The People’s War 

Indonesian rise against imperialism 

The Indonesian People’s Army is under the supreme guidance of Marxism-Leninism-Mao Zedong Thought and the Communist Party of Indonesia. It is the revolutionary army of the broad masses of the Indonesian people against US imperialism, the comprador big bourgeoisie, the landlord class and the bureaucrat capitalists.

The Indonesian People’s Army is the principal organization of the Communist Party of Indonesia which takes the path of armed revolution according to Mao Zedong Thought. It is the main weapon to carry out the central task of the Party which is to seize and consolidate political power. It is the instrument which shall overthrow the present bourgeois reactionary puppet government and bring forth the victory of the people’s revolution. It is an important tool which significantly contributes to the implementation of the Program for a People’s Revolution of the Communist Party of Indonesia.

The Indonesian People’s Army wholeheartedly serves the interests of the people and is the main backbone of the proletarian dictatorship. It protects the people from the de­monic forces of imperialist and feudal oppression and exploitation. It constantly tries to help the masses in their daily lives. It detests the smallest damage committed against the masses instilling in its officers and men the strict discipline that will prevent them from inflicting any damage to the people.

The Indonesian People’s Army which is armed with Mao Zedong Thought emerged after it repudiated the counterrevolutionary revisionist errors of the Murba party as well as those others who advocate modern revisionism and opportunism. 

Within its ranks, it struggles against the purely military outlook, ultrademocracy, diso­bedience to organizational discipline, absolute equality, subjectivism, individualism, putschism and the ideology of the roving rebels.

The Indonesian People’s Army at present is composed of the best fighters who persevere in pursuing armed struggle and popularize the teachings of Mao Zedong. It continues to apply the universal truth of Mao Zedong Thought to the practice of the protracted people’s war in Indonesia.

While it adheres to the leadership of the working class and the Communist Party of Indonesia , the Indonesian People’s Army primarily integrates within itself the armed peasants waging agrarian revolution which is the main content of the people’s revolution. In this context, the people’s revolutions essentially a peasant war which is led by the proletariat.

In the countryside, the Indonesian People’s Army vigorously struggles to change the backward villages and transform them to become the most developed political, military, economic and cultural bastions of the people’s revolution. In order to accomplish this heroic task, the Indonesian People’s Army primarily relies on the masses of poor peasants and agricultural workers, while encouraging the middle peasants so as to neutralize the rich peasants. This is the revolutionary anti-feudal class line in the countryside.

The Indonesian People’s Army ensures independence, initiative and leadership of the Communist Party of Indonesia and the proletariat over the national united front. This is achieved by waging armed struggle which tightly unites the peasantry and working class, as the genuine foundation of a broad unity.

All throughout the protracted people’s war, the Indonesian People’s Army shall rely mainly on the alliance of the proletariat and the peasantry, though it is always ready to work with other progressive classes, organizations and individuals that sympathize with the armed struggle against US imperialism, feudalism and bureaucrat capitalism.

The main strategic principle of the Indonesian People’s Army is a protracted people’s war in which its armed units continuously gather strength from the countryside based on people’s war, agrarian revolution and building its bases. This includes the strategy of encircling the cities from the countryside, defeating the enemy by portions until its strength wears out.

The people’s army has the determination to build bases and stable local government organs and advance in waves until it has effectively crushed the remnants of the enemy’s forces which are concentrated in big cities and military camps. It shall systematically create and develop consolidated guerrilla zones capable of running the local people’s gov­ernment. The consolidated bases shall serve as a wide rear for expansion and creating new guerrilla zones and for the development of other revolutionary forces.

The Indonesian People’s Army will pass through three strategic stages in waging the protracted people’s war. The first stage is the strategic defensive, wherein it maintains the initiative in tactical offensives against the strategic military advantage of the enemy. The second stage is the strategic stalemate, wherein its fighting capacity is more or less equal to that of the enemy. The third and the last stage is the strategic of­fensive, wherein the forces of the Indonesian People’s Army have developed their strength capable of assaulting the enemy forces in their very own fortifications within the cities and in big camps.

In the whole period of protracted people’s war, the Indonesian People’s Army has the political initiative because it unites revolutionary theory with revolutionary practice; because it is closely linked with the masses; and because it practices self-criticism for every mistake or weakness it commits.

The Indonesian People’s Army creates and uses different types of fighting units in conducting the protracted people’s war. The guerrilla forces defend the guerrilla bases and zones, pave the way for the formation and development of regular mobile forces. The self-defense units and the militia defend the masses in the localities but are not detached from their daily economic activities. The armed partisans in the cities perform special roles in sabotaging the enemy and punishing traitors in the cities and urban centers. All these fighting units of the Indonesian People’s Army are coordinated and make use of all methods of warfare brought about by the development of the masses and the objective conditions.

The Indonesian People’s Army fully understands that in performing its revolutionary task of crushing US imperialism, the comprador big bour­geoisie, the landlord class and the bureaucrat capitalists in Indonesia, it performs a heroic and honorable task for the broad masses of workers and peasants, as well as for the oppressed peoples of the world.

The struggle for the people’s revolution as a stage towards socialism is both a national task and a proletarian internationalist act of the Indonesian People’s Army. The Indonesian armed struggle weakens and contributes to the crushing of US imperialism, modern revisionism and all reaction all over the world. Likewise, the armed struggles waged by all other oppressed peoples weaken and help in crushing the enemy in Indonesia.

The Indonesian People’s Army has an internationalist responsibility to strug­gle towards the final annihilation of imperialism led by US imperialism, and for the worldwide victory of socialism.

Let us avert the second Korean War through nationwide action for peace against war!-AINDF

 

June, in which the Korean War had been unleashed, has come.  

It is June 25, 1950 that the US made a thundering noise of war by instigating pro-US lackeys.

The Korean War unleashed by the US 72 years ago was the most atrocious war unprecedented in the world and unethical sin that produced barbarous manslaughter and destruction surpassing brutality committed by the successive homicidal maniacs.    

With the outbreak of the war on Sunday, the Korean nation had to suffer disastrous death and experience the history of cruelty.

By carpet bombing, bombardment and random firing committed by the US and its mercenaries in the three year-long war, the Korean Peninsula had been reduced to ashes and millions of innocent people shed their blood.     

Scars of ferocious massacre and corpses exclaim that south Korea should not be a tragic theater of war and a bloody river again.  

The Korean Peninsula has been clouded with powder smoke and the people are in the clutches of war for over 70 years after the ceasefire owing to the US, the ringleader of aggression, and the belligerent force.

The people never want a war and never wish a reproduction of the second Korean War. However, the foreign force and war-thirsty group in south Korea have gone against the people's aspiration.

They are terribly busy with their efforts to ignite the fuse of war against the DPRK.  

The US President and the south Korean chief executive declared in public the strangulation of and confrontation with the DPRK, picking on the DPRK over its self-defensive measure. They stated the US's offer of the extended deterrence, deployment of the US strategic triad in the Korean Peninsula and expansion of the south Korea-US joint military exercises according to the extremely dangerous operation plan against the DPRK.     

The south Korean chief executive, who made the building of the Ministry of Defense as his office building, spat out vitriol such as "preemptive attack" and "strike on the origin" to goad the military to push showdown with the DPRK under the guise of "action first, inform later". The brass hats overheated with war fever claim about strong response to "nuclear and missile threat from the DPRK".  

With the re-advent of Japan as a war state by backing of the US, military tie-up between south Korea, the US and Japan with an aim at stifling the DPRK militarily is being pushed ahead.  

"Three-axis strike system", the core of preemptive strike on the DPRK, was specified in the military white paper, the "theory of principal enemy" is revived and the spiritual education describing the DPRK as the enemy into minds of the officers and soldiers becomes serious.   

More than 90 fighters including F-35A and F-16 called strategic assets for preemptive strike on the DPRK were involved in a large-scale aerial joint drill, while strategic bombers, tanker planes and reconnaissance planes were flying over the Korean Peninsula.    

The nuclear-powered aircraft carriers Ronald Reagan, Abraham Lincoln and Aegis destroyers belonging to the US 7th Fleet make a voyage to the Korean Peninsula to conduct military exercises with different missions to destroy the DPRK leadership and nuclear facilities.     

The above-said facts show that south Korea is the source of escalating the danger of war and fomenting confrontation.

The second Korean War is not supposition but imminent.

A new war in the Korean Peninsula is a nuclear war.

The nuclear war would lead to devastation of the Korean Peninsula and national ruin.

The horrible sight of nuclear cloud makes the people's hair stand on end.

Intense action for peace against war is the choice of the people at the crossroads of nuclear war or peace and nuclear holocaust or death.  

Peace is not made by request or begging.

The only remedy for removing the fuse of nuclear war is a resolute action of the people.

Broad segments of people desirous of peace should turn out in a vigorous struggle for peace against war to avert the second Korean War inviting the national ruin.

The fierce action for peace against war should frustrate the vicious nuclear war move of the south Korean and the US warmongers.

The people from all walks of life should lift up their voices of "Withdrawal of the US troops from south Korea!", "Opposition to joint military exercise!" and "Removal of the US military bases in south Korea!" across south Korea.

The belligerent south Korean and the US groups, war hardware and THAAD should be withdrawn from south Korea.

The south Korea-US alliance, which reduced south Korea to a colony of the US and is going to plunge the Korean nation into the nuclear disaster, should be dismantled.

The south Korea-US joint declaration, which brings nuclear holocaust and throws south Korea into an abyss of domination and subordination, should be annulled.   

The people should vehemently denounce the confrontation policy of the present authorities and the military which fawn upon the US as dammed anti-national act and foolery rare to be seen in the world.    

The warlike force, which declared the same brethren as the enemy and asserted the "theory of principal enemy", should be liquidated as the enemy of the nation.   

The hectic moves of the military, a shock brigade for executing the US hostile policy toward the DPRK, to take part in the US–led multinational joint drill should be frustrated.   

The tripartite military nexus and cooperation between south Korea, the US and Japan, which add fuel to a potential war in the Korean Peninsula and serve as a malignant tumor to the world peace, should be demolished.

The people are the driving force to avert the second Korean War.

The people from all social standings should preserve the blue sky of durable peace in the Korean Peninsula by launching an unyielding struggle to foil despicable bid of the US and Yoon Suk-yeol clique to ignite a new war.

Scrutinizing scene of epidemic prevention campaign in the DPRK

Park Soo-churl, representative of the AINDF Pyongyang Mission released an article in reflection of his excitement seen through virtue and feelings of the DPRK people and the Korean People's Army shown at the epidemic prevention campaign launched by the resolution of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea on switch over from the state emergency epidemic prevention work to the maximum emergency epidemic prevention system to cope with the prevailing epidemic prevention crisis.

An unheard-of epidemic prevention campaign is underway that can be said a great upheaval since the founding of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea.

The worldwide malicious epidemics spread made inroads into the DPRK.

The world, which experienced grief and pain caused by the malicious epidemics equal to a round of the world war, showed great concern for the DPRK.   

No despair, agitation or disorders are seen in the DPRK.

It was a great war of love unprecedented in the world

It was the fiercest campaign for defending the people and loving the people.

A harmonious whole formed between the leader and people, which has been the source of victory and miracle in difficult situation and the fine tradition of one for all and vice versa specific to the DPRK, made spectacular scenery of love and emotion rare to be found in the world.

 It is a lucky stroke for me that I can tell the facts of the DPRK as a witness to the epidemic prevention campaign.

 

 

Sleepless Mother

 

The Political Bureau Meeting of the Central Committee of the Workers'Party of Korea was convened in Pyongyang to discuss the issue of coping with the epidemic prevention crisis prevailing in the DPRK.

Adopted at the meeting was a resolution on switch over from the state emergency epidemic prevention work to the maximum emergency epidemic prevention system to cope with the prevailing epidemic prevention crisis. Urgent measures were presented and deliberated to take the strategic initiative in the epidemic prevention campaign for the future at the meeting.

Important meetings placing epidemic prevention crisis on the key agenda were held one after another.

The hands of clock at the meeting places shown on TV substantiated the consultative meetings are consistent with ardent devotion to the people.

The office building of the Party Central Committee was sleepless with worry about the people. It was a strong image of mother to the life who is untiring with love and devotion.  

The WPK has given top priority to the people's life and made sacrifices for the good of the people.  The WPK has pursued the politics for the people peculiar to the WPK which no political parties and politicians can imitate.

The DPRK people shed tears of gratitude to the WPK which has made unflagging efforts to settle peace and laugh again in all families across the country, when they hear the news of the WPK's important measures for the people.

 

 

 Battlefield minus Gunfire

 

On May 16, a special order of the WPK Central Military Commission was issued on immediately stabilizing the supply of medicines by involving the powerful forces of the military medical field of the Korean People's Army.

They were deployed at drugstores in Pyongyang with certificates of dispatch in the name of the KPA committee of the WPK.    

The streets and towns where army surgeons are were redolent of wartime. It was battlefield minus gunfire.  

The army surgeons kindly taught the usage of medicines to the people who visit the pharmacies and did not take a pill of medicine even when they fell during the work of supply. The people who visited the pharmacies dropped their tears after hearing a soldier of the KPA that he has mission to supply medicines the Supreme Commander of the KPA sent to the people.     

Thanks to the army-people unity, the DPRK will take its path with smile in the teeth of the sternest ordeal. It will achieve triumph in the epidemic prevention campaign.   

 

 

 "House of Affection"

 

The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un dropped in at pharmacies in Pyongyang after the meeting to learn in detail about the supply and sale of medicines on May 15.

The pharmacies are vitamin of life directly linked with health of the people and an ammunition depot decisive of taking hold on the good chance in the epidemic prevention campaign.

He visited the pharmacies in Pyongyang first when the malicious disease broken out.

The DPRK people burst into tears of emotion after watching the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un who inspected the pharmacies with a concerned face on TV.

His visit to the pharmacies was reminiscent of President Kim Il Sung's inspection of frontline in the Korean War and Chairman Kim Jong Il's inspection of truce village of Panmunjeom in the arduous march. It is redolent of his inspection of a post on Mt. Osong at which he instilled sure victory into the soldiers, saying that there is a way to native homes, parents and brothers behind you.

It is the 1 211 height of today protecting the lives of people from the malicious disease and an arsenal providing a sure guarantee for victory of the epidemic prevention campaign.

It is simple but house of affection associated with warm personality of the benevolent father.  

 

 

Donating reserve medicines prepared by his family

 

From time immemorial, precious drugs make its way to court.

The earthshaking event was produced in the DPRK to strike the people with admiration.

After the consultative meeting of the Political Bureau of Central Committee of the WPK, the General Secretary donated reserve medicines prepared by his family to the Party committee of the office building with his resolution to always share the destiny with the people and with an earnest prayer that peace and laugh would settle again in all families across the country at an early date.

The stirring news made the DPRK with great excitement and tear of gratitude.

All people distrusted their own ears.

The DPRK people were moved to tears at the news of the consultative meeting of the Political Bureau of Central Committee of the WPK.

It was a moment to feel the leader and the people are the harmonious family and of the same blood.

On the day when the people in South Hwanghae Province got the medicines sent by Kim Jong Un, all the people in the DPRK shed tears of emotion over his boundless love for them.   

The medicines sent by Kim Jong Un served as an elixir of life resuscitating people of the DPRK and shell terminating the source of the malicious epidemics spread.  

The DPRK people turn out as one to repay Kim Jong Un's love for his people with their positive achievements.  Great love produces bottomless miracle.

 

 

Birthday spread to centenarians

 

Moving stories touched the heartstrings of the DPRK people in the thick of epidemic prevention campaign.

The number of centenarians is on the increase in the face of worldwide health crisis and they receive birthday spreads.

The greatest victims of COVID-19 are old people. It is the greatest fortune for the aged to keep their lives without infection. They never dreamed that they would receive birthday spreads in the grave situation.

The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un, regarding the increase of centenarians under the people-centered socialism as a great event of the country, sent birthday spreads to the centenarians though he is too busy with his effort to steer the epidemic prevention campaign.

The centenarians expressed their admirations for warm love shown by Kim Jong Un and exclaimed that the DPRK is the best.   

 

 

Fragrance of socialism prevalent at epidemic prevention campaign

 

The virtues and feelings of helping and taking care of each other which prevails in the DPRK warm the hearts of the people.

The touching story of Kim Jong Un's donation of reserve medicines prepared by his family to the people injected great vitality into cultivation of excellent virtue of communism.

At the point of time, the virtues and feelings of helping and taking care of each other peculiar to the DPRK have been displayed.   

The DPRK people across the country have distributed the necessaries of life with the will to share fate with the country and neighbors.  

There are stories about relief materials allotted to a family circled round a residential district, some people donated medicines, cereals and funds kept in their families to medical institutions and sent them to war veterans, families of honored disabled soldier and families in difficulty.

It is human psychology to think first of himself than anybody else in distress. It is universality of capitalist society that human ethics and morality are ruined and love easily rises into hatred.

However, the DPRK people have exerted great efforts to help others and work for a collective in any adversity. The virtues and feelings for the good of the country are being displayed in the DPRK.

The virtues and feelings of helping and taking care of each other which prevails in the DPRK in any difficulties are the key to and guarantee for the great victory in the epidemic prevention campaign which is more powerful than any latest medical technologies.

 It is quite natural that the DPRK is an earthly paradise admired by the world in which communist virtues are highly displayed in the epidemic prevention campaign which no country can achieve or imitate.

However, the DPRK has already won the war. The victory is in store for the DPRK which is making war by means of love for the people and affection.
