DESTROY
THE POWER OF CAPITAL
85 years ago, on 30 December 1922, four Soviet Socialist republics: the Russian Federation, Ukraine, Byelorussia and the Caucasus Federation (in the makeup of Azerbaizhan, Armenia and Georgia) signed a treaty on the formation of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics. Our great state was formed on the basis of Leninist-Stalinist principles of the national policy: the voluntariness of unification; the right of nations to self determination up and to the separation and formation of an independent state; complete equality, friendship and brotherlyness of nations; mutual and unselfish aid to each other.
As a result of industrialization of the country, the collectivization of agriculture and the Cultural Revolution, thanks to the selfless labour of all the peoples of the USSR under the leadership of the AUCP(b) All-Union Communist Party (bolshevik) headed by outstanding successor and continuer of th cause of great Lenin – Joseph Vissarionovich Stalin, the Soviet Union by 1940 occupied first place in Europe in its own economic potential. Hitler, attacking the USSR, had counted on our country falling to pieces like a house of cards. But the friendship and brotherhood of the peoples of the USSR was the one of the most important factors of the Great Victory.
90 years ago, on the 25th December 1917, Soviet power was established in Ukraine. Ukraine gained freedom and independence as a result of the Great October Socialist Revolution, have formed an independent state from the former small Russian provinces. The Ukrainian Soviet Socialist Republic was one of the founders and constitutors of the world’s first multinational workers’ and peasant’s state – the Soviet Union. In the makeup of the USSR, Soviet Ukraine made outstanding achievements in its social-economic development, having by 1940 become one of the most highly developed countries of Europe and coming out in its economic potential on par with France. In 1939, Western Ukraine entered Ukraine, in 1940, Bukovina (nowadays – Chernovitskaya Region), and 1945, Carpathians entered. Under the leadership of the AUCP(b) headed by J.V. Stalin and as a result of carrying out the Leninist-Stalinist national policy, the reunification of all Ukrainian lands into a single united Ukrainian state took place.
***
As a result of the temporary victory of the bourgeois counterrevolution in Ukraine, a country that had entered the makeup of the USSR and become one of the most highly developed in the world, had been transformed into a backward semi-colonial country with a population dying out.
The ruling bourgeois regime is carrying out a policy of genocide in the relation to the people of Ukraine. In order to take the working people’s attention away from the ruling bourgeoisie’s crimes, being expressed in the looting and destruction of industry and agriculture, science and culture, education and medicine, the complete extermination of the Ukrainian village, yearly, the size of the population is falling by half a million people, the “orange” authorities headed by president Victor Yushchenko is carrying out a hypocritical and cynical campaign of remembering the “victims of the state instigated famine of 1932-1933”. Onto the pedestal of heroes are being hoisted Banderites, fighters in the UPA (Ukrainian Insurgent Army), butchers of the people of Ukraine, who faithfully served the possessed Hitler.
And this entire orgy of lies and slander is being carried out on a background of a catastrophic drop in the living standard of the working people of Ukraine and their direct destruction by the anti-people’s regime. Immediately following elections there began the headlong growth in food prices, housing rents and services with a drop in their quality – the bourgeoisie of all ranks and shades are aiming to retrieve their pre-election expenses. The gas explosion in an apartment block in Dnepropetrovsk and the death of scores of people; the mass killing of miners at the Zasyadko mine (the owner – Zvyagilsky); the maritime catastrophe in the Kerchensky Gulf, as a result, several vessels sank, seaman died and thousands of tons of heavy fuel poured out into the sea, causing an ecological catastrophe. At the bottom of the sea lie two vessels with thousands of tons of sulfur. All this speaks about the complete inability of bourgeois power in running the state, of its soulless attitude towards people, who for the bourgeoisie are only an object of brutal exploitation and money-making.
***
Saving the people of Ukraine from extinction and complete destruction can only be done by way of the preparation and the carrying out of a new socialist revolution, by way of restoring Soviet power, socialism and the rebirth of our great Soviet Motherland.

A HEALTHY DEBATE ABOUT THE MASS REPRESSIONS
In order to prove that a “king is naked”, one does not necessarily have to be a professional tailor. It is enough just to have a pair of eyes and be not afraid to think a little. After repeated re-writing of history and goating nonsensical statistical methods “proving” whatever, people do not believe anything these days. Therefore, I am not going to bore the reader with statistical calculations, but I appeal to healthy thinking.
Speaking about the repressions, which had there place in the Stalinist years, anti-Soviet propaganda asserts the following:
1. The fascists killed foreign people, but the communists killed their own people;
2. 20 million people were killed in the war against the Germans, and twenty millions in the war against our own people;
3. 10 million people were executed by firing squad;
4. 40, 50, 60 right up to 120 million people (!) were sent to camps;
5. Practically all those arrested were innocent – they were sent to prison on the basis of their mother having taken 5 ears of wheat from a field to feed her hungry children, or she made off with a spool of cotton from the factory, and got 10 years in prison for that;
6. Almost all those who were arrested, were sent to camps and forced to build canals and thrown where the majority of those in the camp had died;
When they are asked about why the people never rose up when they were being destroyed, then the answer is usually: “The people didn’t know about it”. With this, the fact that the people did not know about the scale of the repressions is confirmed not just by practically all the people that lived during that time, but also by numerous written sources.
In connection with this, it makes sense to note several important questions to which there is an absence of not only intelligent answers, but in general, there are no answers at all.
Where did such an improbable number of prisoners come from? Indeed 40 million prisoners – this would be the entire population of Ukraine and Belorussia taken together at that time, or the entire population of France, or the entire town population of the USSR during those years. The fact about the arrest and deportation of thousands of Ingushets and Chechens was noted by contemporaries of the deportation as a shocking event, and this is understandable. Why was the arrest and deportation of a number far outweighing the above deportation not noted by witnesses? During the notorious “evacuation to the East” in 1941-1942, 10 million people were transported deep into the rear. The evacuees lived in schools, temporary accommodation, wherever. The entire senior population remembers this. This was with 10 million people, so what about the 40 and moreover 50, 60 million etc others?
Almost all witnesses of those years noted the mass relocation and work over onto the construction of camps for German prisoners of war; one could not but notice them. The people up to now remember for example, “the German POW-s built this road”. There were about 3 million POW-s on the territory of the USSR; this is a large number and the fact concerning the activity of such a large number of people would be impossible not to notice. What can we say about the number of “zeks” (prisoners-convicts ) at 20- 30 times more in quantity? The fact alone about the relocation and working on construction objects of such an improbable number of people arrested should have simply shaken the population of the USSR. This fact would have been transferred from mouth to mouth decades after. Did this happen? No it didn’t.
How were such an enormous number of people transported to far off regions with no roads, and what was the kind of transport used that was accessible in those years? Large-scale road building in Siberia and in the North began a lot later. The relocation of multimillions (!) of people along the Taiga and without roads is in general, unrealistic – for there is also no possibility of supplying them with food, etc. during the several day journey. Where were the prisoners housed? It is assumed that they would be housed in barracks, because skyscrapers would hardly have been built in the Taiga for prisoners. However, even a large barrack cannot house more people than an ordinary 5 –storey apartment block, therefore large blocks of flats are built, but for 40 million people- that would be the size of 10 cities the same size as Moscow was in those days. It would be unavoidable to have left traces of such gigantic settlements. Where are they? Nowhere to be seen. If such a huge number of prisoners were scattered in huge numbers of small camps, located in small populated areas hard to access, then it would have been impossible to send supplies to them. Besides, transport costs taking into account the lack of roads would be simply unimaginable. If the prisoners had been housed near roads and large populated areas, then the entire population of the country would immediately know about the presence of a huge number of prisoners. In actual fact, around the towns would have had to have been built a large number of special objects which would have been impossible not to have noticed or to get mixed up with something else.
The famous White Sea Canal (Belomorkanal) was built by 150 thousand prisoners and Kirovsky waterworks– 90000. The whole country knew that these objects were build by prisoners. And these figures are nothing compared to tens of millions. Tens of millions of “prisoners-slaves” should have left behind really Cyclopean constructions. Where these constructions and what are are they called? One can keep asking questions that no answer will be found to.
How were these people supplied with food etc at such difficult and far off distances? Even if one was to assume that the prisoners were fed the amount that people ate under the blockade of Leningrad, then this means that for feeding the prisoners, a minimum of 5 million kilograms of bread a day or 5000 tons a day would be needed. And that is if one assumes that the guards did not eat anything, nor drink anything and in general did not need to be armed and in uniform.
I expect everyone has seen photographs of the famous “Road of Life” – the endless line of trucks, one after the other, 1.5 and 3 ton trucks, practically the only form of transport in those days other than rail transport (no sense in counting horses as a means of transport under such loads). The Population of Leningrad under the blockade was 2 million. The road running across Ladozhskoye Ozera (Lake Ladozhskoye) is approximately 60 kilometers, but supplying loads, even with such a short distance became a serious problem. And we are not talking about the German bombardments – the Germans were unsuccessful in breaking the flow of supplies not even for one day. The problem was that the carrying capacity of a country road (which was the essence of the Road of Life) – was small. How do the supporters of the hypothesis of the “mass repressions” see the supplying of 10 – 20 cities the size of Leningrad located hundreds and thousands of kilometers from the nearest roads?
How were the products of the labour of such a large number of prisoners taken away, and what kind of transport was used for this at that time? One need not bother waiting for the answers to these questions – there won’t be any. Detainees were rarely held together with those serving out their time, for this aim there exist special custody cells. Those arrested cannot be held in ordinary buildings – special conditions need to be created, and consequently a large number of investigative prisons have to be built in every town, built to house thousands of arrested people in each. These would have had to have been of gigantic sizes, and even in the well known Butirk prison, there was a maximum of 7000 prisoners held. Even if one presumes that the population of the USSR was suddenly temporarily blinded and did not notice the construction of gigantic prisons, then a prison – is such a thing which could not be hidden or transformed into other buildings unnoticed. What happened to them after Stalin had died? After the Pinochet coup in Chile, 30 thousand people arrested had to be detained at stadiums. Besides, this fact itself was immediately noticed by the whole world. How could millions be explained?
To the question: “And where are the graves of our brothers who were innocently killed and where millions of people are buried?” You will never get a sensible answer. After the perestroika propaganda, it was natural that secret places of mass burial of millions of victims would be discovered; and in these places there would have to be set up memorial plaques and statues, but there is none of this mentioned. Remember that the burial in Babye Yar is now known to the whole world and about this fact of mass murder of Soviet people by the fascists, the whole of Ukraine knew immediately. According to various evaluations, from 70 – 200 thousand people were murdered there. It is understandable that if it was impossible to hide the fact of an execution by firing squad and the burial on such a scale, then what can we say about numbers amounting to 50 – 100 times more?
I presume that the above cited facts and thoughts are more than sufficient? Nobody has been able to refute them. Even if some of the facts cited above were to be explained in some form or another, having dragged the fact “by the ears”, they cannot be all explained in their entirety. At the same time, the fulfilling of just a few conditions about which we spoke earlier would be impossible in principle. The number on such a colossal scale was chosen by the falsifiers not by accident. They not only shock a person, bringing about strong emotions, but also switch off their ability to criticize. The victim of manipulation is not in a state to believe that he or she could be lied to SO badly. Fascist propaganda made good use of this. Psychologists know very well that for the average person, everything that exceeds approximately 100 thousand relates to the category of “very many”. Therefore if they say that 100 million were killed, then it is quite possible a person will believe it, because in everyday life, he or she does not operate by large numbers.

A REVIEW OF THE NEW YEAR’S LEADING EDITORIAL OF THREE CENTRAL NEWSPAPERS OF THE DEMOCRATIC PEOPLE’S REPUBLIC OF KOREA (DPRK)
One of the main ideological tasks of any political party, moreover a ruling party is the putting out of the correct slogan of the day, which in concentrated form expresses the main aim of the actions of the people’s masses, the direction of the struggle for the implementation of the given slogan of the day. It is namely the militant slogan, like a call towards the implementation of a huge qualitative leap in the acceleration of the country’s forward movement, in the creating of a prosperous socialist state at the start of 2008, we see as a joint leading articles of three central newspapers of the DPRK – the organ of the Central Committee of the Workers’ Party of Korea “Rodong Sinmun”, the Army newspaper “Joson Inmingun” and the youth newspaper “Chongnyon Jonwi” with the headlines “Glorify This Year of the 60th Anniversary of the Founding of the DPRK as a Year of Historical Turn Which Will Go Down in the History of the Country".
The editorial clearly and concretely expounds also the methods and means of implementing the task put forth, possessing for the realization of this aim, the economic, political, military-defence and like the most important factor for bringing about victory is especially the people factor. The editorial correctly points out that “our might is the single-minded unity of the soldiers and people rallied around the Party, which is more powerful than nuclear weapons”.
The building of a new society, the march along an untrodden path in the creation of the socialism under the banner of Juche is impossible without a leader of the Revolution, possessing iron will for victory, with historic foresight, the talent of a strategist and practician, aiming to realize the aspirations of the people. Therefore it is justifiably noted in the leading editorial that the proud victories and successes we achieved last year in the political, military, economic, cultural, diplomatic and all other realms are the brilliant “fruition of Kim Jong Il's outstanding strategy and tactics, his iron will and his tireless leadership.”
“Kim Jong Il put forward the revolutionary policy of bringing about a fresh upswing in economic construction by relying on the victories and successes achieved in the Songun revolution while further strengthening the might of the socialist country powerful in the political and military realms, and called the entire Party, the whole army and all the people to its implementation.”
The leading article emphasizes the fact that the main front in the construction of a mighty power is the economy, the modernization of the running of it and the achievement of changes in the raising of the people’s prosperity. It also notes that building up the national defence capacity is a nationwide, all-people undertaking. Priority should be given to the development of the defence industry as required by the line of developing the economy in the Songun era in order to consolidate the material foundations of the self-defensive military capacity. It is important to make the spirit of giving priority to the military affairs prevail in the whole society, strengthen militias including the Worker-Peasant Red Guards and the Young Red Guards and turn the whole country into an impregnable fortress. The army and people should secure unity of idea and fighting morale and continue to give full play to the spirit of supporting and helping each other in order to consolidate rock-solid the army-people unity, the pride of Songun Korea.”
Ideology is given a special place in the revolutionary movement forward.
The Juche idea and Songun idea of our Party constitute a great banner for national prosperity and a basis of the mental power of our people. We should arm ourselves with the Juche idea and Songun idea more thoroughly and conduct the revolution and construction in our own style, in the mode of Songun politics, in any circumstances.”
“The entire Party, the whole country and all the people should launch a general offensive to build an economic power.”
“Socialism is the destiny and future of our people. Everyone should cherish the firm faith in the fact that Korean-style socialism our people chose and built is the best in the world and the noble view of life that no life is more fulfilling than the one devoted to society, collective, country and people. It is necessary to preserve the Juche character and national identity, thoroughly observe the revolutionary and class principles, and keep alive the true nature of socialism in all fields of social life. It is imperative to resolutely smash the enemy's reactionary ideological and cultural infiltration and psychological warfare and not to tolerate any elements that undermine our system and corrode our socialist morality and culture and our way of life.”
In the article the main role in the party is in the creation of a socialist society, and notes that the celebration in 2012 of the Centenary since the birth of the founder of the party and the state, Comrade Kim Il Sung, must become a demonstration of the outstanding successes in the construction of a prosperous socialist power, about which the Great Leader dreamt.
2008 is seen as an important stage in the unification of the nation on the basis of implementing a real plan for unification, contained in the “Declaration on the development of relations between the North and South, for peace and prosperity” adopted in October 2007, which a development from the “Joint Declaration” adopted on 15 June 2000. It notes also that reunification must be carried out by the forces of the nation itself without any kind of outside interference.
It notes especially that “An end should be put to the U.S. policy hostile towards the DPRK and the Armistice Agreement be replaced with a peace pact. The aggressive joint military exercises and arms buildup should be discontinued and the U.S. military bases be abolished in South Korea.”
At the end of the article, it points out that the defence of peace and security across the whole world, the advancement along the road of independence is an irreversible tendency of our time.
The reality shows the strong-arm policy and arbitrariness of imperialism do not work anywhere.”
“Korean-style socialism that has tided over the storm and stress of history under the Worker’s Party of Korea (WPK) Songun leadership is vibrant with great vigour winning victory after victory, and the day is coming towards us when the building of a great, prosperous powerful country will emerge victorious.”
“Let us all work harder for the prosperity of the country and the completion of the revolutionary cause of Juche rallied closely around the headquarters of the revolution headed by Kim Jong Il.”
The All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks sincerely wishes the heroic people of Korea under the leadership of Great Kim Jong Il in the famous year 2008, the 60th year since the formation of the DPRK, success in the implementation of all the huge plans of socialist construction, once again proving to the whole world the huge advantages of the socialist system over capitalism.
We see the joint new year editorial of the three main party newspapers of the DPRK as a document of extreme importance, as a militant slogan and bringing to life the plan of struggle for socialism, based upon the industrialization of the economy, self-sufficiency of the country’s resources, the powerful defence industry, the glorious Armed Forces of the DPRK, the high culture of the population, united with a high feeling of patriotism and united monolithically around their party leadership and the country’s Dear Leader – the Great Kim Jong Il.

General Secretary of the CC AUCPB
31 January 2008, Leningrad

On 14 March 2008 in Vladivostok, a meeting was held between First Secretary of the district committee of the Primorsky district organization of the All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks (AUCPB) Comrade N.P. Kirillov, and representative of the General Consulate of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK) in the Primorsky District (city of Nakhodka) Comrade Che Chan Son.
During the lengthy talks, with the aid of an interpreter, both sides exchanged opinions on the current situation being formed inside Russia, on the post Soviet expanse and also discussed questions of organization of an anti-imperialist struggle and noted the perspectives of further cooperation on both sides.
Comrade Che Chan Son handed to Comrade N.P. Kirillov a letter by the General Consulate of the DPRK in Nakhodka, Comrade Sim Kun Rena, in which in the name of the Korean people gratitude is expressed for the support on part of the AUCPB “in the struggle for the building of a socialist mighty and prosperous power”.
The letter also spoke about the readiness on part of the General Consulate of the DPRK to “discuss questions on cooperation in various spheres”.
It needs to be noted that towards the achievement of cooperation with the General Consulate of the DPRK in Nakhodka, the district committee of the AUCPB it has taken two years to revive ties which had been suddenly broken due to the appointment of a new consul. For the AUCPB, this is an important step in the cause of strengthening solidarity and the development of brotherly friendly relations not only with the General Consulate but also with the Central Committee of the Workers’ Party of Korea and with the leadership of the DPRK on the whole.
At the end of the meeting, the First Secretary of the Primorsky District Committee of the AUCPB Comrade N.P. Kirillov handed to Comrade Che Chan Son the book by General Secretary of the CC AUCPB Comrade N.A. Andreeva “For Bolshevism Inside the Communist Movement” with the author’s autograph, and also the latest edition of the newspapers of the AUCPB, in which material about the DPRK is printed.

OPINION OF THE SECRETARIAT OF THE CC AUCPB CONCERNING EVENTS IN KOSOVO
The events in Kosovo (under UN mandate since 1999) and surrounding areas are a continuation of the criminal policy of the USA in the Balkans started by them in 1999 by the barbaric bombardment by NATO military aggression against Yugoslavia, bringing about the destruction of the statehood of this country and its demise into several small states which are all practically complete vassals of the USA.
In his speech at the working meeting of the International organization Nino Pasty “For peace and independence of peoples” in Prague on 8 May 1999, the General Secretary of the CC AUCPB, N.A. Andreeva, analyzing the causes of the military aggression against Yugoslavia, defined them as the realization of the economic and geopolitical interests of the USA – the get hold of the extremely rich in mineral resources region of Trepcha in Kosovo, from which they could export lead, zinc, cadmium, silver and others to France, Belgium, Greece, Sweden and also the USA (to Russia and Czech republic). At the same time in this the USA saw the attractiveness of the idea of the destruction of the highly developed and therefore highly competitive for the countries of the EU and the USA – the pharmaceutical industry of Yugoslavia. Besides this, Kosovo is a region of Yugoslavia and possesses coal deposits amounting to 17 billion tons. Besides the purely economic tasks, the destruction of Yugoslavia would follow the wholly potentially geopolitical aim of the USA of possessing a unique strategic launch platform for aggression against Russia and other former Soviet republics. One cannot exclude here also the countries of Europe, which are completely unprotected in the conditions of location in this region NATO –US military bases.
In the conditions of growing recession of the US economy, the natural sharp devaluation of the US dollar, its rejection by an ever larger number of countries, the recognition by Americans themselves of the collapse of the US foreign policy under Bush – all this pushing the severely wounded but still strong predator – the USA, their ruling leadership to desperately find an exit from the current situation. The destruction of Iraq’s independence has not solved the problems of the USA. The US is currently not up to warring with Iran. Therefore, they have turned their attention once again to the Balkans, to Kosovo which makes up part of Serbia.
According to UN Security Council Resolution 1244 from 10 June 1999, Kosovo is “a part of Serbia and therefore recognition of “independence” of Kosovo is a violation of the Constitution of Serbia and therefore is illegal”. The head of the UN Provisional Administration in Kosovo, Ioachim Ryukker recently stated that “as from a judical as well as the political point of view, the onesided action exiting from the framework of international rights, exiting from the framework of Resolution 1244 would be completely unjustified.”
Serbia’s premier Voinslav Koshtunitsa stated that “Serbia will never recognise a puppet quasi-state”. Presently Serbia has pulled out all its diplomats from countries which by benefiting the USA, recognized the “independence” of Kosovo (the EU countries and Canada). Russia spoke out against the recognition of Kosovo’s “independence” . India and China and also the large majority of the countries of the world have meanwhile not announced their decision to recognize the “independence” of Kosovo.
The disagreement of the cabinet of ministers of Serbia on the question of further cooperation with countries that recognized “the independence” of Kosovo, led to the resignation of the prime minister of the country (Skupshina). Next elections in Serbia will take place in May 2008.
America hasn’t taken into account anyone’s opinion. On the 20th of March 2008, US President Bush sanctioned new arms’ supplies to Kosovo.
What is the solution to the extremely explosive situation for the whole world? We believe the solution can only be a confrontation or opposition to the strength of the USA by another powerful force. Let us say for example, the forming of a bi-polar model of peace in the world on the basis of a block formed out of Russia, China, India, Pakistan, Iran and other peace loving states which have nuclear weapons as a restraining factor against anyone unleashing a new war!
A complete solution to the question of averting in future aggression organized by the United States against any country is possible only on the basis of the destruction of Imperialism (according to Lenin) as a criminal outlived and anti-human social economic formation, therefore the primary task of Bolsheviks in the name of preserving civilization on Earth is the re-birth of Socialism in the face of a Union Soviet Socialist State.
At the moment the most important task of all anti-Imperialist forces across the planet must be the organization and the development of the broadest anti-Imperialist movement.

VLADIMIR ILYICH LENIN
22 April 2008 marks the 138th anniversary since the birth of Vladimir Ilyich LENIN (22 April 1870), the leader of the world proletariat, the founder and leader of the Russian Communist Party of Bolsheviks, under the leadership of which the Great October Socialist Revolution was carried out, the founder of the world’s first multinational workers’ and peasant state – the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics. V.I. Lenin in the new historical conditions of the transition of capitalism over onto its highest and last imperialist stage, continued to creatively develop Marxism, relying on the law on the inequality of development of imperialism and founded the possibility of victory of a socialist revolution in several countries or even one separate country. Party building under the leadership of V.I. Lenin was carried out in a fierce struggle against revisionists and opportunists of all stripes, which allowed the party fully armed to approach the revolution and successfully carry it out. The guarantee of successful Bolshevik activity Lenin believed to be the total connection of the proletarian party with the masses of working people – the true creator of history. The transition of the communist movement over onto revolutionary forms and methods of struggle, onto the rails of Marxism-Leninism (Bolshevism) – will be the guarantee of our future victories.
KARL MARX – THE OUTSTANDING SCIENTIST AND REVOLUTIONARY

125 years have passed since that day, 14 March in 1883, when the passionate heart stopped beating of the founder of scientific communism, the outstanding scientist and revolutionary - Karl Marx.
The life and activity of Karl Marx present an outstanding model of the harmonic merging of tireless scientific work with practical revolutionary activity. In the works of Marx, everything had been worked out that was progressive and created by social thought throughout the entire history of Mankind.
Marx’s entire genius, wrote Lenin, is namely in him giving answers to questions which progressive thinking of Mankind had already put forward. His doctrine came about as a direct continuation of the doctrine of the greatest representatives of the philosophy of political economy and socialism.
Marxism came about as a generalisation of the experience of the revolutionary struggle of the proletariat as a result of many centuries of development of advanced social thinking of Mankind.
F. Engels pointed out that the law on surplus value and the materialist understanding of history are the main and greatest scientific discoveries by Marx.
Marx defined his own attitude towards science with the following words: “In science there is no wide signposted road pointing the way, and only that person can achieve its commanding heights, who is not afraid of scrambling along stony footpaths.”
Marx gave his entire life towards the creation of his main work – “Capital” and 24 years for the first volume.
Engels characterised Marx not just as the greatest thinker but also as a great revolutionary: “The struggle was his element”.
The main thing in the revolutionary struggle of Marx and Engels was the forming of the revolutionary doctrine of the proletariat and its ideological weapon – Marxism, as a genius generalisation of the revolutionary experience of the proletariat, the great experience of the Paris Commune. Marx scientifically proved that the period from capitalist to communist society can occur in no other way than as the revolutionary dictatorship of the proletariat.
After the dissolution of the I International and the formation of socialist parties in a number of countries of Europe , Marx and Engels struggled for purity in revolutionary theory against alien to the proletariat bourgeois and petty bourgeois influences, and dealt heavy blows against opportunism which had already infected the socialist parties that had been formed.
At the funeral of Karl Marx in London at Hyde Park Cemetery on 17 March 1883, Engels ended his funeral speech about the great teacher and friend with the prophetic words:
“AND HIS NAME AND CAUSE SHALL LIVE FOR CENTURIES!”

THE REVIVAL OF BOLSHEVISM
May 2008 – 20 years since the publication of the article by N.A. Andreeva “I cannot give up principles”

The concepts of LENINISM and BOLSHEVISM are the same. Each of them means the theory and practice of revolutionary Marxism in the epoch of imperialism, proletarian revolutions and the dictatorship of the proletariat, and the inevitable transition of humanity over from capitalism over to communism.
Marxism-Leninism is the philosophical- sociological, political-economic and social-political basis of the world-wide mission of the working class and its allies, summoned to put an end to all forms of oppression, exploitation, social inequality, violence and wars between peoples.
Bolshevism having originated in the theoretical basis of Marxism, was worked out by V.I. Lenin and exists as a “current of political thought and as a political party since 1903” (V.I. Lenin Complete Works v.41. p6.Russian).
After the death of V.I. Lenin, his cause – the continuation of the construction of socialism in one country, the strengthening of the organizing force of socialist construction – the Communist Party of Bolsheviks – was continued by his loyal disciple and successor J.V. Stalin. Under Stalin, under his direct leadership, the Soviet people built a powerful fundament of socialism, led the country to the level of a world superpower and defeated fascism in the Second World War. J.V. Stalin theoretically worked out and marked down the main ways for the gradual transition over from socialism to communism, including the liquidation of commodity production and commodity-money relations (“Economic problems of socialism in the USSR ”).
However, after the death of J.V. Stalin into the leadership of the party and country arrived people, who were semiliterate in Marxism, who carried out a violent replacement of the Stalinist cadres of experienced, loyal to the cause party members, replaced by executive personnel who transformed the Party of Lenin- Stalin in an ever-increasing swollen quantity, into an apparatus of bureaucrats unable to solve state questions politically, badly knowing the laws of the social development of society – Marxism-Leninism, and moreover- who had started to deform the socialist economy by the introduction of principles into it used in the functioning of the economy of capitalism. This led to a sharp reduction in the speed of the development of the socialist economy. Khrushchev’s personal hatred towards Stalin became the basis of the malicious speech made at the XX Congress of the CPSU with the criticism of the so-called “Stalin personality cult” and the consequent anti-Stalin hysteria, which had begun inside the country and conducted by “loyal Leninists” for the entire time following it.
Was there really a “Stalin personality cult”? Yes, there was a cult of boundless trust and true all-people’s love to a person who gave his entire life to serving the people. (Stalin was even buried with his worn out boots and shabby military tunic. His relatives did not have to share any inheritance after the death of Stalin because there was no inheritance…. .We also know that in the post Stalin period, the “loyal Leninists” – the party workers even of small caliber were already living under communism by level of their benefits gained on the sly from the people).
Yes, there was a Stalin personality cult because there was a PERSONALITY, a gigantic Personality to which after Lenin there was no equal in the world.
Pigmies of social science and “democrats” (mainly, Zionists fed with US dollars) after the XX Congress of the CPSU carried out a frenzied campaign of slander against Stalin and his cause, whilst at the same time misinforming society destroying its morals and moral-political unity. The erosion of the monolithic unity of Soviet people continued in all directions – ideological, political, and economic, in the moral and cultural plan.
Towards the 1990-s, under adequate material and ideological support on part of the USA of counterrevolutionar y processes which had been developing within the USSR , counterrevolution was actually planned inside the country. Gorbachev became the conductor for implementing the plan by the USA for destroying the USSR . Former US president Bush (senior) admitted that “We spent a trillion US dollars on winning the cold war and compared to this sum, the sum which the USA now intends to spend (24 billion), this of course is small change. The democrats inside the Kremlin are able to guarantee our security much better now than nuclear missiles used to”. As we can see, Gorbachev brought super high profits to world Capital having betrayed and sold off the people of the USSR to our “best friend” – America, and “in one go” betrayed the international communist movement, the countries of socialism and delivered a crushing blow to the working class of the countries of Capital, who became deprived of their social gains won in the long and difficult struggle against Capitalism.
Gorbachev gave the start to his successors in power, in the betrayal of the interests of the nation – the Soviet people, to the benefit of the USA: to start with, “Czar Boris” (Yeltsin), afterwards, Sobchak’s aid Putin, and tomorrow (at time of writing) – his loyal successor blessed in Davos to the “throne” – Medvedyev….Mr. Putin has wholly zealously defended the interests of the USA in the flow of his 8 year presidency, having handed over to the USA Russia’s stabilization fund for propping up the entirely collapsing dollar instead of transferring it over to our own bankrupt enterprises and by this preserving work places for the breadwinners of families, or to our impoverished old age pensioners (the living standard for the absolute majority who live way below the poverty line), or towards maintaining hospitals and healthcare on the whole. Russian enterprises are going bankrupt even more, increasing the capital of the oligarchs, and people are being thrown onto the streets left by themselves and their families without any means of existence. Indeed the majority of enterprises in the USSR were mainly town forming. And the end to this political outrage is nowhere to be seen….
But what about the party - the CPSU (Communist Party of the Soviet Union ) formed in order to defend the working class, taking on the responsibility of implementing the dictatorship of this class in its interests?
As spoken above, the CPSU after the death of J.V. Stalin became gradually degraded, transforming itself from a party of the dictatorship of the proletariat into a social-democratic party, into a party of Mensheviks. By the 1990-s, the CPSU was already a conglomerate of various ideological platforms and no longer defended the interests of the proletariat. Four platforms within the party occupied themselves with heated “discussions”, attempting to squeeze others from power. The democratic platform (dem-platform) consisting of the so-called “democrats”, mainly Zionists and also descendants of the Nepmen, bandits, de-kulakized people by Soviet power and self-de-kulakized kulaks, all kinds of swindlers in the form of newly appeared bourgeoisie from out of the managers of enterprises who had pocketed larges sums of state money, Zionistic cultural activists giving a bad picture about Soviet power and with outright hatred, betraying and crucifying our Soviet history, Lenin and Stalin. Social democrats in the face of middle and small party nomenclatura, secretaries of district party committees, party committees of large enterprises, scientific research institutes (NII) and Higher Learning Institutions (VuZ) who had disowned themselves from Stalin and the revolution and chattered constantly about a “new way” of development for the country, huddling themselves into the so-called communist initiative. The supporters of Gorbachev- were adherents of “perestroika”. The Neo-Trotskyites formed the so-called “Marxist platform” inside the CPSU”.
The brutal struggle of the enemies of socialism against our glorious past, the unruliness of the “democrats”, their open calls to people at a number of meetings on Dvortstovy Square in Leningrad and on the squares in Moscow for reprisals against communists – “Communists to the gallows”, the people’s disgruntlement over the absence of commodities and necessary foodstuffs in the stores, stashed away by enemies of the Socialist Fatherland, which in turn led to rebellions, emotional nerve-strain in mass conscience, especially among the youth, putting forth the demand for open and broad discussion in print, of sexual problems, rejection of centralized in the sphere of culture, the abolition of military conscription, the unhindered travel abroad (mainly to Israel) and many others – in such conditions in a state of society in the newspaper “Sovetskaya Rossiya” of 13 March 1988 there appeared the article by N.A. Andreeva “I cannot give up principles”.
What principles couldn’t the senior lecturer of the department of physical chemistry of the Lensoviet Chemical-technologi cal University , candidate of science, the best curator of the student group of the university give up? What were the principles being talked about in the article?
- the necessity of a class view of the world,
- the understanding of the connection of common human class interests,
- an analysis of the events in close connection with that historic setting in which they occurred (for history is not politics, upturned in the past like Pokrovsky a well known academician- historian interpreted this).
- The inadmissibility of ignoring the objective laws of history, appearing in the activities of classes and masses,
- The inadmissibility of the absolutization of the subjective factor of social development,
- Research of concrete historical processes on the basis of Marxist-Leninist methodology as the only scientific approach in the study of any historical process,
- The inadmissibility of running down of the epoch of socialist construction, connected with the immeasurable achievement of an entire generation of Soviet people from the which modern day “democrats” demanded “repentance”(! )
In the judgment of the activity of J.V. Stalin – the outstanding statesman and political activist of the XX century – it is necessary to emanate from:
- the party-class interests of the epoch of storms and invasion, the brutal class struggle when the question is solved “The state of workers and peasants - to be or not to be” in the internal and international aspect;
- the dialectical conformity of the activity of the individual to the main laws of development of society, and not from the emotions of individual persons, deservedly repressed by Soviet power under Stalin as true enemies of the State of workers and peasants. Unfortunately, it is namely they and their descendants nowadays have come to power with the help of the West (USA) and destroyed the brotherly alliance of peoples with equal rights united into the USSR .
The disguised cosmopolitan tendency, the certain without-national “internationalism” is nothing other than the appearance of Zionism.
The national pride and national dignity of each people must organically merge with the internationalism of a united socialist society.
The letter by N.A. Andreeva “I cannot give up principles” was reprinted by 937 republican, regional, town and branch newspapers, not counting factory newspapers and newspapers of military subdivisions.
The newspaper “Sovietskaya Rossiya” in its jubilee edition of the 50th year from 1st July 2006, having reprinted the letter in full as one of the best publications in the newspaper during its 50 –year history, called the letter “a major political event, a landmark in the history of not just the newspaper “Sovietskaya Rossiya”, but also in the history of the communist party and the country as a whole”.
The letter divided society into two unequal parts: into supporters of the letter (that turned out to be 80%) and its opponents (20%). Such a ratio “For” and “Against” were shown in the letters which in large quantities arrived at the “Pravda” and “Sovietskyay Rossiay” newspapers’ editorial and at the department of physical chemistry at the Lesoviet LTI, where Nina Andreeva worked. Two large sacks full of letters which arrived at the Zhdanov University in Leningrad were not passed onto Andreeva and afterwards after being read, were destroyed. This was revealed by members of the editorial boards several years afterwards at a meeting.
It is namely the 80% of the readers supporting the ideas spoken about by N.A. Andreeva that frightened Gorbachev a lot. He was afraid for the fate of “perestroika”. This newspaper publication became the only subject for the two-week discussion at the Politburo of the Central Committee of the CPSU, where Gorbachev compelled each of those present there, to express their own opinion in the form of: “Are you for Gorbachev or for Andreeva?” And if it was not for the cowardice of the members of the Politburo of the CC CPSU, then today we would not have had the problem of solving the problem of reviving the Socialist state and socialism. The ideologist of perestroika, A. Yakovlev correctly understood the essence of the letter having spoken out with a slashing article in the newspaper “Pravda” (5th April 1988), where he in particular pointed out that “….Maybe, the first set of readers in such concentrated form saw in this letter the non-acceptance of the idea itself of renovation a firm account of an entirely definite position, a position in essence, conservative and dogmatic. In essence, two main thesis, with red thread pass through all its content: why we have spoken much about this perestroika but have not gone far in questions of democracy and glasnost. The article calls on us to make corrections on the questions of perestroika, otherwise, allegedly, the “authorities” will have to save socialism”.
After A. Yakovlev’s slashing letter in “Pravda”, there began a persecution of the newspaper “Sovietskaya Rossiya”and the author of the letter.
A. Yakovlev correctly judged the letter to be a revival of that so hated by him, BOLSHEVISM.
But they were unsuccessful in morally breaking and destroying N.A. Andreeva. On 13 July 1991 in Minsk at the All-Union Conference of supporters of the Bolshevik Platform in the CPSU, a Bolshevik platform was formed inside the CPSU with aim of “reorganizing the CPSU, having returned to it, the organizational- political appearance and the ideological- moral role of the advanced unit of the working people in their struggle for the building of a socialist and communist society, to give a decisive rebuff to the bourgeois counterrevolution, with each day getting more dangerous and more dramatically sweeping the Motherland, to hold an extraordinary congress of the CPSU at which perestroika would be rejected as a capitulating anti-peoples policy, bring Gorbachev and his circle to party account for the destruction of the CPSU, the Soviet state, for betraying the cause of Lenin, October, the international communist and workers’ movement”. Other decisions were also adopted.
On the strength of the banning of the Communist Party in September 1991, a decision was adopted on the preparation and holding of a Constituent congress of a party of Bolsheviks. At the Constituent congress of 8 November 1991, the All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks (AUCPB) was formed. At the congress, N.A. Andreeva was elected as General Secretary of the CC AUCPB.
Lenin, on the basis of Marxism formed Bolshevism at the beginning of the XX century and a party of Bolsheviks, under the leadership of which the Great October Socialist Revolution was carried out, and became the organizer of the world’s first workers’ and peasants’ state – a state of the dictatorship of the proletariat.
The article “I cannot give up principles” published on 13 March 1988, laid down the start of the revival of Bolshevism in the conditions of the breakup of the USSR and extreme aggressiveness of imperialism at the end of the XX and the start of the XXI century.
The All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks under the leadership of the N.A. Andreeva is carrying out a steady, consistent and selfless struggle for the revival of our great Soviet Motherland. And no matter how modern day imperialism rages, the growing wave of impending proletarian revolutions will sweep off the face of the Earth this criminal, anti-human system and open up new perspectives of communist development of human civilization.
We Bolsheviks will definitely triumph because our Marxist-Leninist principles have not been given to us on a plate, but have been gained by us on the sharp turns of history of the Fatherland.
On this we stood and on this we shall stand!

THE DEMOCATIC PEOPLES REPUBLIC OF KOREA – DPRK
In April inside the DPRK, 6 memorial dates are celebrated:
- 9th April 1993, Comrade Kim Jong Il was first elected to the post of Chairman of the National Defence Commission of the DPRK,
- 15 April 1912, Comrade Kim Il Sung was born,
- 20 April 1992 in Pyongyang the historic Pyongyang Declaration was signed,
- 25 April 1932, is celebrated as the day of the founding of the Korean People’s Army (KPA),
19 – 23 April 1948 in Pyongyang , the Joint Conference of representatives of the political parties of North and South Korea was held.
15 April is celebrated each year as one of the most important state holidays in the DPRK – the Day of the Sun. This is a gift of respect to the founder of the DPRK, the creator of the Workers’ Party of Korea (WPK), to the Juche ideology and the Songun policy – to the Great Leader Comrade Kim IL Sung. This day is celebrated also in many countries of Asia, Africa and Latin America , countries to which Kim Il Sung when head of state, provided international material and moral-political support to the colonial and young independent states in the struggle of their peoples against imperialism. In many of these countries many Juche Idea Study groups are functioning – and this year marks the 30th Year since the founding of the International Institute of the Juche Idea.
Kim Il Sung on the 25 April 1932 laid down the basis for the creation of the Korean People’s Army which was formed under his leadership in the heat of the guerilla struggle against the Japanese colonizers, having become an armed organized force which liberated the Motherland from the Japanese in August 1945, and the basis for the creation of a regular army of the DPRK – the Korean People’s Army (KPA) after the liberation of the Motherland.
20 April 1992, the Pyongyang Declaration – “We shall defend and advance the cause of socialism” was signed by delegates who had arrived in Pyongyang to congratulate the Great Leader on his 80th Birthday. Today there are more than 270 signatures from leaders of parties and national-liberation movements of various countries of the world.
The Pyongyang Declaration raised to a new level, the struggle of the peoples against imperialism for freedom and independent development in the most complex period in history – the wrecking of the socialist camp and the demise of the USSR as a result of the betrayal by the upper echelons of the CPSU (Communist Party of the Soviet Union) headed by Gorbachev. The Pyongyang Declaration became a powerful call on people to cast off the chains of American imperialist slavery especially for the countries of Latin America . Nowadays this is being realized in Venezuela by Hugo Chavez. Preparation towards the creation of an anti-American, in essence an economic block of states made up of Argentina, Brazil, Bolivia, Paraguay, Uruguay, Ecuador and Venezuela, which have declared their intention to form a joint Bank of the South – a source of loans, alternative to the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund – and in practice means the limiting of US influence on the economy of the countries of Latin America.
In April also celebrated is the 60th Year since the April Joint Conference of the North and South of Korea, held from 19 -23 April in Pyongyang, in which took part representatives of 56 political parties and public organizations of the North and South, and also representatives of Koreans living abroad. This assembly was organized by Comrade Kim Il Sung, who had set out a policy of forming a single democratic government of the whole of Korea . These ideas were expounded by him at the II Congress of the Communist Party of North Korea and the 25th session of the Central Committee of the Democratic National United Front of North Korea. Representatives were sent to participate in the Conference from also right wing political forces of pro-US and anti-communist orientation. At the Conference, a decision was made on the organizing of the Committee for the struggle against the separatist elections in South Korea , and also the direction of the work was defined.
Unfortunately, the ideas of this Conference due to the extremely brutal resistance on part of the USA were realized only after 55 years, and led to the joint meeting of the leaders of North and South in June 2000, which ended with signing the Joint Declaration of the North and South from the 15 June, signifying a breakthrough in relations between the two states with a call for re-unification “by the common efforts of our nation”. On 4 October 2007 in Pyongyang , another meeting took place between the leaders of the North and South with the adoption of the “Declaration about the development of relations between the North and South, peace and prosperity”, presenting itself as a concrete and detailed program of reunification of the Korean nation. The steady advancement along the path of the unification of the two Koreas is a huge service of the Dear Leader Comrade Kim Jong Il.
The Dear Leader Comrade Kim Jong IL is the worthy continuer of the cause of the Great Leader Comrade Kim Il Sung. Therefore, the designation of him to the post of Chairman of the National Defence Commission of the DPRK in 9 April 1993, is completely natural since it corresponds to the demands of the development of the DPRK as a socialist state. The second designation of him to this post, which after the death of Comrade Kim Il Sung, became the highest state post in the DPRK, took place in 3 September 2003.
Comrade Kim Jong IL during the 15 years after the death of the Great Leader, bringing into life the policy of Songun, as the Supreme Commander in Chief of the KPA, he has transformed the Armed Forces of the DPRK into a powerful restraining factor against the start of any aggression against the DPRK on part of the USA, which has for 50 years occupied itself with open blackmail of the start of open nuclear expansion against the DPRK, having declared the DPRK to be part of the “axis of evil”. Having designed by the efforts of their own Korean scientists a ballistic missile with a nuclear warhead capable of reaching the territory of the USA , the DPRK has put an end to the blackmail on part of the USA , and has reliably provided a defence of peaceful labour of its citizens and the peaceful skies across the entire North-East region. The soldiers and officers who are infinitely devoted to their Commander-in- Chief on the defence of the territory of the DPRK, are in a constant state of readiness and actively participate in peaceful socialist construction on strengthening and developing the economic potential of the DPRK in the direction of creating a powerful socialist state.
We congratulate the heroic Korean people headed by the Great Leader Comrade Kim Jong IL on the heroic dates in April and sincerely wish happiness, success and prosperity to this excellent socialist country of morning calm.

On behalf of the All India Anti-imperialist Forum, Manik Mukherjee, Vice-President has issued the following statement on the move to grant 'independence to Kosovo.
The All India Anti-imperialist Forum expresses its deep concern over the implementation of the imperialists' decision of granting so-called 'independence' to Kosovo. This is in clear violation of international law and the Security Council Resolution 1244 with its commitment to preserve the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Serbia . For all these years Kosovo has been suffering under direct military occupation of NATO. Its economy has been ruined and in the guise of neoliberal economic policies the multinational corporations are given unbridled freedom to own and loot its resources and industrial infrastructure; as a result unemployment and impoverishment of the people have become rampant. Its cultural and social fabric lie in ruins and the once prosperous region has become a centre of international drug trafficking and flesh trade. Granting of 'independence' is a move to perpetuate imperialist occupation of Kosovo. Under the new rules of the Government an International Civilian Representative (ICR) will be appointed by U.S. and E.U. officials and he will have the ultimate power to overrule any measures, annul any laws and remove anyone from office in Kosovo and overrule any measures, annul any laws and remove anyone from office in Kosovo and will have full and final control over the key Government Departments. The European Security and Defense Policy Mission (ESDP) set up by E.U. and the International Military Presence set up by NATO will have control over foreign policy, security, police, and the judicial system. So the 'independent' Kosovo would remain effectively under the occupation of imperialist powers of USA and EU and would provide them a base to launch further offensive against the people of the Balkans. The AIAIF calls upon the anti-imperialist people of all countries to build up movements for mobilizing public opinion in support of the territorial integrity of Serbia and to foil the heinous conspiracy of the imperialist powers in the Balkans to perpetuate their exploitative control.
