STATEMENT
Central Committee of the All-Union Communist
Bolshevik Party (Nina Andreeva)
It has already been the seventh month since the start of the military special operation of the Russian Armed Forces in Ukraine. The primary task of the operation, as announced by the Russian leadership, is "to protect people (primarily those living in the territory of Donbass) who are subjected to bullying and genocide by the Kyiv regime."
The Central Committee of the All-Union Communist Party of Belarus (Nina Andreeva) in its appeal of February 25, 2022 “Regarding the special operation of Russia aimed at the demilitarization and denazification of Ukraine” stated that it “supports the decision to conduct a military operation that has a just purpose.”
The beginning of the operation looked quite intense, fast and large-scale, as the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation reported, military facilities throughout almost the entire territory of Ukraine, and not just Donbass, were attacked by the Russian Armed Forces. However, then followed incomprehensible negotiations between representatives of the Russian Federation and Ukraine on the territory of Belarus and in Istanbul, which did not lead to anything, and could not. Moreover, having a colossal advantage in military equipment, the Russian army left the conquered positions on the territory of the Kyiv and Chernihiv regions. In this regard, the Secretariat of the Central Committee of the All-Union Communist Party of Belarus (Nina Andreeva) on March 30, 2022 issued a statement “There can be no negotiations with criminals!”
The latest developments in Ukraine also cause serious concern for our party. The news that is currently being reported by the media cannot but arouse a feeling of indignation both among Russian citizens and citizens of other countries who sympathize with us in the conduct of the anti-fascist operation. From the screens of Russian television, footage of almost daily shelling by the Armed Forces of the cities of Donbass, Kherson and Zaporozhye regions, liberated from neo-Bandera, does not descend. Civilians are dying in Donetsk, Gorlovka, Yasinovataya, Stakhanov, Makeevka and other cities, and the death and maiming of children causes particular fury and indignation. Residents of Donbass have endured shelling by the Armed Forces of Ukraine for eight years, hoping that with the arrival of the Russian army everything will change, unfortunately, this is not happening yet. Furthermore,
One of the reasons for this growth is the use by the Ukrainian army of NATO heavy weapons - 155-mm gun mounts and HIMARS missile systems. New types of weapons of the Armed Forces of Ukraine are also adding new methods of combating the population of the DPR - in recent days, anti-personnel mines PFM-1 "Petal" have been scattered over the cities of Donbass, which is why the streets, squares, squares and parks of cities are littered with thousands of shells that cripple civilians .
Subversive operations in the Crimea and in the Russian regions bordering Ukraine do not stop. Shelling of the Zaporizhzhya nuclear power plant, the largest in Europe, continues, which threatens the world with a nuclear catastrophe, and attacks on the Stirol chemical plant in Gorlovka are leading the region to a major environmental disaster.
The neo-Bandera army of Ukraine, seeing that it cannot oppose the Armed Forces of Russia, the DPR and the LPR in open battle, is carrying out the tactics of fascist terror, as their Nazi predecessors did during the Great Patriotic War. Violating international norms and rules of warfare, neo-Nazi fighters hide behind the civilian population as a human shield, place firing points in schools, kindergartens and hospitals.
Unfortunately, the Russian leadership has still not issued a clear, specific and unambiguous warning to the Kyiv regime about the criminal acts it is committing. Attempts to appeal to international organizations, which are often dominated by representatives of the United States, the European Union and NATO, are meaningless, because. Instructions to the Kyiv regime to carry out terrorist actions come from them.
Over the course of seven decades of Soviet history, the citizens of the Soviet Union were convinced more than once that the imperialists of the West understand only one language - the language of force. Zelensky and his NATO patrons, seeing the toothlessness of the Russian leadership, are becoming more arrogant day by day. The endless exaggeration of promises of a “tough reaction” from the Russian Federation only convinces the Kyiv regime of its impunity. Only resolute and firm actions of the Russian Armed Forces are capable of bringing the presumptuous criminals of Kyiv and its Western puppeteers to reason, for this Russia has enough technical superiority, forces and means.
The progressive public is alarmed by the fact that the Russian leadership is less and less calling for the demilitarization and denazification of Ukraine as the ultimate goal of the special operation. One gets the impression that the leadership of the Russian Federation does not have a clear plan on this issue at all, since so far no one has presented it at least in general terms. Apparently, the Russian leaders have a good idea: fascist organizations were created and are being created in the interests of certain bourgeois circles in different countries, i.e. Fascism is a product of capitalism. There are also bourgeois oligarchs in Russia, so there is a possibility of mutual intersection of each other's interests. But the people have long been saying about this: “A crow will not peck out the eye of a crow,” which is why the Russian authorities do not want full publicity on the issue of denazification.
Therefore, the VKPB (Nina Andreeva) calls on the workers to be vigilant and warns them that since the capitalist states are participating in the conflict in Ukraine, the finale of the special operation may be a bourgeois conspiracy similar to the Minsk agreements, in which the fascist coup was not even mentioned, although it was the main reason for the confrontation in the Donbass. The vagueness of the position and contradictions in the latest statements of Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov are alarming: at the end of July, he said that Russia would “help” the Ukrainian people get rid of the “absolutely anti-people and anti-historical regime”, while earlier he said that Moscow did not intend to seek a change of power in Ukraine. But, as the previous historical experience in carrying out denazification shows, it cannot be carried out without a change in the ruling pro-fascist regime.
In view of the foregoing, the Central Committee of the All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks (Nina Andreeva) declares:
The death of the civilian population of Donbass, Kherson, Zaporozhye regions and other territories of Ukraine liberated from neo-Bandera as a result of shelling by the Armed Forces of Ukraine is unacceptable.
We demand that the Russian leadership take urgent and decisive measures to influence the presumptuous neo-Nazi regime of Ukraine and its puppeteers, which will force the Kyiv authorities to stop shelling civilians in territories not controlled by them, which will allow people to continue restoration work and establish a peaceful life.
We demand that the responsible officials of the Russian Federation take any necessary measures, including with the involvement of the IAEA commission, to stop the shelling of the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant in order to prevent a nuclear catastrophe.
We believe that at the end of the military special operation, the neo-Bandera leadership of Ukraine should sign an act of capitulation and removal from power.
We believe that the tasks that were set at the beginning of the special military operation in Ukraine should be implemented in full, including the demilitarization and denazification of Ukraine.
