Of late, the 46th anti-US monthly meeting for dissolution of the south Korea-US alliance and withdrawal of the US troops from south Korea was held in the form of a press conference outside the US embassy in Seoul.

The press conference was held under the sponsorship of the preparatory committee of the national reunification meeting for independence and great unity of the nation. It made a fresh determination to wage a campaign for independent unification against the US in 2022 and strongly demanded the dissolution of the south Korea-US alliance, pullout of the US troops from south Korea, abandonment of the US hostile policy toward north Korea and permanent discontinuance of the joint south Korea-US war exercises.

Sharply criticizing the US and south Korean authorities' hostile actions against north Korea, the participants called for the people to take the road of national independence and break off relations with the US through an intense struggle for independence against the US in 2022.

Ukrainian fascists kill children of Donbass

In recent days, the international situation in the world has heated up to the limit. Almost continuously, conflicts and wars break out in different parts of the planet, especially after the destruction of the great multinational state of workers and peasants, which was the Soviet Union, by the traitors of the Soviet Motherland. The wars unleashed by the imperialist countries of NATO led by the United States in Yugoslavia, Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya, Yemen, Syria, and Ukraine have consumed thousands of human lives. The main reason for these wars is the ONGOING GENERAL CRISIS OF THE WHOLE SYSTEM OF WORLD IMPERIALISM, which, after the destruction of the USSR, intensified even more. All this leads to an aggravation of contradictions and a struggle between the imperialist countries for markets, sources of raw materials, for the seizure of foreign territories, for world domination.III world war.  Almost the entire world has been declared a sphere of interest for the United States and its satellites.

The main obstacles to the establishment of a complete American world order are currently Russia and China. The aggressive NATO bloc surrounded Russia with military bases on all sides, the policy of moving NATO to the East continues, despite the commitments made in 1991 to the leadership of the USSR not to do so. The situation reached its limit, in response to the brazen aggressive aspirations of the imperialist circles of the West, on December 15, 2021, Russia was forced to send its demands on security guarantees to the leadership of the United States and NATO and submitted draft agreements and treaties on security and guarantees with NATO countries.

Russia offered NATO to commit itself not to accept Ukraine and other countries as members of the alliance and not to conduct any military operations on the territory of Ukraine. Moscow also offered Washington to guarantee that the countries of the former USSR would not join NATO.

However, decades of flirting by the Russian leadership, who is a protege of the Russian oligarchs, with the imperialist circles of Western countries have not been in vain. The West, taking advantage of the venality of the leadership of bourgeois Russia, which trampled on the interests of its people, drew into the orbit of its interests the countries of Eastern Europe that were part of the socialist community, and even the republics of the former USSR, and now it does not intend to yield.

The most explosive situation on the planet that has developed at the present time is the events around Ukraine, the anti-Russian orientation of which is obvious. It is against Russia that all the actions of the United States and other Western countries are directed on the territory of modern Ukraine, where, with the support of Western countries, a coup d'état was carried out in February 2014, as a result of which a neo-Bandera pro-fascist government came to power in Ukraine. This government signed an association agreement between Ukraine and the European Union, in fact aimed at separating Ukraine from Russia, announced a course towards NATO membership and a ban on the use of the Russian language.

The inhabitants of Donbass did not agree with this and proclaimed the formation of the DPR and LPR, and on May 11, 2014, they held a referendum on the self-determination of the republics.

In response, the Kiev regime unleashed a civil war against the recalcitrant Donbass. The war on the part of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) and various Nazi military formations was carried out with cruelty that was not inferior to the cruelty of the Nazi fascists, and claimed more than 9 thousand lives of residents of the South-East of Ukraine, which include not only the military, but also civilians, in including children.

But, despite the massive use of military equipment, including against civilians of Donbass, the Kiev Nazis were defeated: their main forces were defeated in two boilers near Ilovaisk and Debaltsevo. And only the signing of the Minsk agreements on February 12, 2015 actually saved the remnants of the Armed Forces of Ukraine from complete defeat (according to the Acting Minister of Defense of Ukraine I. Tenyukh, as of March 2014, out of 41,000 servicemen of the ground forces, only 6,000 were combat-ready, and they were mostly "grind" the militias of Donbass). If at that time the “Stop!” command had not been given, then the prospects for Novorossia with the cities of Mariupol, Kharkov, Lugansk, Donetsk, Zaporozhye, Dnepropetrovsk, Kherson, Nikolaev and Odessa would have been completely different. Then the possibilities of the Nazi regime in Kiev would be significantly limited, and it would not pursue such a brazen aggressive policy,

However, the prospect of a big New Russia, where red flags would fly in many cities, frightened the ruling circles of Russia, Ukraine and Western countries, behind which there is big business. They agreed to sign agreements in Minsk, which have not been implemented since the first days of its operation and are not being implemented at the present time. Why?

At the conclusion of the Minsk agreements, the MAIN POLITICAL QUESTION, which created the crisis situation in Ukraine - the STATE COUP, committed in February 2014 in Kiev, and the coming to power of the NEO-BANDER PRO-FASHIST GOVERNMENT - was not considered at all.

In the agreements signed in Minsk, we will not find any mention of the crimes of those who bombed the cities of Donbass, shot residential buildings with heavy artillery, and killed women and children. There is no mention of the responsibility of those who burned people alive in Odessa on May 2, 2014, shot civilians in Mariupol on May 9, 2014, destroyed monuments to Lenin and Soviet soldiers - the victors of fascism.

Therefore, from the moment the Minsk agreements were signed, the AUCPB considered them as an agreement providing a TEMPORARY CEREACE, NOT a LONG-TERM PEACE.

As is known, the leaders of the coup were the countries of the West, primarily the United States. Therefore, nothing depends on the criminal regime established in Ukraine; the real government of Ukraine is not from Kiev, but from Washington. Western countries, led by the United States, want to use Ukraine as a battering ram against Russia, and Ukrainians as cannon fodder in a fratricidal war with the Russian people.

Hence the disappointing conclusion: the pro-Banderist regime of Ukraine, the puppet of the West, has not fulfilled the Minsk agreements and is not going to fulfill them. Moreover, the concentration of military equipment in the conflict zone by the Armed Forces of Ukraine constantly keeps the Donetsk region in suspense with the possibility of the conflict escalating into a large-scale war.

After 7 years from the date of the signing of "MINSK-2", unfortunately, we have to state: firstly, over the past years, the Nazi government through its media managed to indoctrinate a large part of the population of Ukraine, especially young people, in a Russophobic spirit, and the longer the Nazis are in authorities in Ukraine, the more Ukrainians are processed. Secondly, fascist bandit organizations, similar to the Nazi assault detachments, have gained strength, which arrange torchlight processions and keep the Ukrainian population in fear. Thirdly, the respite received by the neo-Bandera regime as a result of the signing of the Minsk agreements was used by it to restore its military potential both through internal reserves and through supplies from Western countries. Fourth, despite the fact that Ukraine has not yet joined NATO,

Therefore, despite the Minsk agreements, the neo-Bandera government controlled by the West does not stop aggressive hostilities against the DPR and LPR, whose armed forces are fighting defensive battles, the FAIR struggle against the fascists of the Kiev regime.

Pushed by the puppeteers of the West, primarily the United States, the leadership of Ukraine, which is run by neo-Bandera leaders, once again demonstrates to the whole world its intention to resolve the conflict with the Donetsk and Luhansk People's Republics by military means. The media published the plan of the Armed Forces of Ukraine for a “lightning operation” with the aim of capturing the Donbass and access to the Russian border

Shelling is intensifying, troops are being transferred, militant rhetoric and confrontation between diplomats are growing. Kiev continues to pull manpower and military equipment to the line of contact, the number of APU ready to rush against the DPR and LPR has already reached 120 thousand people. At the same time, Western countries, primarily the United States, continue to pump weapons into the Kiev regime, falsely accusing Russia of aggressive intentions. It got to the point that the President of the United States announced to the whole world that "Russia will attack Ukraine on February 16, 2022." After the failed attack, new deadlines are announced.

At the same time, the West does not skimp on generous promises. Representatives of the United States, Great Britain, Germany, Canada, Poland, Lithuania, Latvia constantly assure the Ukrainian authorities of their unconditional support. However, Western politicians of the highest rank almost openly declare that they do not intend to participate in Ukraine's war against Russia. They are ready to "fight" against Russia to the last Ukrainian. Their “divide and rule” policy is as old as the world, their main goal is to pit Ukraine and Russia in a fratricidal war, including Belarus at the same time.

The increased shelling of the settlements of the DPR and LPR leads to the death of not only military personnel, but also civilians. Against the background of the aggravation of the situation, the heads of the DPR and LPR announced the start of the evacuation of civilians to Russia from February 18. Residents of Rostov and other regions of Russia have already begun to receive evacuees.

In connection with the foregoing, the Central Committee of the All-Union Communist Party of the Bolsheviks declares:

1. The oligarchic circles of the Western countries, balancing on the brink of war, seek to cash in on the supply of arms, on increasing military spending. Getting the maximum profit is the main goal of the capitalists of all countries, it has always been so in history. “For the sake of 300 percent of the profit,” as K. Marx wrote, “capital is ready to go to any crime.”

2. The task of all working and progressive people of the world is to prevent a new war on the European continent, which could turn into a large-scale slaughter with the prospect of developing into World War III, threatening to destroy human civilization.

3. As is known, on July 1, 1991, the defensive Warsaw Pact Organization was liquidated, while the North Atlantic Alliance (NATO) continues to exist to this day. We call on the working people of all countries of the world to come out for the liquidation of the aggressive NATO military bloc by setting up "Anti-NATO Committees" in their countries, above all in the alliance member countries.

4. The endless appeasement policy of the neo-Nazi regime cannot ultimately lead to peace. The Kiev junta is becoming more and more impudent, because, firstly, it is afraid of its impoverished people, therefore, there is only one way out for it - a fascist dictatorship. Secondly, the Nazi leadership of Ukraine is afraid of the world community, which can ask him for the crimes committed, therefore, to hide his atrocities, he needs a war, where the aggressor is appointed - Russia.

5. The war is beneficial to the comprador (betraying the interests of its people) fascist bourgeoisie of Ukraine, which finances the Kiev regime to a large extent and is ready for any crimes in order to keep Ukrainian workers in obedience and preserve their capital. The war also gives the compradors big profits.

6. Without a political solution to the crisis in Ukraine, involving the removal of the neo-Bandera pro-fascist government in Kiev from power, sustainable long-term peace in this region cannot be established.

7. The people of Donbass, who experienced the horrors of the aggression of the Kiev regime, voted for self-determination at a popular referendum on May 11, 2014 (in the DPR - 89.07% "FOR", in the LPR - 96.2% "FOR"). By their heroic struggle, the people of the DPR and LPR have earned the right to independence, as well as to be together with Russia.

The VKPB has long advocated the recognition of the DPR and LPR as independent, sovereign and independent states.

On February 15, 2022, the State Duma of Russia decided to recognize the DPR and LPR, and on February 21, the President of the Russian Federation announced the recognition of the independence and sovereignty of the DPR and LPR by Russia and signed the relevant documents, including treaties on friendship, cooperation and mutual assistance, fixing the provision of in the event of aggression, military assistance and protection of the borders of the DPR and LPR, non-participation in hostile military blocs, free entry into the territory of the Russian Federation, citizenship of the Russian Federation, guarantees of the rights of the Russian population.

The VKPB supports this decision of the Russian leadership.

8. At present, despite the total brainwashing of Ukrainians by the nationalist media, according to opinion polls, a significant part of the population of Ukraine does not want to live under the rule of a fascist government. The situation in Ukraine is gradually changing. Therefore, it is necessary to intensify the struggle against the criminal government, seeking to overthrow it. He will not resign voluntarily. Despite the fact that the struggle against fascism within the country is extremely difficult due to the terrorist anti-communist regime introduced throughout its territory, there is no other way out but to fight.

We call on the activists of the left-wing patriotic organizations of Ukraine to lead the movement to create the United Anti-Imperialist Anti-Fascist Front of the Working People of Ukraine. At present, there are separate groups and organizations in Ukraine that call themselves anti-fascist, but they are fragmented and operate in a disunited manner. Despite the fact that under the conditions of the terrorist anti-communist regime it is not always possible to organize open anti-fascist demonstrations by wide sections of Ukrainian society, the very fact of creating a united front will be of great political importance. The illegal distribution of anti-fascist materials should create an atmosphere of contempt and hatred for the fascist junta. It is necessary that "the earth is burning under the feet" of the neo-Bandera occupiers.

In addition, it is necessary to combine the strike and labor movement against the Ukrainian oligarchs for decent wages for employees with the movement to remove the Kiev government from power and establish a democratic system in Ukraine.

9. A particularly important role in exposing the criminal nature of the power of the Kiev usurpers should be played by the international anti-fascist movement outside Ukraine , primarily in Europe. This movement should be consolidated with joint actions being carried out simultaneously in different countries, spontaneous unorganized actions in this just cause, even with the right slogans, are ineffective.We call on the opponents of imperialism and fascism to join the United International Anti-Imperialist Anti-Fascist Front (EMAAF), established on May 25, 2017, by creating appropriate branches of the EMAAF in their countries. Anti-fascist organizations should put pressure on European governments to condemn the crimes of the neo-Banderist government in Ukraine and advocate for the democratization of the Ukrainian state. With the same requirements, actions are needed at the embassies of Ukraine in different countries of the world.

In the fight against the planned aggression of the Kiev regime against the DPR and LPR, every vote matters today. We need to work together to maintain peace in the region.

10. The EMAAF supports the recent demands of the leaders of various organizations and government officials for the creation of an International Tribunal for the crimes of the Kiev neo-Bandera regime on the territory of modern Ukraine, the Donetsk and Luhansk people's republics, as well as the demands for the denazification of Ukraine after the removal of the pro-fascist government from power, as this was held in Germany and Austria after the Victory in 1945.

11. In the year of the 100th anniversary of the formation of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, we call on the working people of all former Soviet republics to intensify their struggle for the revival of the USSR, the guarantor of peace, security and stability on the planet.
