Pyongyang, August 12 (KCNA) -- Zimbabwean President Robert Mugabe vowed on Monday to continue fighting against Western imperialism. He said this in a speech to mark the Heroes' Day Holiday.
Mugabe said the former colonial master is defiantly refusing to accept that Zimbabwe is now a sovereign country and so the struggle is on.
The present international situation served as a reminder and lesson for Zimbabwe and other African countries to guard against neocolonialism by the West, he said, urging Zimbabweans to remain vigilant and united in safeguarding the country's political independence and heritage. -0-
