The whole world is now watching with intense attention how the battle is going on between the world imperialist predator in the face of the aggressive NATO bloc led by the United States and the Russian Federation, which is fighting for its freedom and independence, for a country under the name "Russia".
The VKPB (Nina Andreeva) made public her attitude to the special military operation (SVO) of the Armed Forces (AF) of Russia in Ukraine at the very beginning of the operation.
In a statement dated February 25, 2022, the Central Committee of the All-Union Communist Party of Belarus (Nina Andreeva) clearly and unequivocally expressed its position: we supported the just actions of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation aimed at protecting the people of Donbass from genocide by the Kyiv regime, at striving for the demilitarization and denazification of Ukraine. The statement ended with the following words: “In conclusion, we note that, despite the support of the Russian leadership in protecting the sovereignty of Russia, the AUCPB (Nina Andreeva) was and remains an implacable opponent of the 1991 counter-revolutionary coup in the USSR, as a result of which our country was thrown back in its development for many years ago, and the crisis that broke out on its territory, including on the territory of Ukraine, is its consequence. We are opponents of the unjust, the bourgeois social system forcibly imposed on Soviet people, with which the system of exploitation of man by man returned to us. Our strategic goal is the revival of Soviet power as the dictatorship of the proletariat, proletarian socialism and our Soviet Motherland - the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics - the state of workers, peasants and labor intelligentsia.
In response to a joint statement by 41 communist and workers' parties and 30 communist youth organizations condemning the SVO of the Armed Forces of Russia, the Central Committee of the All-Union Communist Party of Belarus (Nina Andreeva) on 18.04. against modern fascism and Nazism is the most important task of the communists.
11 months have passed since the beginning of the Russian Armed Forces NWO in Ukraine, it's time to take stock. It should be noted right away: the results are disappointing.
So, briefly about the main thing.
Despite the significant technical superiority of the Russian Armed Forces over the Ukrainian ones at the initial stage of the NMD, the results of the operation were by no means satisfactory. The primary task has not been completed: Donbass has not yet been liberated from neo-Bandera fascists, and the timing of its liberation is still very vague. Until now, shelling of peaceful cities of Donbass and even settlements of Russia, which have never been part of Ukraine, has not been stopped. The Armed Forces of bourgeois Russia have not been able to take the settlements near Donetsk for a whole year, from which neo-Bandera Nazis are shelling the civilian population of the capital of Donbass and the cities of the DPR and LPR. And the Red Army in 1944 took the most powerful citadel of Nazi Germany - Koenigsberg - in just 4 days!
Before the start of the NWO, Putin made a video message in which he biasedly, distorting the facts, spoke to the public about the supposedly collapsed Soviet Union. He ignores the fact that the Union did not collapse, but it was DESTROYED by the traitors of the Soviet Motherland, who took the oath of allegiance to the Soviet people, but betrayed it, some of the traitors are still in power in the former Soviet republics. Putin talked about the mistakes allegedly made by the Stalinist leadership in 1941, completely omitting the fact that Soviet industry, including military industry, developed at an enormous pace on the eve of the war, i.e. The USSR was preparing for war. In a short time, the Soviet Union went from bast-bast Russia to becoming a powerful state. Not a single capitalist country in the world could withstand such a blow, which fell upon the Soviet state in 1941 from fascist Germany and the countries working for it. Putin did not say anything about the fact that Russia's nuclear missile shield was created by all the republics of the Soviet Union, and under him and Yeltsin, Russia's de-industrialization took place at a colossal pace, the domestic machine tool industry was significantly destroyed, which already affects the country's defense capability.
According to some analysts, the Russian military industry can no longer meet the needs of the army, there is a shortage of ammunition, and there are frequent cases of the use of obsolete military equipment, because. modern advanced is not enough.
Unfortunately, the well-functioning Soviet system of vocational schools has been lost, in modern bourgeois Russia, young people do not want to stand at the machines, Stalin's Stakhanovites are not in fashion now. And in the leadership of advanced industries are not high-level specialists, for example, such as Rogozin. How not to remember the young Stalinist people's commissars of the period of the Great Patriotic War!
At the very beginning of the NMD, the Putin leadership made a gross political mistake by starting negotiations with the neo-Banderites, after which, having a colossal advantage in military equipment, the Russian army left at the end of March the won positions on the territory of the Kyiv and Chernihiv regions, including the hard-won military airfield in Gostomel. This surrender was followed by provocations in Bucha and terrorist acts against the civilian population of the abandoned settlements, whom the neo-Banderists took revenge for their loyal attitude towards the Russian army.
In September, the retreat of the Russian Armed Forces under the pressure of superior neo-Bandera forces from the settlements of the Kharkov region followed, and the withdrawal of Russian troops in November from Kherson and from the right bank of the Dnieper, i.e. the retreat trend of the Russian army since the end of March 2022 has significantly prevailed over offensive operations. But even non-military specialists know that there is no victory without the onset of victory.
As for the negotiations, the statement of the Central Committee of the All-Union Communist Party of Belarus (Nina Andreeva) dated March 30, 2022 noted: “Once again, the oligarchs of Russia, Ukraine and the West, led by the United States, are preparing another conspiracy, similar to the Minsk agreements, which the neo-Banderists have ignored for seven years and do not comply with were going to? Isn't it clear that the Kyiv regime, ruled from Washington, is incapable of negotiating? Is it not clear that the US imperialists are most interested in continuing the fratricidal war between Russia and Ukraine and will not allow the Kyiv regime to make independent decisions?” Unfortunately, these conclusions were confirmed. Most recently, former German Chancellor A. Merkel and former French President F. Hollande stated that the purpose of the Minsk agreements was to arm Ukraine and prepare it for war with Russia. Implementation of the agreements by Western leaders was not envisaged.
According to Konstantin Sivkov, Corresponding Member of the Russian Academy of Missile and Artillery Sciences, First Vice-President of the Academy of Geopolitical Problems, in his opinion, the NVO of the Russian Armed Forces could have been completed as early as May 2022, and the reason for delaying the operation is not at all military, but political. Many analysts on Russian TV channels have repeatedly stated the need to strike at transports and communications, with the help of which Western weapons are imported through the western border of Ukraine into the “square”. As you know, Soviet-made weapons of the Ukrainian Armed Forces were destroyed already at the beginning of the NMD, then weapons began to be imported from Western countries, primarily American-made. However, the corresponding decision to prevent Western weapons from entering Ukraine, unfortunately, was not taken in time,
According to many military analysts, Putin's military leadership made a clear miscalculation in terms of the number of troops involved in the NMD. The line of contact between Russian and Ukrainian troops from Kharkov to Kherson is 1,200 kilometers, approximately 100 soldiers per kilometer of the front. This is very little, considering that in the Donbass this line was strengthened for 8 years and powerful fortifications were built. What was Russian intelligence doing at that time if such miscalculations were made? Where is the debriefing? The people should know their "heroes".
As noted above, Putin criticized the Stalinist leadership for the mistakes made in 1941. Yes, there were mistakes, and they were severely punished for this. For example, in 1941, General Pavlov was shot for "the collapse of command and control of the troops of the Western Front, the inaction of the authorities." But we still have not heard of anyone being punished for the mistakes made by the Russian military leadership during the NMD, for example, for retreating in the Kharkiv region. Who will be responsible for the unjustified death of Russian soldiers? Who will be responsible for the unjustified death of civilians in Donbass?
The fault of Putin and the entire bourgeois leadership of Russia is not only in the mistakes made after the start of the SVO, but also in the fact that they did nothing to prevent the fascist coup in Ukraine in 2014, did not provide the necessary support to the anti-fascist forces. Putin put pressure on the patriots of Donbass to prevent a referendum on the independence of the DPR and LPR, but the referendum was held contrary to Putin's opinion. At the same time, NATO was in charge in Ukraine and continues to be in charge without asking any permission.
Bourgeois reforms in Russia have led to the fact that around Putin there are now many managers who know how to manage financial flows, but we do not see competent managerial specialists in the Russian leadership who know how to organize industrial production, as the red Stalinist people's commissars managed to do during the most difficult conditions of 1941-1942, when thousands of factories were evacuated to the east. In principle, the bourgeois market economy is not ready for such a feat! The military industry of bourgeois Russia is now more focused on making a profit, and not on the production of the necessary equipment.
On the other hand, Russians can see that throughout Russia there are a lot of destroyed enterprises as a result of bourgeois reforms, which have not yet been restored.
The bourgeois economy of Russia led to the fact that after the start of the Russian special operation, Western countries blocked over $300 billion of Russian reserves (transfers of Russian oligarchs to the accounts of Western banks). The US Department of Justice announced its intention to transfer part of the frozen Russian assets to Ukraine. This was simply impossible in the days of the Soviet Union.
And finally, the delay in the Russian Armed Forces of the NMD has a negative effect on the attitude towards Russia of the leadership of the former Soviet republics, as well as other countries. As you know, the old principle works: they are drawn to the strong, and they run from the weak. For example, the Armenian leadership has recently increased its activity in communicating with US representatives, while accusing Russia of failing to fulfill agreements to protect Armenian interests. There is no clear support for the NMD even from Kazakhstan, which a year ago received support from the CSTO forces to prevent a coup d'état.
The following should also be said.
Military experts who analyze the course of the NMD correctly point out the grossest mistakes in the field of military strategy and tactics. But that's not the point.
Why did the Soviet Union defeat Nazi Germany? What were the winning factors?
The USSR won the victory primarily due to the fact that it created an advanced industry, agriculture, science, which ensured a solid rear of the army, thanks to the high morale of military personnel who are clearly aware of the just goals and nature of the war, thanks to the moral and political unity of the people, thanks to the talented military leadership of the Armed Forces. State forces.
The history of wars shows that war is a test of the socio-political system of the state, the economic and moral potential of the country. Only those states defeated the enemy, which were stronger than him in this respect.
The leadership of the Russian Federation should draw appropriate conclusions from this. Is it possible to win a war when plants and factories are destroyed, there is colossal inequality in society, and young people are corrupted by Western mass culture? ..
First of all, it is necessary to abandon, not in words, but in deeds, the disastrous liberal course of the country, deploy the country on the rails of industrialization, revive plants and factories, agriculture, science, return the best traditions of the Russian and Soviet educational system to schools, and finally return to the people what what was stolen from him - public property, which will undoubtedly be supported by the working people.
Instead, Putin tirelessly criticizes the USSR... He should have consulted I.V. Stalin - an outstanding military leader of the period of the Great Patriotic War:
- “The Soviet system turned out to be not only the best form of organizing the economic and cultural upsurge of the country during the years of peaceful construction, but also the best form of mobilizing all the forces of the people to repel the enemy in wartime” ( I.V. Stalin. On the Great Patriotic War of the Soviet Union. M ., 1949, p. 120).
Based on the foregoing, the VKPB (Nina Andreeva) addresses the leadership of the Russian Federation with the following requirements.
It is necessary to give a clear assessment of the actions of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation in terms of conducting a special military operation over the past year, identifying all errors and indicating their perpetrators. The perpetrators of the mistakes made, which led to the delay of the operation and unjustified victims, must be punished. This information must be made public.
The working people of Russia need the complete defeat of neo-Bandera fascism, behind which stands the imperialist West, and not a new conspiracy of oligarchs, as happened with the Minsk-2 agreements.
Bidding around the division of the territory of Ukraine is also inappropriate, Western Ukraine should in no case be annexed to Poland, contrary to the demands of Polish reactionary circles, seeking to create a new empire in Europe "from sea to sea" and a new hotbed of tension and war.
The Ukrainian state must be preserved, its territory must be determined in accordance with the will of the people through a referendum. In the signed international documents, upon completion of the NWO, the non-bloc status of the Ukrainian democratic state should be established.
Victory over the imperialist aggressor with "little bloodshed" will not work, and carrying out the operation in "white gloves", as it has been until now, will not end well.
To ensure the most efficient production of the necessary military equipment in the required quantity and quality, the Soviet experience in organizing the military industry, including the nationalization of the means of production of enterprises, should be used.
It should be clearly explained to our people what measures the Russian leadership plans to carry out in terms of the demilitarization and denazification of Ukraine, as well as by what forces this will be carried out.
It is necessary to organize propaganda in the Russian media not only of Russian history and Russian patriotism, but also propaganda of Soviet history and Soviet patriotism, which led to the Victory in the Great Patriotic War under the Red Banner.
The slogan of the day should be the call: everything for the front, everything for the victory over the imperialist aggressor, over fascism!
It is necessary to demand from the leadership of the NATO countries the elimination of this aggressive bloc in order to ensure the peaceful coexistence of peoples to the maximum.
