The findings of the report blamed virtually all of the world problems on the population growth of non-white people. The report went on as far recommending the elimination of at least two billion people in the Third World Nations of the face of the earth by the year 2000, in order to restore western supremacy. Interestingly enough also in the 70s the AIDS epidemic broke out claiming huge amounts of life in the Third World Nations as well as amongst the growing Black and Espanic population of America. It was said that the virus originated from green monkeys of the Africa and was later on passed on the local population through either act of sexuality or consuming them as food. From there on AIDS spread like wild fire in the Africa continent, later on to the rest of the world claming Millions of lives. However the story was just a smoke screen. The reality behind this smoke screen On June the 2nd, 1988 the Los Angeles Times published an article refuting the idea that the Human AIDS virus originated from the Green Monkeys. It uncovered evidence that the DNA composition of AIDS was totally inconsistent with that of green monkeys. In fact it could be proved that the AIDS virus could not be found anywhere in the nature and could only and ever survived in a human biological system. Then on October 30, 1985, the Soviet Journal "Lituratania Gazetta", repeated the charges made by the Indian newspaper declaring it an International conspiracy. Always however was easily passed as a communist media attack by the Masonic West, however on the October the 26th 1986, The Sunday Express became the first Western newspaper to run a front page story confirming the findings of the Indian and Soviet newspapers entitled: "AIDS may be a Lab Shot". Rodong Sinmun Calls for Adhering to Principle of Independence in Settling National Issue

Pyongyang, September 29 (KCNA) -- For a people to apply the principle of national independence to the revolution and construction serves as a touchstone deciding whether they take the road of prosperity and independent development of the country and the nation or allow themselves to go to subjugation and national ruin. Rodong Sinmun Thursday says this in a bylined article.

It goes on:

In order to apply the principle of national independence, the people should always seek their own methods and ways for the revolution and construction and solve every problem by their own efforts depending on them. They should not pin any hope on "remedy" given by the imperialists.

All the nations should reject foreign forces' interference and pressure and handle and decide on national issues according to their own view and confidence, independent decision and judgment to meet their requirements and interests on the principle of national independence.

Always hidden behind the "remedy" given by the imperialists to force others to accept it is a dagger to hurt and dominate others.

The people who firmly adhere to the principle of national independence can advance the revolution and construction triumphantly, decisively smashing any moves of the imperialists and hegemonic forces but those who give up the principle of national independence are bound to curry favor with others and pin hope on other's "remedy" and finally become their slaves.

A bitter lesson was taught by the miserable fate of the countries and nations, who harboring illusion about the imperialists and hegemonic forces gave up the revolutionary principle and allowed themselves compromise and concession to serve them.

Victory of Socialism, Historical Inevitability

The process of development of human society is a history of struggle of the masses of the people for their independence. In the protracted course of history, social systems, have been replaced repeatedly as they were anti-popular systems which resorted to the oppression and obliteration of the independence of the people. the masses of the people have longed for a new social system which would champion and ensure their independence, and made strenuous efforts to realize it. It resulted in the emergence of socialism.



Socialism is a noble ideal and revolutionary banner of the people fighting for independence. The independence of the people could not be realized in the previous societies because all of them were based on individualism. A society based on private ownership and individualism spawned by it is bound to divide itself into classes hostile to one another. In the long run, it leads to class antagonism, social inequality, and exploitation and oppression of the masses by a handful of the ruling class. In order to realize the independence of the masses it is necessary to overturn the society based on individualism and build a society based on collectivism-a socialist society. This is precisely the historical review of the development of human society.



The current realities of the international community clearly substantiate it. The hostile contradictions of the capitalist society based on individualism are being carried to an extreme. The phenomena of the rich getting richer and the poor getting poorer are further widespread, with the result that a tiny handful of 100 households are now owning property outmeasuring those of 2 000 million people. Several years ago when the US administration attempted to provide colossal amount of national fund to its monopoly financial giants on the verge of bankruptcy, many demonstrators paraded through the streets, shouting slogans, Don’t pour the blood of the poor into the property of the rich, Don’t rescue the Wall Street but the workers, Socialism delivers the poor from crisis, and the like. This eloquently proves that only socialism is a society which defends and realizes the independent rights and interests of the masses of the people.



Man can transform nature and society and carve out his destiny, not individually, but through collective cooperation of the members of a society. It is a way of human existence to form a social collective and work there, and the independent demand of a human being can be met satisfactorily only through collectivism. The socialist society based on collectivism is indeed the most advanced and advantageous society congenial to the independent nature of human being.



The imperialists are leaving no stone unturned in order to arrest the aspiration of humankind after socialism and stamp it out. In the closing years of the last century socialism experienced a temporary setback owing to the mean tricks employed by the imperialist forces to overthrow socialism, including bribing of the renegades of socialism.



The fact that the imperialists are trying hard to wipe out socialism proves the superiority of socialism over capitalism. If capitalism is superior to socialism, they will have no need to make desperate efforts to destroy the latter by employing all kinds of methods such as military arbitrariness, psychological warfare and economic blockade. For fear of the fact that the world capitalist system will be totally crumbled by the attraction and influence of socialism in case the socialist countries are left as they are, they are resorting to every possible means and methods.



This notwithstanding, the more desperate efforts they make the stronger the struggle becomes to defend and advance socialism. The trend of aspiration for socialism is conspicuous in Latin America, too, which has been called a “quite backyard” of the United States.



In April 1992, 70 political parties aspiring to socialism, including communist and workers’ parties of the world, signed and made public the Pyongyang Declaration “Let us defend and advance the cause of socialism.” This served as a historic momentum which dealt a heavy blow at the imperialists who had dreamt of “complete end of socialism on this planet,” availing themselves of the collapse of socialism in some countries, and which made it possible to advance the world socialist movement along a new orbit. The number of political parties that signed the Pyongyang Declaration saw an increase of over 270. The socialist cause, the independent cause of the people, has broken through the passing crisis and made fresh strides, bringing about a great change in the political circles of the world.



The realities of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea demonstrating its dignified appearance as an invincible bulwark which opposes imperialism and staunchly defends the cause of socialism instill great confidence and courage in the minds of the peoples throughout the world. True to the Songun politics administered by leader Kim Jong Il, the Korean people are resolutely frustrating the anti-socialist offensive of imperialism by directing great efforts to the buildup of self-defensive forces and, at the same time, pushing forward their drive to build a great, prosperous and powerful socialist country.



The cause of socialism will continue to make a vigorous advance towards the complete victory.

KCNA Commentary on U.S. Drone Operation

Pyongyang, September 27 (KCNA) -- Secret U.S. drone bases were built in Ethiopia and Seychelles. The construction of a secret airfield is now making brisk headway on the Arabian Peninsula, The Washington Post said on Sept. 21.

U.S. enterprises including Graman, Boeing, Lockheed Martin are vying with each other in developing drones such as ones meant for aircraft carriers with huge investment.

This goes to prove that the U.S. is attaching ever increasing importance to drone operations and pushing forward them in real earnest.

The main target of the drone operation is the Asian Pacific region.

The U.S. is mulling transferring 53 tactical drones of the U.S. Air Force such as "predator" and "reeper" to East Asia from Iraq and Afghanistan. And it seeks to deploy more efficient strategic drone reconnaissance planes as Global Hawk in the vicinity of the Korean Peninsula.

Then why such frantic moves?

They can be explained by the U.S. aim to put increased spurs to the pursuance of its unchallenged Asia-Pacific strategy.

The U.S. considers the Asia-Pacific region as more important than any other regions in its strategy for dominating the world. It remains unchanged in its strategy of strength to maintain a military edge over this region.

The All-African People’s Revolutionary Party (A-APRP) has been involved in active revolutionary relations with the Libyan Jamahiriya for more than 40 years. It has defended and supported Libya in the past when imperialists have attacked the country and now has intensified their work against the NATO imperialists bombing and the illegal military invasion in Libya.
Among with the "U.S./NATO Hands Off Libya! Hands Off Africa!" coalition, which consists of revolutionary and progressive African organizations in Ghana, the A-APRP has been demonstrating on September 21 against the U.S./NATO attack on Libya and Africa and in support of Muammar Qathafi and the Libyan Jamahiriya to win the war against the crusaders.
Below is a video of a rally chant before the protesters marched from Nkrumah Circle to the U.S. Embassy on September 21 which was the 102nd birthday of Ghana’s first president, anti-colonial fighter and third Chairman of the Organization of African Unity Osageyfo Kwame Nkrumah:

Prior to the demonstration the A-APRP and the Hands Off Libya coalition have stated:

The Libyan masses own and control their resources! Ninety percent of all oil revenues in Libya are used to meet the needs of the masses. Every month $500 dollars of the nation’s revenues go directly into every Libyans bank account. When marrying, Libyan couples receive 60,000 dinars (about $50,000 US dollars) to begin their married life and start their family. Libyans have free education, free health care, free electricity, free water, and every citizen receives a free house. Tens of thousands of Ghanaians and Africans have gone to Libya for work and have sent remittances to their families to raise their living conditions. Libya contributed $300 million to buy a satellite for Africa improve its telecommunications system and was preparing to contribute $32 billion to establish an African Monetary Fund, to replace the dictatorial US and EU controlled International Monetary Fund (IMF) and World Bank (WB). This $32 billion will be under the control of the
African Union, which will end European imperialist economic control over African governments, to create political space for Africa to Unify under a continental government. Libya has demonstrated a commitment to African Unity.
Ghanaians and all Africans must stand with Libya in the spirit of Osagyefo Kwame Nkrumah on 21st September 2011, Osagyefo’s 102nd birthday; and march on the U.S. embassy!

In support of Muammar Qathafi and the Libyan Jamahiriya the demonstrators have declared:

Muammar Qathafi, a great African Leader and Revolutionary, led the Libyan masses to forcibly remove the puppet of imperialism, King Idriss, from power and eliminated the US, British, and Italian, military bases from Libyan/African soil. He led the masses to take control of Libya’s rich oil resources, which were being robbed by US, UK, and Italian companies like, Occidental, Mobile, British Petroleum, and ENI. Qathafi wrote The Green Book and the Third Universal Theory to develop an ideology which guides the Libyan people and serves as an example for Africans and people of the world to create a just and righteous society based on right principles and independent thinking from their culture and history.
This is similar to Nkrumah writing his book, Consciencism; philosophy and ideology for decolonization, in which Nkrumah stated: “practice without thought is blind, thought without practice is empty.�

During their peaceful demonstration 25 protesters were arrested by Ghana authorities which have already allied themselves with the racists and terrorists in Libya. A team of police personnel from the Greater Accra Regional Police Command met them and showed a Prohibition Order from an Accra Circuit Court prohibiting the demonstration and asked them to stop.
The demonstrators refused to acknowledge the order and instead continued their peaceful demonstration against the illegal war on Libya. This made the police call for reinforcement leading to the arrest of the 25 people, who were accused of "acts that tend to disrupt the peace of the nation".

After the unjust arrest of the protesters, the A-APRP published a press release saying:

Today (September 21st) on Osagyefo Kwame Nkrumah’s birthday celebration a great tragedy has occurred in Ghana. The U.S./NATO Hands Off Libya! Hands Off Africa! Coalition marched from Kwame Nkrumah Circle to the U.S. Embassy to demonstrate against the illegal, immoral U.S./NATO invasion and for victory of Qaddafi and the Libyan masses.
At approximately 11am GMT several members of the All-African People’s Revolutionary Party ... were detained and arrested for marching to stop the illegal, immoral occupation of Libya!

The memory of Kwame Nkrumah is tainted today by the actions of the police force of Ghana instructed by the U.S. Embassy. What justification does the U.S. Embassy have for orchestrating the arrest of these Africans who were participating in a peaceful march that will benefit Africa and Ghana? Although the Ghanaian government is supporting the NATO invasion, the majority of Ghanaian citizens fully support the people of Libya and are among many African voices that are calling for the immediate halt of this invasion.

The 25 peaceful protesters have been illegally held in police custody for over 24 hours before they were released on Thursday.
After their release the A-APRP vowed to continue fighting against the Western imperialism:

Nature-Remaking Projects Accompanied by Anti-Imperialist Struggle

Pyongyang, September 23 (KCNA) -- The people of each country are the master of its natural resources and it is, therefore, an inviolable sovereign right for them to actively harness and use them in its interests. Nature-remaking is very vast and tough job and it is, therefore, accompanied by a struggle against the imperialists.

It continues:

The imperialists are working hard to disturb the nature-harnessing projects in other countries.

Their persistent and heinous moves find expression in the fact that they slap various economic sanctions on other countries in a bid to bar them from effecting South-South cooperation and international cooperation in the field of nature-remaking.

People's struggle for nature-harnessing can never make smooth progress as long as the imperialists remain in the world. Nature-remaking work precisely means a struggle against imperialism.

The world progressive people should intensify the anti-imperialist struggle, clearly mindful that a struggle for remaking nature is bound to be accompanied by an anti-imperialist struggle.

What the world people desire is independence, not domination and subjugation, and friendship and cooperation, not confrontation.

It is hard to properly harness nature without having strong military capability. It is all the more so as the imperialists seek to plunder other countries of their natural resources by force of arms. Only when a country possesses powerful forces for self-defense, can it beat back any aggression and war maneuvers of the imperialists and dynamically push forward any nature-harnessing project.

The imperialists are sadly mistaken if they calculate they can frighten and stifle other countries and bring them to their knees through such obstructions to their nature-remaking projects. -0

Actions against Imperialists′ Moves to Stamp Out Anti-Imperialist and Independent Forces Called for

Pyongyang, September 20 (KCNA) -- The world progressives should get united and frustrate the moves of the imperialists to stamp out the anti-imperialist and independent forces.

The imperialists try to completely eliminate the socialist countries from the surface of the earth by strategy of "peaceful transition".

They are persistently working to shake faith in socialism among the people and benumb their revolutionary consciousness in a bid to destabilize the above-said countries.

Their imposition of "multi-party system" and "democracy" and talk about "defence of human rights," etc. are nothing but cunning methods employed by the imperialists to hold in check the advance of the anti-imperialist and independent countries.

Through bourgeois ideological and cultural poisoning the imperialists seek to benumb the people's consciousness of independence and reduce them to slaves serving them.

They bribe a party involved in a dispute and egg it on to stand in confrontation with the other party in dispute in a bid to use disputes as levers for breaking the friendship and unity among the peoples of the developing countries.

The spearhead of their moves to stamp out the anti-imperialist and independent forces is directed against the Non-aligned Movement at present.

The imperialists bribe some non-aligned countries in a bid to sow the seeds of discord and split within the movement and make contradiction and confrontation fester and thus pit its member states against each other. They leave no means untried to hamstring the efforts of the non-aligned countries to boost the South-South cooperation and put the noose of economical dependence upon the necks of those countries.

The imperialists remain unchanged in their true hegemonic nature. -0
