privatization "plastic" and put it on a "civilized" course. They saw, apparently, that the "construction of capitalism" in Russia was collapsing, and one could expect historical retribution for what they had done together with Gorbachev and Yeltsin. Their slogan "no revolutions" was taken up by Zyuganov and other pro-Gorbachev partycrats...

The paramilitary fascist organization became the main support of the political and military leadership of the besieged White House. If the communists arriving at the White House were denied the issuance of weapons, then the Barkashovites with a swastika on their sleeves were armed to the teeth and performed the duties of personal protection of the White House leadership.

With a clearly provocative purpose, a parade of fascists was arranged, who marched in front of telephoto lenses under a hated red banner. Apparently, this was done so that later all the defenders of the Supreme Soviet could be enlisted as communist fascists. As for the First Motorized Rifle Regiment of the Supreme Soviet of the Russian Federation, formed from communists, Cossacks and patriots, being completely unarmed, it played the role of auxiliary labor, was deprived of centralized food, places of rest and other means of life support. As a result of such political discrimination, a massive exodus of supporters of socialism from the ranks of the defenders of the Supreme Soviet of Russia began. It became clear to many that a trap was being prepared for the communists on both sides.

The workers also did not support the White House, seeing in the speeches of Khasbulatov and Rutskoy another attempt at an apex coup with unclear consequences for the people. The majority of working people remained deaf to the calls of the Supreme Soviet to support it with strikes and strikes. The Union of Officers showed its mobilization and organizational failure, deceitfully deprived of its leader, who was subjected to brutal beatings. There was a split in the leadership of the National Salvation Front. The country's communist movement, deeply affected by the opportunism inherited from Gorbachev's CPSU, also failed to fulfill its vanguard role. (VKPB activists took an active part in the defense of the Supreme Council. But the VKPB was created recently in November 1991 and did not yet have sufficient forces, note.). There were many provocateurs and adventurers in the White House, lovers of revolution and war.

While confusion and uncertainty were growing among the leadership of the Supreme Soviet, the reactionaries gathered and strengthened their forces. Elite military units were drawn to the White House, which were paid for the service of the president in dollars. Shortly before this, Yeltsin visited their quarters and financed them with billions of rubles. Special purpose units of the ministries of internal affairs and state security were put into action. In the St. Danilov Monastery, a negotiating rigmarole was started. As Cossack intelligence reported, female snipers from the Baltic states were contracted to protect the president, whose hands were up to the elbow in the blood of the defenders of Transnistria. Along with these mercenaries, the Zionist combat squads of the Baitarites were brought up, some of them were outfitted in riot police uniforms.

In order to blame everything on the communists, provocations were organized near the television studio in Ostankino, where the unarmed protesting crowd went to ask for airtime for the opposition to speak.

On the morning of October 3, the assault on the White House began. The newest tanks and self-propelled installations from large-caliber barrels shot the building of the Supreme Council for six hours, which soon caught fire, having received severe damage. The defenders could not respond to the hail of shells. The vast majority of people in the White House had no weapons, but no one threw the white flag of surrender ...

Rutskoi and his general immediately lost leadership of the defending defenders of the White House. In the burning rooms and corridors of the parliament, the Russian bourgeois democracy ingloriously ended its journey. Tank guns at close range shot the illusions of the philistines and townsfolk, who still considered "civilized" capitalism possible in Russia. This was the first time in world history that a parliament was shot down with artillery fire. There were many examples when kings, kings, presidents with their households and guards were killed, their palaces were destroyed, but such a crackdown on the parliament elected by the people - this has never happened anywhere else. The gunfire on the Supreme Soviet announced to the whole world that fascism is approaching in Russia, acting in the guise of Yeltsin's demo-fascism. Here Russia was on the same board of shame with Chile,

Despite the unpredictability in the politics of the current rulers of Russia, the act of political banditry committed in Moscow at the state level was still a natural phenomenon arising from the development of the restoration process. The first stage of capitalization has been completed. Yeltsin has now removed all the barriers to the privatization of political power by big capital, liquidating the Soviet system both in the center and in the regions. If the Gorbachev clique in the course of counter-revolutionary perestroika liquidated the Soviets as ORGANIZATIONS OF SOCIALIST PUBLIC POWER, then Yeltsin did away with the Soviets as ORGANIZATIONS OF BOURGEOIS-LIBERAL REFORMISM...

The armed defeat of the Supreme Soviet showed that bourgeois reformism leads not to the improvement of socialism, not to the elimination of its real and imaginary shortcomings, not to social justice for working people, but to the destruction of society and all its foundations. It is not political pluralism and freedom, not democracy and humanism, not well-being and prosperity that the restoration of capitalism brings to the people, but, on the contrary, the deprivation of the working people of all social gains, legal chaos up to the deprivation of the right to life, the transformation of Soviet people into victims of tyranny and reaction. The fatality that the counter-revolution brings has become obvious to many ...

The experience of a tough confrontation with Yeltsinism showed the Soviet communists and patriots the limited possibilities of boundless, self-sufficient rallies, the inadmissibility of indecision and hesitation in the leadership of the struggle against the anti-people regime, the futility and harmfulness of petty-bourgeois games to seize power and other so-called "simple solutions" to complex political issues of defeating the counter-revolution.

STATEMENT by the Secretariat of the Central Committee of the AUCPB (Nina Andreeva) on the referendum in Novorossia and partial mobilization in Russia

 26.09.2022, 15:41 Seal Email

By decision of the leadership of the Donetsk and Luhansk People's Republics, as well as the Zaporozhye and Kherson regions liberated from Ukrainian neo-Nazis, after the appeal of public organizations, on September 23-27, 2022, referendums are held on the entry of these territories into the Russian Federation.

The ballot paper in the DPR (LPR) includes the question: “Are you in favor of the Donetsk People’s Republic (Luhansk People’s Republic) joining the Russian Federation as a subject of the Russian Federation?” The ballots are printed only in Russian, which in the DPR (LPR) has the status of a state language.

The following question was put to the vote in the Zaporozhye region (Kherson region): “Are you in favor of secession of the Zaporozhye region (Kherson region) from Ukraine, formation of an independent state by the Zaporozhye region (Kherson region) and its entry into the Russian Federation as a subject of the Russian Federation?” Voting ballots are printed in two languages - Ukrainian and Russian.

Almost simultaneously with the adoption in four regions of Novorossia of the decision to hold referendums on joining Russia, on September 21, 2022, President of Russia V. Putin signed the Decree “On the announcement of partial mobilization in the Russian Federation”. Partial mobilization was announced on the day the decree was published, i.e. from September 21, 2022. The published decree establishes that "Citizens of the Russian Federation called up for military service by mobilization have the status of military personnel serving in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation under a contract."

The recent decisions taken in Novorossia and Russia are currently of great importance for the further development of events both around Ukraine and on a global scale.

As has been repeatedly noted in the documents of the AUCPB (Nina Andreeva), the main cause of the crisis situation on the territory of Ukraine and the entire territory of the USSR, as well as the aggravation of the general crisis of the world system of imperialism, fraught with the outbreak of World War III with the destruction of mankind, is the destruction of the Great Power - the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics - traitors to the Soviet Motherland. Long before the tragic events, the General Secretary of the Central Committee of the All-Union Communist Party of Belarus, N.A. Andreeva, warned the leadership of the CPSU and the Soviet public about the impending catastrophe and proposed effective measures, but, unfortunately, she was never heard in the highest instances of the CPSU, because the idea of bourgeois reformism was gaining momentum there . NOBODY (!) From the top leadership of the party and the state showed due activity in the defense of the Soviet Motherland,

The most ugly forms of nationalism in the form of Bandera neo-Nazism are observed after the 2014 coup in Ukraine. Neo-Nazis staged a genocide of the people of Donbass, banned the use of the Russian language throughout Ukraine, and established a fascist dictatorship in the country. In view of the complete inability to negotiate the Kyiv regime, ruled by the imperialists of the West, who were preparing it for war with Russia, the Russian leadership decided to launch on February 24, 2022 a military special operation to demilitarize and denazify Ukraine.

The VKPB (of Nina Andreeva) supported the conduct of the anti-fascist operation, hoping that the leadership of the Russian Armed Forces would take advantage of the colossal technical advantage in comparison with the army of the neo-Banderist regime. However, having successfully launched the operation, the leadership of the VSR lost its advantage and did not develop success. Moreover, after the talks in Istanbul, it once again took the word of the neo-Bandera leadership of Ukraine - the puppet of the United States - and withdrew its troops from the territory of the Kyiv and Chernihiv regions, which Zelensky's puppeteers immediately took advantage of. It became clear that the Russian leadership, having believed the false promises of the Ukrainian negotiators, "fell for the bait" of their Western curators, whose goal is to drag out the military conflict in Ukraine. On this occasion, 30.03.

Then the completely incomprehensible actions of the Russian military leadership began: despite the warnings of military analysts that it is necessary to destroy communications on the territory of Ukraine (bridges, railway junctions, etc.), through which Western weapons are delivered to the country, still the most advanced types Western weapons were in the areas of clashes. Therefore, instead of the Soviet types of weapons, which were previously equipped with the Armed Forces of Ukraine and destroyed by the Russian military, Western equipment has now arrived, and the shelling of the peaceful cities of Donbass has intensified.

There was a lot of talk about strikes on decision-making centers, but for some reason this has not really been carried out yet. Having decided to fight with white gloves, refraining from attacks on Ukrainian authorities and infrastructure facilities, not daring to stop the pumping of hydrocarbons, protecting Ukrainian cities and population, the Russian military brought things to shelling our territories, attacks by Ukrainian sabotage groups on Russian border guards and riot police .

And, finally, as a cold shower for Russian society, which has long been waiting for the defeat of Ukrainian fascism, was the offensive of the Armed Forces of Ukraine from September 6 to September 10 near Kharkov, as a result of which Russian troops left the cities of Balakleya, Izyum, Kupyansk, etc., previously liberated from neo-Bandera. This story forced many to take off their rose-colored glasses and realize the need to change the tactics of the special military operation (SVO), as well as the entire style of public administration and work with society. Unfortunately, the result of the retreat of Russian troops from the territory of the Kharkov region was the return of neo-Banderites to the abandoned settlements, the restoration of the terrorist regime by them, the death of residents who collaborated with Russia and did not have time or for some reason could not evacuate, school teachers are subjected to special terror, switched to Russian programs.

At the same time, Moscow was celebrating City Day in a grand and pompous manner, launching 30,000 fireworks, and President Vladimir Putin personally opened the largest Ferris wheel in Europe. Everything was clearly worked out according to pre-drawn plans, because the “Set aside!” nobody gave.

Therefore, regarding the retreat near Kharkov, the country is waiting for the debriefing, shocked by the defeat, people want to know the specific culprits of this failure. The media commenting on the situation report: there were eight times more advancing non-Banderists than Russian troops defending the city near Kharkov. Then the question arises: where did the Russian intelligence look?

In an address before the start of the NWO, V. Putin sharply criticized the Soviet leadership for the mistakes allegedly made in 1940-1941. And some modern bourgeois figures criticize the Soviet leadership for the "bungling" shown in the initial period of the Great Patriotic War. Yes, there was “bungling” (for example, the commander of the Western Front, D. Pavlov, was shot for failures in leading defensive battles in Belarus in 1941), but there was no such total betrayal in the leadership of the country and the Red Army, which was shown in Gorbachev’s Yeltsin leadership in 1991.

As for the announced and already ongoing referendum in the DPR, LPR, liberated Zaporozhye and Kherson regions, the need for it is long overdue. In the Soviet Union, where the economy worked efficiently, and the Ukrainian SSR was a republic with advanced science, industry and agriculture, developing at an enormous pace, there were no contradictions between the regions, including interethnic ones. However, after the counter-revolutionary coup of 1991, problems began to arise, the roots of which were contained in the pre-revolutionary bourgeois past. The territory of Novorossia was formed as a result of the victories of the Russian army of the time of Catherine II over the Turks, after which the entire Black Sea region with Crimea went to Russia. On the annexed territory, the Novorossiysk province was formed with the center in Yekaterinoslav (Dnepropetrovsk). At the moment, the Novorossiya region actually includes eight regions: Luhansk, Donetsk, Kharkov, Zaporozhye, Dnepropetrovsk, Kherson, Nikolaev and Odessa. After joining the named lands from all over Russia, settlers went, and historically it so happened that most of the population of this region was Russian-speaking.

This population did not accept the fascist coup carried out by the neo-Banderists in Kiev in February 2014, who banned the Russian language and began to implement a policy of terror against the Russian-speaking population. The Russian-speaking population resisted the Nazis, the inhabitants of the Donetsk and Lugansk republics managed to defend their independence and create the DPR and LPR, and the resistance in Odessa and Kharkov was brutally suppressed by neo-Bandera. At present, the population of the DPR, LPR and the liberated Zaporozhye and Kherson regions, exhausted by fascist terror and war, wants to link their fate with Russia forever.

People living in these territories hope for protection from Russia. The situation will also change for the actions of the Russian army, it will no longer be assistance provided to the people living in territories that are subject to fascist aggression, but the defense of their Russian territory with all the advantages arising from this provision. The best opportunities also arise to increase the combat effectiveness of the Russian army with the complete subordination of the allied military formations of the DPR-LPR to a single Russian command.

As is known, the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights and the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights of December 16, 1966 (both covenants - article 1) stipulate: “ All peoples have the right to self-determination. By virtue of this right, they freely determine their political status and freely pursue their economic, social and cultural development ... ". And this right must be exercised by the population of the above-named territories.

The Secretariat of the Central Committee of the All-Union Communist Party of Belarus (Nina Andreeva) supports the holding of referendums in the Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republics, as well as in the Zaporozhye and Kherson regions liberated from Ukrainian neo-Nazis, on the entry of these territories into the Russian Federation.

At the same time, the change in the state borders of the republics in no way contradicts the strategic goal of the All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks - the revival of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics. As noted in the “Position of the Secretariat of the Central Committee of the All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks” dated August 3, 2017: “When the working people restore Soviet power on the territory of Ukraine, the future will show whether there will be one Ukrainian SSR again, or there will be several Soviet republics that will enter the USSR with new names. This, most likely, will be decided by the peoples of the Soviet regions of Ukraine in their referendums.” Our position remains unchanged: holding referendums is the most democratic form of resolving territorial issues.

Recent events on the territory of the former Ukraine: the failures of the Russian Armed Forces in the Kharkiv region, the increasing involvement of the imperialist West in the aggressive war against Russia, which sets the task of dismembering and destroying Russia, the NWO, which has dragged on for more than seven months, threatening to bring down the Russian economy, have shown that new decisions regarding the strengthening of the Russian army.

In order to fulfill the tasks of the NVO for the demilitarization and denazification of Ukraine, it is necessary to liberate the entire territory of Ukraine from fascism . It is practically impossible to do this with the current size of the Russian contract contingent, besides, the stretching of the front for 1200 km does not allow for the necessary density of troops along its entire line.

The VKPB (Nina Andreeva) has always been an opponent of the contract system of army formation, adopted in bourgeois countries. Historical experience shows that mercenary armies that fight for money, and not for the Motherland, are inferior in morale to those whose patriotism is based on conscience.

Under the circumstances, the VKPB (Nina Andreeva) supports the partial mobilization announced in the Russian Federation, because there is no other way out.

The task of defeating fascism on the territory of Ukraine, protecting the sovereignty and integrity of Russia, which opposes the collective imperialist West, is noble and fair. The fascist regime in Ukraine is an obstacle to the struggle for SOCIALISM on the territory of the USSR.

We believe that it is necessary to intensify educational work in the Russian army on the examples of SOVIET patriotism, on the examples of the heroes of the Great Patriotic War.

Gorbachev - a traitor to the Socialist Motherland- statement of All Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks(Andreeva)

 25.09.2022,

We, the VKPB (Nina Andreeva), on the one hand, accepted the information about the death on August 30 of M.S. Gorbachev with the thought that one villain and criminal on earth has become less, on the other, with great regret that Gorbachev escaped the people's retribution for what he had done.

Gorbachev should have been tried by the People's Tribunal and publicly hanged for:

- treason to the Socialist Motherland;

(Treason to the motherland in all states of the world is considered as the gravest crime with a sentence of capital punishment.)

- betrayal of the cause of Lenin, the Great October Socialist Revolution, the Great Victory over fascism under the leadership of I.V. Stalin, for which millions of lives of Soviet people were paid;

- active participation as the main ideologist and organizer of perestroika , which we regard only as “ a betrayal of the interests of the Soviet people, a betrayal of our entire heroic and glorious Soviet history, its 70 years of exploits and victories, a betrayal of the memory and heroic deeds of those who remained on the battlefields during the Second World War, defending not only their own home and shelter, but also saving humanity from Hitlerism, saving a number of nations from complete physical extermination planned by German fascism "( N.A. Andreeva );

- conspiracy with the imperialist West to destroy socialism, which Gorbachev himself admitted:

“... The goal of my whole life was the destruction of communism ... I was fully supported by my wife ... and it was for this purpose that I used my position in the party and in the country ... and that is why my wife kept pushing me to ensure that I consistently occupy more and more a higher position in the country ... To achieve this (my goal, approx .) I had to replace the entire leadership of the CPSU and the USSR, as well as the leadership in all socialist countries ... I managed to find associates in the implementation of these goals. Among them, a special place is occupied by A.N. Yakovlev and E.A. Shevardnadze, whose merits in our common cause are simply invaluable ” ( Gorbachev . Speech at a seminar at an American university in Turkey. Sov. Russia, 2000, August 19).

(A.N. Yakovlev, the architect of perestroika, was recruited by the CIA in the 70s long before Gorbachev, approx .)

- the destruction of the world's first socialist state of workers and peasants - the USSR, which led to interethnic conflicts and incessant bloodshed on the territory of the USSR;

( Gorbachev bears full responsibility for the blood that spilled on the territory of the USSR after the counter-revolutionary coup and is currently being shed in Ukraine and the Donbass. )

- the collapse of the socialist economy of the USSR, which undermined the faith of working people in socialism not only in the USSR, but also abroad;

- the betrayal of the German Democratic Republic and all the people's democracies where capitalism was restored, earlier than in the USSR;

- the betrayal of the international communist movement, which was plunged into a deep crisis as a result of the bourgeois counter-revolution carried out by the highest partocrats of the CPSU in the USSR;

- betrayal of the national liberation movement, which led to the overthrow of many progressive regimes focused on cooperation with the USSR;

- the dissolution of the Warsaw bloc of socialist states, created with a defensive purpose in opposition to the aggressive encroachments of the NATO bloc led by the fascist imperialist USA, which turned into a threat to the whole world, NATO's advance to the East, the planting of fascism all over the earth and creating a threat of destruction of Russia.

Gorbachev's betrayal led to a sharp change in the balance of power in the world arena in favor of imperialism, which is fraught with a third world, already nuclear, war in which there will be no winners.

Gorbachev shook the faith of the disadvantaged all over the world that it is possible to build a society without exploitation, without unemployment, where friendship of peoples of different nationalities and religions reigns, where each people can develop their culture and speak their own language, where everyone can get a free higher education to work in accordance with his vocation and abilities.

The VKPB does not reduce the reasons for the restoration of capitalism and the destruction of the USSR only to the betrayal of Gorbachev and the subversive actions of the imperialist states, which spent billions of dollars to remove the USSR from the political map of the world. We proceed from the fact that Gorbachev's perestroika was the logical conclusion of the negative processes in ideology, politics, economics and culture after the death of I.V. Stalin and the XX Congress of the CPSU (1956), at which N.S. Khrushchev delivered a slanderous, anti-Stalinist report that began the destruction of the foundations of the socialist economy and the degeneration of the CPSU from the revolutionary party of the working class, as it was under Lenin and Stalin, into a revisionist opportunist party.

With the coming to power of L.I. Brezhnev, it was possible to correct the grossest distortions and distortions of socialism allowed by Khrushchev. But instead, the Brezhnev leadership of the CPSU only cosmetically corrected the previous course and continued reforms to deform socialism by the principles of the functioning of the capitalist economy (the Kosygin-Lieberman reforms), which led to a slowdown in economic growth and scientific and technological progress and the emergence of stagnation in the economy. Gorbachev and his team cleverly took advantage of all this, putting forward the slogan of the renewal of socialism, supported by the masses, which in fact turned into the restoration of capitalism. The Soviet people found themselves in the face of an insidious class enemy and did not immediately understand the true intentions of the architects of perestroika.

The leaders of the capitalist West, which today declared war on Russia, are crucifying their praises of Gorbachev, whom in his tenure they awarded the Nobel Prize (1990) and the American medal for ending the Cold War (2008), that is, for the collapse of the USSR, the main enemy on the path of the United States to world domination and the preservation of the imperialist world system of plunder, exploitation and violence. Alas, the President of the Russian Federation V.V. Putin, how many times already making curtsies to the liberal public.

Gorbachev and his patrons-sponsors from the imperialist states take it to their credit that they brought the matter to the conclusion that " a return to socialism is impossible ." But in this they are deeply mistaken because of ignorance of the laws of history. The historical process does not develop in a straight line; it allows for a reversal due to the frenzied resistance offered by the overthrown classes. But the old, obsolete system is always replaced by a new, advanced social system. The return from socialism to capitalism that takes place as a result of Gorbachev's perestroika is temporary. The victory of socialism is inevitable .

Letter to Morning Star -that was not published .

Dear comrades ,

I felt nauseated reading Andrew Murrays ‘s obituary of Gorbachov  which was basically a whitewashing exercise which was awful  to read . One key word that was missing from the article ; Traitor ! . The word traitor sums up Gorbachov and his life’s work .‘

 Gorbachov’s treachery and his crimes are so enormous and immense that they are almost beyond human imagination . Gorbachov betrayed not just the USSR but the international communist movement . Those trying to apologise for Gorbachov even now forget that thanks to Gorbachov whole communist parties disappeared or were decimated .

   Murray claims that Gorbachov “unwittingly destroyed “ the USSR .However Gorbachov told the Turkish media in 2000 that “My ambition was to liquidate communism, the dictatorship over all the people…. My ideal is the path of social democracy. Only this system shall benefit all the people. This quest I decided I must fulfil.” Why does Murray ignore this ?.

 Gorbachov began restoring capitalism in the USSR in the mid 1980s .

He presided over the dismantling of the socialist system in the USSR and Eastern Europe and joined in imperialism’s attempts to destroy socialist countries elsewhere .

Gorbachov recognised the south Korean puppet fascist regime and was later shown by the former head of the USSR state security commission to have received a bribe of $100,000 from the south Korean puppet dictator Roh Tae Woo .Under Gorbachov , the USSR initially sided with the US against Iraq in 1990-1991.

  The rot in the USSR started with Khruschov who ended the dictatorship of the proletariat,  in the USSR, opened up to  Western cultural infiltration  and collaborated with imperialism .  Gorbachov simply carried Khruchov’s policies to their logical conclusion.

  There can be no apologies and justifications for Gorbachov.  A fitting epitaph for Gorbachov would be ‘ the man who sold his country for a slice of pizza

Decisive action is needed against the neo-Banderites who kill civilians in Donbass, Kherson, Zaporozhye and other regions of Ukraine(Autotranslated )

STATEMENT

Central Committee of the All-Union Communist

Bolshevik Party (Nina Andreeva)

It has already been the seventh month since the start of the military special operation of the Russian Armed Forces in Ukraine. The primary task of the operation, as announced by the Russian leadership, is "to protect people (primarily those living in the territory of Donbass) who are subjected to bullying and genocide by the Kyiv regime."

The Central Committee of the All-Union Communist Party of Belarus (Nina Andreeva) in its appeal of February 25, 2022 “Regarding the special operation of Russia aimed at the demilitarization and denazification of Ukraine” stated that it “supports the decision to conduct a military operation that has a just purpose.”

The beginning of the operation looked quite intense, fast and large-scale, as the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation reported, military facilities throughout almost the entire territory of Ukraine, and not just Donbass, were attacked by the Russian Armed Forces. However, then followed incomprehensible negotiations between representatives of the Russian Federation and Ukraine on the territory of Belarus and in Istanbul, which did not lead to anything, and could not. Moreover, having a colossal advantage in military equipment, the Russian army left the conquered positions on the territory of the Kyiv and Chernihiv regions. In this regard, the Secretariat of the Central Committee of the All-Union Communist Party of Belarus (Nina Andreeva) on March 30, 2022 issued a statement “There can be no negotiations with criminals!”

The latest developments in Ukraine also cause serious concern for our party. The news that is currently being reported by the media cannot but arouse a feeling of indignation both among Russian citizens and citizens of other countries who sympathize with us in the conduct of the anti-fascist operation. From the screens of Russian television, footage of almost daily shelling by the Armed Forces of the cities of Donbass, Kherson and Zaporozhye regions, liberated from neo-Bandera, does not descend. Civilians are dying in Donetsk, Gorlovka, Yasinovataya, Stakhanov, Makeevka and other cities, and the death and maiming of children causes particular fury and indignation. Residents of Donbass have endured shelling by the Armed Forces of Ukraine for eight years, hoping that with the arrival of the Russian army everything will change, unfortunately, this is not happening yet. Furthermore,

One of the reasons for this growth is the use by the Ukrainian army of NATO heavy weapons - 155-mm gun mounts and HIMARS missile systems. New types of weapons of the Armed Forces of Ukraine are also adding new methods of combating the population of the DPR - in recent days, anti-personnel mines PFM-1 "Petal" have been scattered over the cities of Donbass, which is why the streets, squares, squares and parks of cities are littered with thousands of shells that cripple civilians .

Subversive operations in the Crimea and in the Russian regions bordering Ukraine do not stop. Shelling of the Zaporizhzhya nuclear power plant, the largest in Europe, continues, which threatens the world with a nuclear catastrophe, and attacks on the Stirol chemical plant in Gorlovka are leading the region to a major environmental disaster.

The neo-Bandera army of Ukraine, seeing that it cannot oppose the Armed Forces of Russia, the DPR and the LPR in open battle, is carrying out the tactics of fascist terror, as their Nazi predecessors did during the Great Patriotic War. Violating international norms and rules of warfare, neo-Nazi fighters hide behind the civilian population as a human shield, place firing points in schools, kindergartens and hospitals.

Unfortunately, the Russian leadership has still not issued a clear, specific and unambiguous warning to the Kyiv regime about the criminal acts it is committing. Attempts to appeal to international organizations, which are often dominated by representatives of the United States, the European Union and NATO, are meaningless, because. Instructions to the Kyiv regime to carry out terrorist actions come from them.

Over the course of seven decades of Soviet history, the citizens of the Soviet Union were convinced more than once that the imperialists of the West understand only one language - the language of force. Zelensky and his NATO patrons, seeing the toothlessness of the Russian leadership, are becoming more arrogant day by day. The endless exaggeration of promises of a “tough reaction” from the Russian Federation only convinces the Kyiv regime of its impunity. Only resolute and firm actions of the Russian Armed Forces are capable of bringing the presumptuous criminals of Kyiv and its Western puppeteers to reason, for this Russia has enough technical superiority, forces and means.

The progressive public is alarmed by the fact that the Russian leadership is less and less calling for the demilitarization and denazification of Ukraine as the ultimate goal of the special operation. One gets the impression that the leadership of the Russian Federation does not have a clear plan on this issue at all, since so far no one has presented it at least in general terms. Apparently, the Russian leaders have a good idea: fascist organizations were created and are being created in the interests of certain bourgeois circles in different countries, i.e. Fascism is a product of capitalism. There are also bourgeois oligarchs in Russia, so there is a possibility of mutual intersection of each other's interests. But the people have long been saying about this: “A crow will not peck out the eye of a crow,” which is why the Russian authorities do not want full publicity on the issue of denazification.

Therefore, the VKPB (Nina Andreeva) calls on the workers to be vigilant and warns them that since the capitalist states are participating in the conflict in Ukraine, the finale of the special operation may be a bourgeois conspiracy similar to the Minsk agreements, in which the fascist coup was not even mentioned, although it was the main reason for the confrontation in the Donbass. The vagueness of the position and contradictions in the latest statements of Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov are alarming: at the end of July, he said that Russia would “help” the Ukrainian people get rid of the “absolutely anti-people and anti-historical regime”, while earlier he said that Moscow did not intend to seek a change of power in Ukraine. But, as the previous historical experience in carrying out denazification shows, it cannot be carried out without a change in the ruling pro-fascist regime.

In view of the foregoing, the Central Committee of the All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks (Nina Andreeva) declares:

The death of the civilian population of Donbass, Kherson, Zaporozhye regions and other territories of Ukraine liberated from neo-Bandera as a result of shelling by the Armed Forces of Ukraine is unacceptable.

We demand that the Russian leadership take urgent and decisive measures to influence the presumptuous neo-Nazi regime of Ukraine and its puppeteers, which will force the Kyiv authorities to stop shelling civilians in territories not controlled by them, which will allow people to continue restoration work and establish a peaceful life.

We demand that the responsible officials of the Russian Federation take any necessary measures, including with the involvement of the IAEA commission, to stop the shelling of the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant in order to prevent a nuclear catastrophe.

We believe that at the end of the military special operation, the neo-Bandera leadership of Ukraine should sign an act of capitulation and removal from power.

We believe that the tasks that were set at the beginning of the special military operation in Ukraine should be implemented in full, including the demilitarization and denazification of Ukraine.
