Warning to Ruin of Capitalism

Warning to Ruin of Capitalism

The struggle against capitalism begun at the Wall Street, Manhattan of the US on September 17 is sweeping over the world.

In south Korea, too, on October 15 as the US protesters set as an “international action day” and called for positive response, fierce struggles took place in different parts of Seoul against poverty, economic inequality and social polarization.

Members of over 400 civic organizations including the Financial Consumers’ Association, the Joint Conference for Restoring the Right of the Financial Consumers, the Center for Supervising Invested Capital and the People's Solidarity for Participatory Democracy, and workers held a rally in Yoido, home to financial capital. They condemned the privileged rich, less than 1% of the population, which exploit 99% of absolute majority of the people.

The participants noted that there are many students who commit suicide for the registration fee, old people who lost the money they saved in their lifetime due to the crimes of the financial organs and workers who lost their jobs due to the speculative capitalists, and criticized the “government” which should supervise and control the capitalists’ deeds but shields them.

That day in front of the US embassy, members of civic organizations urged US president Obama’ apology and the revision of south Korea-US “Status of Forces Agreement” in regard to the atrocious crimes perpetrated by the US occupation troops in recent days.

On the same day, some 500 people including members of civic organizations and labor circles and students held a rally in front of Deoksu Palace demanding the checking of south Korea-US FTA and the settlement of the registration fee issue and unemployment crisis of young people.

Participants in rallies and demos taken place in different parts of Seoul that day called for struggle in united efforts against the exploitation of greedy capital and staged protest actions chanting such slogans as “Occupy Seoul!”, “We condemn the avarice of financial capital and the social polarization!” and “Money kills people”.

Capitalism based on swindle, lies, hypocrisy, vanity, mammonism, the law of the jungle, individualism and liberty is the root cause of all the misfortune and sufferings and is doomed to ruin for its structural contradiction and social ills.

The society which reflects the human aspirations for independent living and development is the socialist society where the popular masses are master of everything and everything serves them.

KCNA Slams U.S. Diplomatic Chief′s Rigmaroles about DPRK′s Human Rights Record

Pyongyang, October 25 (KCNA) -- The United States' accusations against the DPRK over its "human rights record" never cease.

The U.S. diplomatic chief was reported to have blustered recently that the DPRK "keeps abusing the rights of its inhabitants" and "the U.S. would continue strongly censure the north's threat."

This is another unpardonable infringement upon the sovereignty and dignity of the DPRK and a wanton violation of human rights and democracy.

Human rights precisely mean sovereign rights and vice versa.

It is a grave infringement upon sovereign rights and human rights abuses to deny the socialist system chosen and upheld by the Korean people and say this or that about it.

There are no "human rights issues" for us.

There can be no such things in the light of the intrinsic nature of the socialist system which serves the people, placing them in the center of everything.

It is none other than the U.S. that deserves accusation and condemnation over human rights.

The demonstrations which started in Wall Street are a manifestation of Americans' resentment at the U.S., the worst human rights abuser, and a judgment of it.

A countless number of people are groaning in pain and despair, left homeless as their houses have become objects of speculation.

403 000 people were newly registered as jobless throughout the U.S. for a week till October 15. This is indicative of the serious jobless problem.

The number of the poor reached 46.2 million last year, 2.6 million more than the previous year and the standard of Americans' living is the worst in decades.

Occurring in an unbroken chain are various crimes including gun-related crimes, theft and rape, etc. as the American society is governed by the jungle law based on individual selfishness.

Nowhere in the world is such country as the U.S. where people's right to live and right to existence are wantonly violated.

The U.S. is a tundra of human rights and a backward country in human rights record. It is the world's worst human rights abuser.

Guiltless people are falling victim to U.S. forces' attacks in Afghanistan, Iraq and Pakistan even at this hour.

It was GIs who committed sexual assaults against teenage school girls, sparking off great uproar in south Korea recently.

The U.S. is grossly violating the universally recognized international laws and a lot of innocent people are thrown behind bars without any trial on charges of "terrorism." They are used as guinea pigs of experiments on human bodies.

The world is now critical of the unethical crimes being committed by the U.S. as it is mercilessly violating the sovereignty of sovereign states under the pretext of "defence of human rights" and savagely destroying people's cradles and hurting their dignity.

The U.S. would be well advised to mind its own business before talking about somebody's "human rights record."

The "human rights diplomacy" aimed at infringing upon the DPRK's sovereignty and dignity can never go with dialogue. -0-

Britons Slash at GIs′ Sexual Assaults

Britons Slash at GIs′ Sexual Assaults

Pyongyang, October 25 (KCNA) -- The British Association for the Study of Songun Policy, the British Group for the Study of the Juche Idea and the British Branch of the Korean Friendship Association issued a joint statement on October 13 in denunciation of GIs' barbarous sexual assaults on teenage girl students of south Korea.

The statement strongly charged that the U.S. imperialist aggressor troops committed sexual assaults on girl students in south Korea.

The U.S. troops present in south Korea have a long history of crimes such as murder of Yun Kum I and killing of girl students Sin Hyo Sun and Sim Mi Son, it said, and continued:

Murder, rape, theft and all other crimes by GIs have been downplayed by the south Korean puppet government.

We demand that those who committed heinous crimes against the south Korean girl students be brought to court and punished.

Crimes committed by the U.S. imperialists against the south Koreans should be no longer pardoned. -0-

KCNA On poverty and debt in US

U.S. Students Deep in Debt

Pyongyang, October 25 (KCNA) -- U.S. students borrowed an unprecedented amount of money through federal loan programs last year, putting a huge burden on the backs of young people and potentially placing a drag on the economy in the future, the USA Today reported Wednesday.

The amount of student loans taken out last year surpassed 100 billion dollars for the first time.

Full-time undergraduates borrowed an average 4 963 dollars in 2010, up 63 percent from a decade earlier after adjusting for inflation, the report said. -0-

Poverty Rates up in Most U.S. States, Cities: Census

Pyongyang, October 25 (KCNA) -- The ranks of the poor rose in almost all U.S. states and cities in 2010, U.S. Census data released on Thursday showed.

Mississippi and New Mexico had the highest poverty rates, with more than one out of every five people in each state living in poverty. Mississippi's poverty rate led, at 22.4 percent, followed by New Mexico at 20.4 percent. -0-

Child Abuses Prevail in U.S.

Anti-U.S. Demonstration in Canada

Pyongyang, October 25 (KCNA) -- Protesters outside a Vancouver, British Columbia, hotel where former U.S. President George W. Bush appeared Thursday demanded authorities arrest him.

The protesters including human rights activists and Occupy Vancouver members demanded Bush be arrested on war crimes charges. -0

Anti-Capitalist Protest Continues in London

Pyongyang, October 25 (KCNA) -- Anti-capitalist protesters outwitted British police on Saturday and succeeded in setting up a second protest camp in the heart of London's financial district.

A column of 700-1 000 protesters set off from the first tented protest camp, set up a week ago in the churchyard of St. Panl's Cathedral, on what one organizer described as "a tour of corporate greed". -0-

Protesters Hold March against Police Brutality in New York

Pyongyang, October 25 (KCNA) -- Occupy Wall Street protesters on Saturday staged a march to protest police brutality in New York.

Saturday marked the 16th annual National Day of Protest to Stop Police Brutality, and the protesters marched across some poor neighborhoods in the city. They denounced the police for brutal suppression of the anti-capitalist protesters and arresting some of them. -0-

KCNA on Anti-Capitalist Demonstration Sweeping World

KCNA on Anti-Capitalist Demonstration Sweeping World

Pyongyang, October 20 (KCNA) -- "Occupy Wall Street" demonstration is sweeping across the capitalist world including the U.S.

Millions of people took to the streets in more than 1 500 cities in over 80 countries, sounding a note of warning against the capitalist system.

This was a stern judgment of unpopular system that brings exploitation, oppression, unemployment and poverty to the popular masses.

As known, the catastrophic financial crisis that broke out in the U.S. in 2007 prompted unprecedented business bankruptcy and unemployment, causing huge damage to the people's living.

Low-income earners' pent-up wrath against avaricious big banks and companies that caused economic inequality finally gave its vent.

As more people joined the protesters, slogan reading "We are 99%" appeared.

The capitalist society where money is everything is an unpopular one where the rich get ever richer while the poor ever poorer. In this society 1% of privileged class is granted all preferential treatment while 99% of working masses are forced into poverty and death.

The gap between the rich and the poor now in the U.S. is the most serious since the great depression in the 1930s.

The Juche idea and the concept of the leader in the working class movement

The Juche idea and the concept of the leader in the working class movement.
I think I shall start with the words of comrade Kim Jong Il from his “Establishing the Juche outlook on the revolution”.
“The essence of the leader in all contexts lies in his being the centre of the life of the socio-political community. There is no doubt that the centre of life is important for the existence and activities of the organism. Unless the masses are united, centring on the leader, they cannot acquire vitality as an independent socio-political community. We must understand and believe that the leader is the centre of the life of the socio-political community and that it is only when we are linked to the leader organizationally, ideological and as comrades that we can acquire immortal socio-political integrity.”
I think these lines explain perfectly for the first time in our movement’s history why it is necessary to bind the toiling masses with the leader of the working class movement. Without a leader of magnitude the masses are left as a child is without a father and all their efforts to over throw capitalism and then to build socialism will be made ten times harder.
Our movements history has been full of good and bad leaders. Marx was the first great leader of the working classes, followed by Lenin then Stalin, then the two great Kim’s of Korea. Every working class of every country at one time or another will have or has had great communist leaders. The masses adoration of these great people is no surprise. These people are the only ones capable of moulding a working class vanguard party who can over throw the ruling and oppressing capitalist class. Once this has happened the strength of a great leader loved by the masses is even more necessary to rally the masses round him to fend off the attacks of the old order on the new dictatorship of the proletariat. Without the gelling qualities of such a leader the revolution will fail.
Just as important is the task of socialist building and in this hard but gratifying time for the masses the role of the leader of the party and state is greatly important. Without the socio-political binding skills of the leader of the revolution the masses could loose faith quickly and fall back into old ways and habits under the influence of enemies of the revolution.
Why has the Korean revolution been so successful? Because the Juche idea perfectly explains that with out a great leader and the masses respect and love for him the working class movement will fall into disrepute.
Let us take a few historical examples: After the death of the great comrade J.Stalin revisionists usurped power from the Soviet people and began a slander campaign about the great leader who built and defended socialism in the USSR so well. The revisionists no doubt wanted to bring socialism to an end in the USSR and in 1991 their dream came true. The die was cast in 1956 and set off a rot. The “Secret speech” gave the enemies of the revolution all the ammunition they needed to take socialism apart in the USSR. As comrade Mao Zedong put it “The Russians have thrown down one of the great swords of Marxism-Leninism, how long will it be before they throw down the other? (Lenin).” As it happened not so long ago.
I would now like to quote comrade Kim Jong Il again, this time from his “Let us advance under the banner of Marxism-Leninism and the Juche idea”
“If Marx, the first leader of the working class, had not founded Marxism for the international working class, they would have groped in the darkness, not knowing their historic mission, nor could they have triumphed in their revolutionary struggles. If Lenin had not advanced Leninism, the theory, strategy and tactics of the proletarian revolution in the age of imperialism, and aroused the Russian working class to struggle, the first socialist state in the world could never happened.”
Here we have in a nutshell what has been written above. With out these leaders the working class would never have begun to understand their truly revolutionary role in history. The revisionists and enemies of our cause throw at us words like “personality cults” but what the bourgeoisie understand to well is that the masses genuinely love these leaders and this terrifies the bourgeois. They know that with a strong and able leader that the working masses can easily topple them.
The Juche idea has explained to us for the first time why the communist movement needs a strong and loved leader. The Juche idea alone has refuted the claims of the revisionists about “personality cults” and so on. We all know now that without such great leaders as we have had that we would not have achieved what we have as a class. We see the situation in our country today and we see the working class getting sick of the corrupt capitalist system but where are the leaders? We have a few lackey Trotskyites who delight in nothing more than confusing the masses, we have a toothless trade union leadership and a Labour party more concerned with sucking up to the bosses than the people.
The Korean people have a truly great helmsman who is keeping the DPRK on a strong socialist path. We must learn from the example of the great comrade Kim Jong Il and the Korean people if we are to live up to the aspirations of the working masses of the world

History Proves Absolute Truth of Socialism

Pyongyang, October 19 (KCNA) -- The crisis of capitalism is getting more serious in all aspects.

The structural contradiction and moral taint of capitalist society, full of deception, fraud, hypocrisy and vanity, have been brought to light.

The financial crisis caused by the market economy of capitalism drives the world into uncontrollable confusion.

The working masses' struggle, staged against capitalism all at once across the world on Oct. 15 and 16, was the biggest organized one ever in the history of capitalism spanning more than 300 years.

Taking part in the struggle were millions of people from all walks of life in more than 1 500 cities in 80 odd countries.

The American protestors set October 15 as "day of international movement", calling on the working people the world over to respond to it.

In response to this call anti-capitalist demos took place all at once in Britain, Italy, Germany, Spain, France, Belgium, Australia, Japan, Philippines, Taiwan, etc. on October 15 and 16. The protestors contended that the blame for the capitalist economic crisis is on the greedy financial capital and corrupt politicians. They demanded final end to poverty and economic inequality, chanting such slogans as "Reject capitalism!" and "Give us jobs!"

In south Korea more than 400 civic and public organizations and workers' organizations launched protest, chanting "Occupy Seoul!"

These unprecedentedly big actions of the working masses against the exploiting classes in capitalist countries were attributable to the extremely acute socio-class contradictions created after the outbreak of the global financial crisis in 2007.

Various relief measures taken by the Western countries after the financial crisis were, in essence, for saving the big monopolistic capitals on the maw of bankruptcy. Those steps deepened concentration of capital only on big monopolistic enterprises while further deteriorating the life of the overwhelming majority of popular masses.

The capitalist market economy is now on the point of total bankruptcy, embroiled in a new financial panic by protracted economic crisis.

Stocks fell hard at the global financial markets, causing such serious upheaval as rise and fall in quotations of major currencies.

European banks, which bought national bonds issued by Eurozone countries suffering from the debt crisis, may reportedly sustain losses of 300 billion Euros in maximum.

As regards the gloomy monetary situation in Western countries the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development predicted that the capitalist economy would not escape from the stagnation not only in 2011 but in 2012.

The only way out of the present crisis facing the capitalist world is to root out its system.

The Western countries can never get rid of the vicious cycle of crisis with any means as long as the capitalist market economy is left intact.

History never flows as wished by the imperialists and reactionaries.

Foreign media report that the shocking impact by financial and debt crisis is bringing to Europe's party politics and ideological trend of its society the most serious change since the end of the Cold War.

In Latin America many countries more strongly call for rejecting the capitalist market economy and taking to the road of socialism and leftist governments' influence is growing stronger with each passing day.

With the passage of time the capitalist corruptness and falsity are brought to bolder relief and illusion about capitalism vanishes like a bubble by the rapid current.

The idea reflecting the desire of humankind to live and develop in an independent way has become more vital. The truth of socialism is clearly evidenced in a new historic environment in the 21st century.

Socialism is the most scientific, just and worthwhile way that helps bear good fruition without fail.

As clarified by leader Kim Jong Il, socialism is a science.

The future of mankind is ensured by socialism based on science. -0

Capitalist Market Economy Stands at Total Bankruptcy

Pyongyang, October 19 (KCNA) -- The market economy of capitalism is now on the point of total bankruptcy, embroiled in a new financial panic by protracted economic crisis.

There happened an unprecedented situation in which stock fell hard all of a sudden at securities markets in various parts of the world.

At a stock market in New York on September 22 the Dow Jones dumped 3.5 percent, the lowest annual record, while the Nasdaq dropped 3.3 percent.

The decreasing rate of stock was more serious at securities markets in European countries. To say nothing of South European countries including Greece and Italy, Nordic countries, which were said to be in stable financial state relatively, met a slump in stocks.

This situation resulted in decline of 2 percent on average at Asian securities markets.

Consequently, the international financial markets were confused with selling not only stock but all things valued with money.

It was also reported that many people have drawn their deposit from the greatest bank in France.

Competitive intervention in monetary markets and control of exchange rate by Western countries caused fluctuations in price of major currencies including U.S. dollar, euro and yen, creating a new global crisis called "financial war".

The situation was attributable to the unprecedented state debts in the U.S. and Europe by the serious financial economic crisis.

In recent years the U.S. has poured astronomical relief funds on big businesses on the point of bankruptcy due to the global financial economic panic. The resource was the money it borrowed from other countries with the issue of national bonds. It was the U.S. calculation that U.S. dollar, main lever for international financial settlements, can be issued anytime to repay state debts since this currency belongs to it.

In actuality the U.S. found its way out of crisis in raising the ceiling of state debt though it amounted to more than 14 trillion U.S. dollars.

In this regard Greenspan, ex-chairman of Board of Governors of Federal Reserve System, in his recent interview with NBC, claimed that the U.S. bonds are a kind of safe investment and the U.S. can repay all its debts because there is no probability for it to go against its promise for repayment if it continues issuing paper money.

In reaction to this arrogant and irresponsible behavior of the U.S. confusing the international financial order instead of taking effective measures for settlement of its state debt, Standard and Poor's, an international credit rating body, dropped the U.S. credit grade for the first time in history in early August this year.

As a result, stocks fell hard at the global financial markets, causing such serious upheaval as rise and fall in quotations of major currencies.

The debt crisis in Europe is one of the main factors that caused a new global financial panic.

It is Greece that was hit hardest by spread into Europe of the financial crisis erupted in the U.S. a few years ago. Greece was borrowing much money from other countries' banks by means of issuing national bonds as its economy grew in scope. These big banks in Europe found themselves on the point of bankruptcy because of failure to withdraw their money invested on the U.S. real estate speculative market. After all, Greece was pressed to repay tremendous debts and eventually could not but declare default. The similar crisis can be found in other Eurozone countries including Italy, Ireland and Portugal.

According to data, European banks, which bought national bonds issued by Eurozone countries suffering from the debt crisis, may sustain losses of 300 billion Euros in maximum.

The finance ministers and central bank governors of the Group of Seven (G7) industrialized nations met at the Marseille of France on September 9 and 10. But, this meeting failed to take concrete measure for defusing the European debt crisis, further darkening the prospect of global economy.

Just prior to the meeting, the International Monetary Fund noted that the state debts of seven countries in the West reach upward of 80 percent of their gross national product. This serious debt crisis may bring about the stagnation of global economy again, it warned.

As regards the gloomy monetary situation in Western countries the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development predicted that the capitalist economy would not escape from the stagnation not only in 2011 but in 2012.

This is little short of declaration the U.S. claim that the economic stagnation ended in June 2009 is no more than a lie.

The facts show that the capitalist market economy is steadily falling down into the maw of total bankruptcy due to its anarchy and spontaneity. -0-

Foreign Ministry Spokesman Rebukes U.S. Dream of 'System Collapse' in DPRK

Pyongyang, October 19 (KCNA) -- A spokesman for the DPRK Foreign Ministry gave the following answer to a question put by KCNA Wednesday in connection with the fact that high-ranking officials of the U.S. are letting loose a spate of coarse invectives slandering the DPRK:

Lately they have slandered the DPRK talking about "repressive policy" and "collapse".

This proves that the present administration has repugnancy toward the system in the DPRK as the preceding governments and the U.S. remains unchanged in its hostile policy toward the DPRK.

The U.S. is dreaming of "system collapse" in the DPRK, a solid and unique Korean-style socialist system rare to be found in the world, while comparing it with those countries that had been violated by it. This is an expression of its ignorance of the DPRK.

The U.S.-style capitalist system is on the verge of collapse by the serious economic crisis in actuality, a system in which human rights are seriously abused as evidenced by the harsh suppression of large-scale demonstrations demanding the right to existence.

The U.S. is letting loose a spate of wild words hurting the dignified system of the DPRK even though it agreed to hold dialogue to build confidence while calling for the improvement of relations based on respect for sovereignty and equality. This leaves the DPRK skeptical about the U.S. sincere willingness to hold dialogue.

It is talking about "abandonment of nuclear program", far from honoring its commitment as it is keen on "system collapse" in the DPRK, its dialogue partner.

As long as the U.S. has not awakened from the foolish dream of "system collapse", the DPRK's Songun policy and its nuclear deterrent will continue to prove its validity and vitality. -0-

The DPRK and Socialism

The statements from KCNA such as "Socialism Immovable Truth of History and "Capitalism has no future are absolutely top rate editorials from the DPRK which have evoked comment from all over the world. It is great to see the DPRK nailing its colours firmly to the mast of the anti-capitalist movement .
This editorial demolishes the idea that capitalism can be stabilised or reformed through New Deal or Keynesian type policies. An illusion held been some communists is that capitalism can work through Keynesian policies simply if a Communist or Left social democratic government implement them .
The latest news of the economic front from the UK is bad , inflation has just increased to 5.6% following a rise in unemployment last week so both prices and unemployment are going up at the same time.. The other day I saw an advertisment for a Pawnbroker(loanshark) "Empty shopping trolley , we can help ! " , I bet they can with high interest credit ! things have got bad.
The DPRK meanwhile is pushing ahead with massive socialist construction projects such as the Mansudae housing construction, Huichon power station and construction of Tanchon port . Bank bailouts are unknown in the DPRK . Taxation was abolished years ago and housing is free. Juche socialist Korea shows the way forward
for all humanity

Biggest Protest against Capitalism in 300 Odd Yrs

Pyongyang, October 18 (KCNA) -- The working masses' struggle against capitalism was staged all at once across the world on Oct. 15 and 16. This was the biggest organized one ever in history of capitalism spanning more than 300 years.

Taking part in it were millions of people from all walks of life in more than 1 500 cities in 80 odd countries.

This struggle was erupted at Wall Street in Manhattan of New York in the United States, the heart of the capitalist economy and a synonym for monopolistic capital on Sept. 17. Under the slogan of "Occupy Wall Street!" dozens of protestors set up tents outside a stock exchange in New York to go into an action of protest. This turned in a twinkle to a chain movement across the U.S. including Washington, Boston, Los Angeles and San Francisco.

The Occupy Wall St movement was an eruption of the exploited classes' pent-up wrath at the exploiters. It was also an expression of the will to remove the stronghold of capitalism as a whole which brings only exploitation, oppression, unemployment and poverty to the popular masses. In San Diego, California, a man in his forties jumped down from a high-rise building to death to protest against the corrupt society where the rich get ever richer and the poor get ever poorer.

Young Americans formed a mainstream of the ranks of demonstrators at first. But they were joined by people from all walks of life who varied in their ages including day laborers, poor and unemployed Americans as well as employees of companies and housewives.

Their actions included marches, sit-in strikes, occupation of bridges and various other forms of protests and non-stop protests at night.

The protesters are now expanding their ranks after setting forth such slogans clearer in nature as "equality, democracy and revolution".

Ruling quarters in the U.S. are crying in distress that the "class struggle has been launched." The authorities have arrested and cracked down upon the demonstrators with mobilization of huge armed police to soothe over the class contradiction but failed to check the spread of the struggle.

The U.S. chief executive formally recognized that this is a manifestation of feeling of frustration toward the U.S. society.

Various relief measures taken by the Western countries after the financial crisis eruption were, in essence, for saving the huge monopolistic capitals on the maw of bankruptcy. Those steps deepened concentration of capital only on big monopolistic enterprises while bringing the popular masses' life to worse phase.

Suffering biggest are working masses laid off due to the wholesale dismissal measure taken by the business side to make up for the loss.

401 000 people were registered as unemployed in the U.S. for first one week in October. The number of the unemployed reached 22 785 000 in EU countries in August.

The unemployment is bound to lead to the increase of the poor.

The number of people under poverty stood at 46.2 million last year, an increase of 2.6 million from the year before. The income of the U.S. families showed nearly 10 % decrease for the past four years. Economists estimate that the living conditions of Americans are the worst in scores of years and the economic slowdown has not stopped yet.

About 80 million people are living under the poverty line in EU countries.

Economist Joseph Stiglitz, a Nobel Prize winner, voicing his support for the protest sweeping the capitalist world, clarified that the society is covering the losses caused by the avarice of financial capitalists while a few bankers are raking in the profits. -0-

Capitalism Has no future

Pyongyang, October 18 (KCNA) -- The only way out of the present crisis facing the capitalist world is to root out its system. Capitalism is fading away from history as it exploits people and is forsaken by them.

Historically, two ways have been used to tide over economic crisis in the capitalist countries. One was intensifying the state interference in the economic activities to a certain extent as typified by the "new deal" which was taken to survive the 1929-1933 great depression while the other was allowing the extreme anarchy and liberalism, free from state interference and restrictions as exemplified by the Reagan doctrine that was used to tide over the 1970s economic crisis.

Both could not avoid failure as they presupposed the maintenance of the capitalist market economic system.

The evil cycle of financial crisis emerging time and again in the U.S. and other Western countries is a clear proof. The present U.S. economic policy is just a replica of the "new deal" picked up from the garbage ground of the last century. Clear is what end it will bring.

It is impossible for the Western countries to get rid of the evil cycle of crisis as long as the capitalist market economy is left as it is.

A French anthropologist and social scientist in his book about capitalism at its deathbed warned of its end 20 years after the end of the Cold War. Voicing his conviction that funeral address for capitalism will turn into a death notice one day, he said in his article dedicated to the March 21st, 2011 issue of a French newspaper as follows:

There is no doubt that capitalism is waning. It is on its decline and our leaders are unable to take any measure to stop it.

They are increasing credit loans as a relief measure but the capitalist system is getting weak day by day.

The loan of the rich is gradually on the increase and the surplus fund is used for speculation.

The customers are mired in evil cycle of debt and politics have become hollow unable to advance any creative initiative.

Foreign media report that the shocking impact of financial and debt crises on party politics and ideological trend of the society in Europe is bringing about the most serious change since the end of the Cold War.

In Latin America people have become vocal in denouncing the capitalist market system and calling for taking the path of socialism. Influence of left-wing governments is growing as never before.

Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez Frias, speaking at a Cabinet meeting on July 14, said the only possible way is the transition from capitalism to Bolivarian socialism. He called for intensifying Venezuelan style socialism now under construction in the country.

Bolivian President Evo Morales in his speech during his visit to Cuba on Sept. 19 said capitalism can not solve problems of humankind, adding the 21st century belongs to the people, not to the oligarchic political forces.

History never flows as wished by the imperialists and reactionaries.

The corrupt and hypocritical nature of capitalism is being brought to light along with the passage of time and illusion about capitalism is ending up in nothing. -

History Proves Immovable Truth of Socialism

Pyongyang, October 17 (KCNA) -- The crisis of capitalism is getting serious in all aspects.

Working people throughout the world have turned out in the struggle to break the chains of capital.

The working masses' struggle, staged against capitalism all at once across the world on Oct. 15 and 16, was the biggest organized one unprecedented in history of capitalism spanning more than 300 years. In response to this call anti-capitalist demos took place all at once in Britain, Italy, Germany, Spain, France, Belgium, Australia, Japan, Philippines, Taiwan, etc. on October 15 and 16. Their participants demanded final end to poverty and economic inequality, chanting such slogans as "Reject capitalism!" and "Give us jobs!"

In south Korea more than 400 civic and public organizations and workers' organizations launched protest, chanting "Occupy Seoul!"

These unprecedented actions of the working masses in capitalist countries are attributable to the extremely acute socio-class contradictions created after the outbreak of the global financial crisis in 2007.

The capitalist market economy is now on the point of total bankruptcy, embroiled in a new financial panic by protracted economic crisis.

There happened an unprecedented situation in which stock fell hard all at once at securities markets in various parts of the world. The situation was attributable to the unprecedented state debts in the U.S. and Europe caused by the serious financial economic crisis.

According to data, European banks, which bought national bonds issued by Eurozone countries suffering from the debt crisis, may sustain losses of 300 billion Euros in maximum.

As regards the gloomy monetary situation in Western countries the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development said that the capitalist economy would not escape from the stagnation not only in 2011 but in 2012.

The facts show that the capitalist market economy is steadily falling down into the maw of total bankruptcy due to its anarchy and spontaneity.

There is no other way out of the present crisis of capitalism but to remove its system to the full. Capitalism is vanishing from the stage of history since it has served to exploit the people and forsaken them.

The Western countries can never get rid of the vicious cycle of crisis with any means as long as the capitalist market economy is left intact.

Foreign news reports say that the impact by financial and debt crisis is bringing to Europe's party politics and ideological trend of its society the most serious change since the end of the Cold War.

The future of mankind is ensured by socialism based on science.

Invincible is socialism belonging to the Korean people, the popular masses and the world people. -0-

KCNA Commentary on Sexual Assaults by GIs

Pyongyang, October 12 (KCNA) -- It was recently disclosed that soldiers of the U.S. imperialist aggressor forces in south Korea committed brutal sexual assaults against teenage schoolgirls in Tongduchon of Kyonggi Province and Mapho District of Seoul.

GIs have committed countless violence in south Korea.

But the sexual assaults perpetrated by GIs against an old woman and teenage school girls make all the fellow countrymen shudder.

Even south Korean media deplored the sexual assaults were too cruel to open them to press, adding: What do the ceaseless grave sexual assaults occurring in south Korea tell?

In this regard, the U.S. hastily expressed "apology and regrets" unusually. It made an excuse that the criminal was overdrunken.

Did the ceaseless sexual assaults occur by "mistakes"?

The incidents were not accidental ones committed by individual lechers. They are an inevitable outcome of the U.S. military presence and colonial rule over south Korea.

The history of the U.S. forces' presence in south Korea is a bloodstained history of crimes, as they have brought immeasurable misfortunes and disasters to the Korean nation.

Not a single day has passed in south Korea without plunder, murder, rape and violence since the U.S. forces occupied it.

Unabated Resistance Flames in south Korea

Unabated Resistance Flames

The mass candlelit demos of the south Korean students demanding the reduction of registration fee by half since late March now gains further momentum amid solidarity of different circles.

A people's rally for the reduction of registration fee by half took place at Cheonggye Plaza in Seoul on September 29 under the co-sponsorship of opposition parties and the People's Headquarters for Halved Registration Fee grouping some 700 students, civic and student parents’ organizations. At the rally attended by more than 3,000 students and citizens the participants stressed that the government should take measures to solve the registration fee issue which became insolvable any further.

The South Korean Federation of University Students in the 21st Century asserted in a statement released that day that the “government” should relieve all students who failed to register for not being able to afford the fee, denouncing the regime’s policy for reducing the registration fee as a deceitful one disregarding the people's demand for halved fee.

After the candlelit rally, the participants staged a demo chanting such slogans as “Implement the halved registration fee” and “Don’t kill the students any longer”.

Much perplexed by the fighting enthusiasm of the people the authorities mobilized 6,000-odd policemen of 78 companies to suppress them firing water cannons and arrested some 50 students.

However, the struggle continued to the next day.

On the same day such struggles for halved registration fee also took place all at once in ten-odd areas including Busan, Ulsan, Daegu, Chuncheon and Daejeon.

At present, the students who were out of university for not paying the fee accounted for 26.9% of all students and the students who owe debts are as many as 50.9%.

For the skyrocketing registration fee the students give up studying and undertake drudgery and, even worse, increasing number of students and their parents commit suicide.

So without terminating the anti-popular misrule of the south Korean authorities the registration fee issue cannot be settled.

South Korean students and people will smash the anti-popular policies of the south Korean government with the resistance flames.

STATEMENT BY THE
CENTRAL COMMITTEE OF THE ALL-UNION
COMMUNIST PARTY OF BOLSHEVIKS TO THE
III WORLD CONGRESS IN TORONTO, CANADA

Workers of all countries, unite!

To the President of the International Committee

Michael Lucas,
Participants of the III World Congress
Toronto, Canada

Greetings to the organizers and participants of the
III World Congress
"For Friendship and Solidarity with Soviet people"

Dear Comrades!

The Central Committee of the All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks greets the organizers and participants of the III World Congress "For Friendship and Solidarity with Soviet people" and wishes you all progress in this important progressive forum.
Fate had befallen upon us to live in a difficult and stressful period of history - the period of the collapse of the USSR, the collapse of the socialist camp, and as a result, a hastened assault by international imperialism on the social gains of working people throughout the world that were made during Soviet times, during the existence of SOCIALISM across 1/6th of the Earth's land.
Today, many countries are being rocked by powerful protest actions of working people in defence their social gains being taken away from them. In these actions, young people are actively involved, deprived of a future, with no chance of being employed and thus doomed to destruction. Imperialism either brutally suppresses the protests - essentially a class struggle (as it is in Europe) or skilfully uses the social protest and the population of young people for their own purposes, directing it from off the rails of class and social struggle into a struggle against individuals of higher governing authority, against so-called "tyrants." Recently, this has been clearly seen in the example of the African continent (and the recent events in Iraq). Using the weak political literacy of the protesters, the imperialists of the West (the North Atlantic Alliance, among them the United States) throw their heavily armed Special Forces structures, professional intelligence, money, weapons, and use the information war - disinformation and so forth for the organization, inciting and committing of bloody riots and carrying out pseudo-revolutions, overthrowing regimes objectionable to USA which gains the chance to lead to the power their own puppets and then have the opportunity to plunder the country and their natural resources with impunity. (The oil of Libya has now been carved up between France, Britain, Italy).
Yes, imperialism, especially U.S. imperialism, having fattened itself up nicely on war supplies during World War II, fighting against the communist ideology of the Soviet Union and throughout the years since 1917, has now temporarily triumphed. All possible means were involved in the struggle against the USSR. Paper devalued dollars were used to bribe unstable and greedy money-bourgeoisified leaders, and sophisticated, well-established methods of information and ideological struggle were used.
To combat the communist ideology, the U.S. successfully used the latest advances in communication and connections for strong anti-communist propaganda and a fifth column in the USSR and the People's Democracies from the local anti-Soviet "creative" elite, descendants of the exploiting classes, the underclass and the elements of the rising bourgeoisie (the ideological dimension of counter-revolution) politically abandoned by the revolution.
The introduction into the USSR after Stalin of capitalist market principles into socialist economy led to stagnation of socialist production. Nowadays, the enemies of socialism present this as the bankruptcy of socialism. A departure from socialist principles of economic management inevitably led to the appearance, at first, of an underground and then a clearly Soviet neo-bourgeoisie, including through theft and lack of control by the people over the activities of not just production (the economic aspect of counter-revolution).
The Communist Party of the Soviet Union (formerly All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks)), guarding the interests of working people under J.V. Stalin, after him, was gradually transformed from a political organization into a bureaucratic structure, increasingly contaminated by opportunists, careerists and bureaucrats. And then, after that, just enemies of the people, like Gorbachev. Recruitment of party members from Trotskyist Nikita Khrushchev, went along the principle of personal loyalty, and not by merit (the political aspect of counter-revolution - the degeneration of the ruling party). Under Khrushchev, all the Stalinist cadres were removed the from CPSU and from production, and replaced by Khrushchevites. This dealt a heavy blow to the socialist system, becoming the start of its degradation, bureaucracy and becoming bourgeois, starting at the top. By August 1991, the neo-bourgeoisie inside the USSR had already matured, had become economically strong and it demanded political power. The internal situation in the country was already prepared for the implementation of a political coup and the establishment of power by the Soviet neo-bourgeoisie. The top echelons of the CPSU had turned out so incompetent, unable to meet the challenges of the time, having allowed ideology to "free float" that left virtually no one in the leadership of the CPSU capable of taking responsibility for the country's destiny and future of the world as a whole, in the crucial days of August 1991.
Soviet man, under Stalin, crushing fascism in the II World War, had been transformed in their offspring, due to flaws in the ideological education of young people, into philistines and purely consumers of benefits, politically ignorant and irresponsible for the future of their great Motherland - the USSR.
The unprecedented plunder of the riches of the great country in the period of the counter-revolution was carried out not only by the nouveau riche, but the former party nomenklatura of the CPSU and the "glorious" Komsomol. Most of the former Komsomol leaders have now become oligarchs, owners of banks having "privatized" public property, and wealth of the USSR. Today we have a monstrous income gap between 2-3% of the richest people in the country and the dire poverty of the rest of the 85% of the mass of the people. Petty speculators - the "middle class" - do not play any significant role in the production of anything important for the life of society and makes up only 5% of society. The advertised farming is being destroyed because of monstrous speculation by "intermediaries" and inability to return earlier loans from the sale of farmed products. The barrier for national food security has long been exceeded. More than 50% of food is imported from abroad and, as a rule, does not meet food safety standards. Large industrial enterprises have been destroyed. In agriculture, nearly all livestock farming has been destroyed, with large acreage of land overgrown by weeds. The army is degraded and disarmed through "reforms" to it.
Today, the export of our wealth and money abroad, into offshore accounts and banks is continuing on a monstrous scale. Inflation and poverty levels of the general population are constantly rising. The mortality rate is significantly higher than the birth rate. The destruction of a great country and its people is well underway. The high mortality rate is associated with the transfer of medicine over to a fee-paying privatised commercial system, and a poor free of charge corrupt health service, full of bribery.
The youth are deprived of prospects for a future because of high fees for higher education, and fee paying secondary schools. The youth are subverted by arbritaryness, vulgar sex, drugs, drunkenness, popularization of perversion in all amoralism, and educated to disrespect the older generation in that very same spirit of appeals made to them by Trotskyists in the early twentieth century: "The evil lies inside all of the old communists. Komsomolet, be talkative! Komsomolet - beat your fathers up!" Television, along with our depraved and amoral pop artistic bohemia succeed in the sexual abuse of young people. Criminality of society is growing. Most crimes are committed by young people.
I note that the conditions of life in all the former Soviet republics is even worse than in Russia. This is particularly true of Central Asian Republics, of which due to lack of work and grinding poverty, there is a never-ending stream of guest workers arriving in Russia.

Out the current situation on the territory of the USSR, there is only one way out - the rejection of criminal capitalism imposed on us by deceit and lies, and a return to the socialist system, the restoration of the Soviet Union.

HOW can this be done? WITH WHAT forces? WHAT has to be done for this?

It requires the rejection of the entire criminal bourgeois system, not by way of bourgeois merrymaking in parliamentarism, but only through a revolutionary change in the socio-political system. According to Lenin, "reforms are concessions obtained from the ruling class, while maintaining its dominance. Revolution is the overthrow of the ruling class” (v.39, p.113). Revolution is impossible without a nationwide crisis affecting the exploited and the exploiters. A universal
crisis is present not only in Russia but throughout the imperialist world. This means that a world socialist revolution is maturing also.
A revolution is carried out by people, not parties and not leaders. According to Lenin - "The revolution can only be carried out by the masses, moved by deep economic needs" (t.14, s.238). In order for a revolution to take place, "We have to make people terrified at themselves in order to breathe courage into them." (Marx and Engels. Soch.t.1, s.417).
Today, the horror of existence and complete hopelessness of the future is already being felt by many. It is necessary to lift people from their knees, to breathe revolutionary energy into them and lead an assault against the criminal, immoral, dying, but still strong bourgeois system. For this purpose, according to Lenin - "Quite a small party is enough to lead the masses. At certain moments there is no need for large organizations. But to win, it must have the sympathy of the masses. And not always the absolute majority ... "(t.44, p.32).
A revolutionary party has to convince the masses of the correctness of its political line. Because today, our main task lies in the deep political education of the masses through propaganda and agitation by the spreading of our Bolshevik literature, rallies, pickets, interviews and speeches to various audiences.
We publish three national newspapers - publications of the Central Committee: "Hammer and Sickle” (Serp I Molot) in Russia, "Workers' and Peasants' Truth” (Raboche-Krestyanskaya Pravda) in Ukraine, "Forward" (Vperyod) in Belarus and a youth central newspaper "Revolution" (Revolyutsia) in Russia. We have a web-site: http / / www.vkpb. ru, as well as several regional sites. We also publish and distributes a lot of leaflets, brochures on the topic of the day and on major events of the past and present. We believe an achievement of our party for changing attitudes towards Joseph Stalin’s personality and contribution to history. At the beginning of our work (our party was founded on November 8, 1991 at the height of anti-Soviet hysteria in the country) people used to shy away from us at demonstrations, because we always marched with a portrait of Stalin. Our "friends" in the communist movement cowardly said that we would all be imprisoned, and dissociated themselves from us (The Russian Communist Workers’ Party, in particular). Today, twenty years later, nearly 90% of the population according to an opinion poll, oppose the policies of the regime on de-Stalinization of society. And those who were shying away from us before, are now too, IN FAVOUR of Stalin (are they just in favour of the shifting public opinion or have they indeed "matured"?).
Unity of all protest forces are needed to make a revolution.
Today in Russia, there are a mass of listed parties, including those who call themselves communist parties (it's hard to count how many of them have been founded by instruction or consent of the regime). Some of them have only three or more people in them. Three parties have the same Russian initials as our AUCPB or as pronounced in Russian - VKPB: These parties including our own AUCPB (VKPB) are, VKP(b) led by A. Lapin – made up of a few people who were expelled from our party including himself, or who were denied admission into our AUCPB (VKPB), and the VKPB ("All-Russia Communist Party of the Future" – Vserossiskaya Kommunistichestkaya Partiya Boodooshevo). The 2nd and 3rd parties were set up as directed by the regime and got their names also on the direct orders of the special organs of the FSB (former KGB) that created them. "The All-Russia Communist Party of the Future" is on full financial allowance of the regime. No activity by it has been observed lately. The identical Russian abbreviations were given by the regime to create confusion in the minds of people and to divert them away from our All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks – the AUCPB. The Communist Party of the Russian Federation (KPRF) led by G. Zuganov- is not a communist party. This is a social democratic party. Its main job is inside the bourgeois parliament, dealing with the improvement of bourgeois power and has very generous financial support from both the federal budget, and the oligarchs and businessmen in the party.
The Russian Communist Workers’ Party –Revolutionary Party of Communists (RKRP-RPK) is a party made up of the small nomenclature, anti-Stalinists, opportunists, and by the words and actions of their leaders - a Trotskyist party. The RKRP-RPK wants to break into parliament by any means, deceiving people with promises to speak out for the working class via the parliamentary rostrum, which is untenable. Parties rush into parliament for the big money it has to offer them. For example, the Liberal Democratic Party pf Russia (LDPR), led by Zhirinovsky receives out of the federal budget every year 125 million rubles (about $ 4.5 million) for maintenance and expenses. The Zyuganov party - the Communist Party of the Russian Federation gets a much higher amount, as it has 3 times more parliamentary seats than the Liberal Democratic Party has. The history of the last 20 years has shown that anyone who gets into the Russian bourgeois parliament is a faithful servant of the regime. And with no workers’ seats, "Trudovaya Rossiya" (Working Russian) led by Victor Anpilov stands for communist ideals, for Stalin, but has a wavering stance on several issues, depending on the situation, and is also eager to get into parliament. The other parties are either petty-bourgeois, nationalist, or liberal parties.
It follows from this conclusion, that appeals made by these other parties for us to "unite" with them organizationally, is not consistent.
We already pursue a policy of UNITY with everyone, who currently shares our stance on an issue put on the agenda of the day. Therefore, we hold many events in different regions of the country together with other parties.
At present, a difficult issue for us lies in the financing of the party, and the publishing of our newspapers. Naturally there are neither oligarchs, or businessmen in out party. Party membership fees make up the finances. Because of the extreme poverty of people, especially in outlying regions where a pension in the absence of wages is far below the subsistence level, some comrades are exempt from paying membership dues. In our party, there are many unemployed workers due to lack of jobs in the region of residence and massive plant closures.
We work hard. The work is complex. We rely only on ourselves. We have lost many of our comrades ... in "democratic Russia". There have been many cases of killings of our activists after they have been warned by the FSB to reject their "Bolshevik activity." "But where, tell me, and when, was freedom was ever delivered without sacrifice?" - said K.F. Ryleyev, a Decembrist, and one of the organizers of the Decembrist uprising at Senate Square in St. Petersburg in 1825.
The aim of our work is the revival of the multinational Union of equal nations and nationalities - the USSR, the restoration of the socialist system, where everyone will have a constitutional right to work, leisure, housing, free health care and free higher education. Our goal is the aspiration of the absolute majority of honest, decent Soviet citizens.
Change of regime can be realized only through socialist revolution.
Our way of achieving this goal lies in the most extensive propaganda and agitation among the population of the advantages of the socialist system over the capitalist system, as proven by history.
We are consistent fighters for peace in the world. But a world without war is possible only through the destruction of capitalism, because "under capitalism, and especially in its imperialist stage, war is inevitable" (V.I. Lenin. V.26, p.165).
In our struggle, we are counting on the support of a united front against imperialism, for its active support for joint actions across the board.
We are confident in the correctness of our political line.
We are confident of victory, the victory of socialism, in the revival of the Soviet Union.
We believe in the victory of socialism on the entire earth, for it is an objective historical process of human development.

Proletarians and honest people of all countries, unite!

Nina Alexandrovna Andreeva
General Secretary of the Central Committee of the All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks (CC AUCPB)

U.S. Cyber Warfare Plan Exposed by Prensa Latina

Havana, October 6 (KCNA) -- Prensa Latina of Cuba on Sunday exposed the U.S. plan for cyber warfare against cell phone users of Cuba.

The U.S. is planning to develop a system capable of sending 24 000 anti-Cuba messages to cell phone users of Cuba every week, it noted.

A U.S. federal institution in charge of radio broadcasting services will undertake the task, it said, adding that anti-Cuban radio broadcasting services are included.

Its mission is to disturb social order in other countries and make information service on the U.S. under the pretext of promoting "freedom" and "democracy", it noted, terming the U.S. cyber warfare against Cuba a wanton violation of international law. -0-
