American Society Staggering due to Ever-widening Gap between Rich and Poor
Pyongyang, February 28 (KCNA) -- Social contradictions are festering with each passing day due to the ever-widening gap between the rich and the poor in the United States apt to chant slogans "welfare for all" and "equality for all." This is deepening its crisis.
The privileged circle which accounts for just one percent of the population has about 40 percent of wealth in its possession, leading a dissipated life, while the popular masses, the majority of population, live below the poverty line.
In 2010, 2.6 million people joined the ranks of the poor in the U.S., bringing the number of the people living below the poverty line to 46.20 million. This is an all time high in 52 years since a survey of the poor was made public in the country.
With that number on the steady increase, the poor numbered as many as 49.10 million as of early in November last year.
What is noticeable is the fact that the living of the middle class population deteriorated, joining the ranks of the poor.
It is the common view of the U.S. economists that it is the first time since the worldwide economic crisis from 1929 to 1933 that the average income of middle class families reached the lowest level.
The ever-deepening crisis of unemployment is leading to a vicious cycle of poverty.
According to data available, the number of the unemployed who remained without any job for more than one year is 4.5 million or almost one third of all the unemployed.
Young people, in particular, are hard hit by joblessness.
The U.S. is now witnessing ceaseless strong protest of people from all walks of life against the corrupt society bringing only poverty and inequality to the overwhelming majority of toiling masses and the misrule of the ruling class.
That is why the scream of despair that "a class struggle is going on" is now heard from the U.S. ruling quarters. Even the U.S. chief executive deplored that this is an expression of feelings of frustration about the American society. -0-

Popular Masses′ Struggle against Capitalism Is Inevitable: Rodong Sinmun
Pyongyang, February 25 (KCNA) -- Financial and debt crises that broke out in Western countries including the U.S. are causing serious social instability and bringing to light the contradictions of contemporary capitalism.
Rodong Sinmun Saturday says in a bylined article in this regard:
The imperialist forces and the popular masses are in the relationship of extreme contradictions and hostility as they can never compromise and live in harmony with each other.
The imperialist forces are keen to maintain the old order of domination and plunder and the capitalist system to the last. The popular masses struggle to put an end to exploitation and oppression and build and develop an equal, free new order, progressive social system and socialism.
As a consequence, a revolutionary struggle of the popular masses is inevitable and bound to go on as long as imperialism exists.
The ceaseless demonstrations in modern imperialist countries are an inevitable outcome of the domination and oppression by monopoly capital.
Not only jobless people but those workers who have jobs and even middle class engaged in business having a certain quantity of property are turning out in demonstrations in Western countries including the U.S. This reality goes to clearly prove the truth of the revolution once again that there is resistance where independence is violated, and a struggle is bound to break out where there is resistance.
It is an inevitable phenomenon that a struggle against imperialism and a struggle for social progress are bound to take place in the neo-colonial countries.
The U.S. imperialists are suffering big human and material losses in face of the struggle of the resistance forces and other people in different countries including Iraq and Afghanistan and, consequently, they are finding themselves in a serious political and economic crisis.
The reality proves the truth that those who go mad with aggression and interference against other countries and nations by dint of force of arms are bound to face a stern retaliation of the people and history's punishment.
The popular masses' revolutionary struggle is the one for socialism. It is the inevitability of history that imperialism goes to ruin and socialism is sure to triumph. -0-

Statement of Palestinian Communist Party and AUCPB response
Proposal submitted by the Palestinian Communist Party to all Marxist- Leninist parties for study and constructive discussion for the purpose of overthrowing the bourgeois state and the establishing a Scientific Socialist State.
The twentieth congress of the Soviet Communist Party convened in 1956 marked a historical treason to the working class and the Communist Parties, and Communists all over the world.
The Soviet opportunists and revisionists under the leadership of petty bourgeois, and army Generals and the renegade Khrushchev have taken over the leadership of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union and the Soviet State directly after the death (or poisoning) of Comrade Stalin. These group of renegades have taken on their shoulders the task of retrieving capitalism, and the destruction of the Socialist State in the Soviet Union, which resulted in the disintegration of the Communist Parties all over the world and change the direction of these from the Marxist-Leninist line and ideology.
Since that infamous Congress, the Communist movement was dispersed and its ideological unity and organization was destroyed, and most communist parties was transformed to opportunists and revisionists with out any common language among them. And each party claims to represent the working class and follow the Marxist-Leninist principal.
This dispersion of the communist movement resulted in the destruction of its unity and most of these parties become a revisionist parties following the path of renegade Soviet Communist Party which repeal Lenin principal which emphasize the organic unity between national revolution and socialist revolution which lead to handing over the National Liberation Movement to imperialism and later to the disintegration of the Soviet Union which founded by comrade Lenin and built by comrade Stalin.
A real united Communist movement uphold Marxist-Leninist movement has ceased to exist, and there was a widespread opportunist and revisionist parties in the communist movement which resulted in building up a Communist, Leninist, or Socialist Party parties too far away from Marxist ideology with out a common language among them, and each party claim to represent the working class. The existence of these parties resulted in the destruction of the major weapon in the hands of the working class in its struggle against bourgeoisie, the weapon of their unity.
The ruling bourgeoisie which controls the people's fate will never stop the class struggle which is embodied in the very nature of capitalist system controlled by the bourgeoisie and from the nature of contradiction between labor an d Capital.
On the other hand a new revolutionary parties with their motto recovering Lenin- Stalin Socialism which can be achieved by Socialist Revolution, the revolution on the bourgeois state established after the disintegration of the Socialist system.
A call from several Marxist-Leninist parties to form a revolutionary Communist International (Lenin International) comprise in its ranks all Marxist-Leninist parties in order in order to achieve the unity of the working class parties on a concrete Marxist-Leninist ideology and organization. And in order to help the communist parties followed the renegade Khrushchev opportunist and revisionist path, And to follow Marxist line in order for this international to become as one party for the working class under the banner of Marxism-Leninism. The Communist Manifesto has emphasized " the necessity for the working class to have its own party independent theoretical, political and organizational in order to perform its revolutionary historical role to control the density of their society ."
The existence of this international to the working class is an indication that world working class is one class regardless of its location in different countries. The working class is one class due to the nature of its exploitation and the nature of its strategic goals which is freeing itself from capital exploitation and create world system free from the exploitation of human being to his brother human being.
This Communist International must have a unified revolutionary program represents the goals of all World Communist Parties.. The program can not be identical for every party, because the conditions of each country differ from the conditions of other countries, and each party program must suit his country and the revolutionary stage of that country. The program of each party or local organization must follow the same general direction (Marxist-Leninist) proposed in their program of the Communist International.
The Communist International must put its policy based on Marxist-Leninist theory which determined the acceptance of any party or organization as a member of the International, and the local party must prove that his local program follow the determined principal of the International program. This may, on the long run, lead to the uniting the parties of each country and the acceptance of this party in the Communist International as a member, and this will result in the unification of the working class in each country and not divide the party in each country to several parties, each party claim the representation of the working class.
Nowadays, the building of Communist International becoming a necessity for the working class to help them achieve their unity and for their struggle for socialism. It, also, help them to purify Marxism- Leninism from revision from its ranks acquired from the renegade Khrushchev and his gang from the congress of the Communist Party in 1956.
We, in the Palestinian Communist Party, call upon all Communist parties to establish a Revolutionary Communist International based on the Marxism-Leninism for the struggle against imperialism as a united front since we believe that the years ahead will breed a real socialist revolution which must be lead by this International.
We hope all sincere communists to join us.
From our part, we suggest the following points to be Considered:
1- Establish a Executive Committee to prepare for a meeting from representative of all (non revisionist) Marxist-Leninist parties.
2- Prepare working program for the Communist International agreed upon by all parties willing to join the International.
3- The International shall embrace only the communist Leninist parties and other communists after submitting an application to the International.
4- All parties willing to join the International must expel all revisionist and reformist leaders or cadres, in order for the policies of all international parties coordinated so not to commit the same mistakes of the Second International.
5- The Parties willing to join the Communist International must regularly remove reformists and revisionists from every responsible post in the labor movement, or any party organization or post.
6- Every party wishes to affiliate with International must develop its
Communist activity in the labor union and other public organization.
7- The parties belonging to the Communist International must be built on the basis of the principal of Democratic Centralism.
8- The parties that wishes to belong to the Communist International must have the obligation of breaking with reformist and revisionists.
9- In those countries which the Communists can carry their activities legally , must from time to time undertake purges of the members of their party organization in order to clean the party from the petty bourgeois element within it.
10- All parties that wish to belong to the Communist International must have the obligations of changing their revisionist program and work out a new Communist program correspond to the particular conditions of their countries.
11- The Communist International and the Executive Committee must in the whole of its activities, take into account the different conditions under which the individual party have to work.
12- Every party that wishes to belong to the Communist International must bear the name Communist Party of this or that country.
The difference between the Communist Parties and the other parties that betrayed Marxism-Leninism and the banner of the working class must be clear to every simple toiler.
ABOVE ITEMS MAY BE AMENDED, OR ITEMS MAY BE ADDED.

Dear comrades!
The All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks shares your concern about the split in the international communist and workers' movement, which plays into the hands of imperialism, Zionist-American capital, which leads the struggle for world domination, the struggle for the capture of natural raw materials and mineral resources, cheap labour in order to save its criminal existence, to save the last surviving historic clock of the exploitative capitalist system.
The political situation in the world escalates with each passing day because of the adventuristic, irresponsible policy of the United States, trying to rekindle the fire of another world war in any region of the world, where will be possible. According to Lenin - under capitalism, and especially in its imperialist stage, wars are inevitable. Besides socialism there is no salvation to mankind from war, famine, death of millions and millions of people. So today the struggle for socialism in advanced nations is the only way to defend the life of civilization and save the Earth from physical destruction.
The struggle for socialism is the struggle of the internationally-revolutionary proletariat. It is precisely because capitalism has linked the world in an economic organism, this struggle can not be but international. That's why we have always stood and will stand for the close approach and fusion of class-conscious workers of the advanced countries with the workers, peasants and slaves of all the oppressed countries. This convergence and fusion is possible through the organization, uniting in the struggle of all oppressed. Such an organization, we agree with YOU, can become a new Communist International, which has to be Marxist-Leninist, BOLSHEVIK, where the name itself will determine its membership. It should not be just be simply a communist Internationale. Today, opportunists and Trotskyists, and followers of the criminal Twentieth Party Congress - Trotskyist supporters of Nikita Khrushchev, who initiated the degeneration of the Communist Party in the Social-Democratic Party dare to call themselves Communists. It should be noted that the Social Democrats as under Lenin, and now still remain an ideological pillar of capitalism. Degeneration of the Party as a result of Khrushchev's policy guidance, led to the collapse of not only the USSR but also to betrayal and a sharp weakening of the communist movement in the world. Only within the boundaries of the former Soviet Union, there are about 50 parties that call themselves communist, but in fact are at best social-democratic, parliamentary, and are infected with right and left opportunism (Trotskyism), parliamentarism and anti-Stalinism.
The same pattern is observed almost all over the world.
Anti-Stalinism is a particular danger in the communist and labour movement, which we call the Trojan Horse in the communist movement.
We believe that today, creating a Bolshevik Communist International – a Party of Communists of the world is very difficult for us, because:
1. There is no global ruling Communist Party, which would assume the role of a guiding force (as was the Soviet Union)
2. We all do not have the financial base, which is necessary for the creation of the world party (the Communist International maintained by the Soviet Communist Party (VKP (b)),
3. There are no possibilities at the moment to form an educational and political centre, where it could conduct seminars on current topics and to LEARN to fight,
4. There is no operational connection between us,
5. Not every party has the possibility of translation into different languages.
6. Via the Internet we are connected with the American system of monitoring and recording our conversations ...
Fully supporting your valuable initiative, at the same time, we believe that we should begin not with the creation of a World Party of the Communist International, but with a COMIFORM (Communist Information Bureau). The aim is to build bridges between us, the coordination of joint actions in different parts of the world, simultaneous actions in defence of political prisoners, etc.
A COMINTERN will be the next stage of our unification.
Declaring documents should be thoroughly pondered over additionally.

Anti Imperialist Anti Revisionist Comment.
It is good that the Palestinian Communist Party and AUCPB are opposing revisionism. However starting a new Comintern is not the answer. Today every party carries out the revolution and construction independently and creatively without the need for an international centre. Setting up a new Comintern in conditions whereby many divisions and splits have emerged would only worsen them rather than heal them. The Pyongyang Declaration is the way forward for the international communist movement.

TO VETERANS OF THE SOVIET ARMY AND NAVY OF THE 94TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE RED ARMY.
On February 23, 1918 The first units of the Workers 'and Peasants' Red Army (RKKA), established by the decree of Lenin, won a victory at Pskov and Narva over the forces of Imperial Germany.
The Red, the Soviet Army won the glorious victory in the Civil War and military intervention by 14 of the imperialist states against the young Soviet Republic and under the leadership of J.V. STALIN defeated fascism and liberated peoples of Europe from fascist slavery, and nearly half a century after the Great Patriotic War and World War II, together with the forces of the Warsaw Pact countries, provided peace to the world.
After the collapse of the Soviet Union, carried out by the Gorbachevites by the treacherous plans of world imperialism and the destruction of the Soviet Army, the world is increasingly slipping into a dangerous line of the Third World nuclear war, threatening the very existence of human civilization.
Aggressive U.S. imperialism, Israel and NATO, seeing no way out of an increasingly deepening crisis of the world capitalist system, are rushing around the world, carrying out one after the other acts of aggression against peace-loving countries and peoples, waging war for the conquest of nature and natural resources of the planet and free labour force with which to extend their inhuman existence.
To save and share the glorious fighting traditions to the youth about the invincible Soviet Army, to raise the working class, all layers of the working people in the revolutionary struggle for the rebirth of the Soviet Union is the most important patriotic duty to veterans of the Soviet Army and Navy.

CC AUCPB STATEMENT ON 70TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE BIRTH OF THE GREAT LEADER COMRADE KIM JONG IL
EBRUARY 16 MARKS THE 70TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE GREAT LEADER COMRADE KIM JONG IL
This day is a public holiday in the DPRK Unfortunately, the great Kim Jong Il did not live until his 70th birthday.
The DPRK said goodbye to its beloved leader on December 17, 2011. Deep mourning and grief and sincere expression of love of the people for their prematurely deceased great leader spread throughout the country and lasted for more than 10 days. He died on a whilst working, heading to the inspection of one of the remote parts of the army.
But life goes on, no matter how sad it is to think that someone is no longer with us. Today, in the DPRK it was said: "Each of the Koreans, with tears vowed:" General Kim Jong Il is alive forever in our hearts! ".
Twenty years of leadership of the country under the Great Kim Jong Il's DPRK was marked by a powerful thrust forward in all spheres of society. During these years the country has reached a level of highly industrialized nations, and in some areas ahead of some European industrial countries. The past two decades has been to the DPRK unprecedented in the history of the Korean nation, not only a period of a rapid flourishing economy, science and culture, but also of strengthening the strategic power of the state and the armed forces, the creation of nuclear weapons, which, whatever anyone says, put an end to blatant, vile provocation and the constant blackmail from the United States on the implementation of preventive nuclear war against the DPRK.
Kim Jong Il warmly loved the people, shared with them the grief and joy, put his whole soul and tireless energy into the building of a powerful and prosperous state, to improve the welfare of the population. What other country in the world can boast of providing its people with highly skilled universal free medical care, 11 years free universal education, of building a huge and permanent housing stock to the provision of every Korean family free of charge, at public expense, separate comfortable apartments in the cities villages?
Kim Jong Il worked very hard. Diplomatic relations over the past 20 years have been established with an overwhelming majority of the planet. In a hostile imperialist world, diverse permanent provocation for half a century by the United States and its satellites, a brutal 60-year-old economic blockade, DPRK has not flinched, has not broken. On the contrary, it has only intensified. Only the DPRK, has been the only one among all the countries of East and West - both large and small - only a DPRK led by Kim Jong Il - an outstanding thinker and theoretician, consummate talented organizer, a great military leader - DPRK, creating a nuclear shield has not allowed to turn the Korean peninsula into a centre of a nuclear world war. Having developed in depth the Songun idea, rooted in the Juche idea, Kim Jong Il put forward the Songun politics as the main way of doing politics under socialism, which led to the victory of the DPRK on all fronts of the struggle for socialism. Songun politics has given the progressive people of the world a powerful ideological and theoretical weapon that allows a triumphant advance in the cause of socialism in all situations and harsh conditions.
The monolithic formed Korean society, the unity of the Leader, the Party, army and people have become an impregnable stronghold for any aggressor.
Kim Jong Il has opened a new chapter in the unification of Korea. The adoption of the historic Joint Declaration of the North and South, June 15 (2000) and the Declaration of October 4 (2007) marked the beginning of the era of grand unification on June 15, when the realized ideal of "by our nation." Today all the Koreans are full of passionate desire to thoroughly implement the adopted North-South Declaration in any difficult situations and make sure of the independent reunification of the country.
At the initiative of Kim Jong Il in April 1992, "Defending and moving forward the cause of socialism," the Pyongyang Declaration was published which led to a rise in the world socialist and national liberation movements.
And there is no force on earth that could block the path of the Korean people in building a prosperous socialist state united nation.
In Pyongyang, the capital of the DPRK, on the banks of the River Taedong, stands the brightly lit red unquenchable torch of the Juche Idea, crowning a magnificent monumental creation - the world's highest stone tower in the 170 meters, lined with more than 250 slabs of rare and valuable stone, sent by the heads of States, political and public figures, the adherents of the Juche idea of 82 countries of the world (opened in April 1982).

This day is a public holiday in the DPRK Unfortunately, the great Kim Jong Il did not live until his 70th birthday.
The DPRK said goodbye to its beloved leader on December 17, 2011. Deep mourning and grief and sincere expression of love of the people for their prematurely deceased great leader spread throughout the country and lasted for more than 10 days. He died on a whilst working, heading to the inspection of one of the remote parts of the army.
But life goes on, no matter how sad it is to think that someone is no longer with us. Today, in the DPRK it was said: "Each of the Koreans, with tears vowed:" General Kim Jong Il is alive forever in our hearts! ".
Twenty years of leadership of the country under the Great Kim Jong Il's DPRK was marked by a powerful thrust forward in all spheres of society. During these years the country has reached a level of highly industrialized nations, and in some areas ahead of some European industrial countries. The past two decades has been to the DPRK unprecedented in the history of the Korean nation, not only a period of a rapid flourishing economy, science and culture, but also of strengthening the strategic power of the state and the armed forces, the creation of nuclear weapons, which, whatever anyone says, put an end to blatant, vile provocation and the constant blackmail from the United States on the implementation of preventive nuclear war against the DPRK.

“Animal Billionaires” and “Human Animals”
“Animal billionaires” and “human animals" these words cannot be found in any dictionaries. However, these words are commonly used in capitalist countries. Not long ago, ABC reported that an Italian billionaire, who died last year, bequeathed a huge property including cash and real estate worth 130 million US$ to her pet cat “Thomaso.”
What matters now is that such animal billionaires are not a few; they are many in capitalist countries.
Take a German woman's shepherd “Gunti the fourth” for example. He inherited from his master 372 million US$ to become the richest pet dog in the world.
While millions of the jobless and the homeless go about hungry in the streets, these pets, along with their billionaire masters, enjoy all pleasures of life in luxurious mansions.
In capitalist society it is none but money that decides the worth of a man.
Therefore, apart from money, one can hardly speak of any good human relations and virtues. The only thing prevalent over there is social vices. It may be interesting to recall here what an Australian newspaper reported some years ago. Here is what it said.
There is a zoo in the southern part of Australia.
There live four pairs of men and women among some families of chimpanzees and gorillas.
They eat what the animals eat and play with toys as animals do.
A veterinary takes care of their health.
Observing the way of life of “human animals”, a psychologist conducts an intensive research into their animalistic features. Why do they reduce themselves to such a miserable lot? We think there is no explanation about it.
It is a mockery and violation of human dignity and personality.
This is a social vice and the most corrupt way of thinking that it is only the money that can speak.
It is not surprising to recall what a magazine of a capitalist country wrote: “Chita is the fastest animal, elephant is the biggest animal and human is the cleverest animal in land”.
In capitalist countries men with no money are looked down upon, while pet animals raised by big money bags live in wealth and luxury just as their masters.
Despite the loud advertisement of bourgeois politicians that their society is a model of civilization, development, human rights and ethical practice, what they are doing gives a lie to their demagogy.

IACC CONDEMNS THE WAR MANEUVRES OF USA AND SOUTH KOREA
Manik Mukherjee, General Secretary of International Anti-imperialist Coordinating Committee (IACC) has released the following statement :
The United States and its lackey, the South Korean regime, have all along adopted a confrontational attitude towards the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea. They have been militarily threatening the DPRK and have stubbornly resisted the reunification of the people of DPRK and South Korea. The United States is bent on wiping out socialism from the earth and hence it wants to destroy the socialist system in DPRK. They have organized a massive US and South Korean army, navy and air force deployment on the land of South Korea and the surrounding seas to threaten DPRK. At the same time they are resorting to mischievous, false propaganda about DPRK’s nuclear programme and policy. The provocations and instigations of USA and its lackey South Korea are increasing tension in the region and are making the dangers of war very real. This is a great threat to world peace as any war in this region would not only involve DPRK and South Korea but will also have impact on the neighbouring countries such as Japan, China, and Russia. The IACC condemns the manoeuvres of the reactionary regime of South Korea to heighten tension and to scuttle the six-party talks for resolving all the issues between DPRK and South Korea. This is putting a stumbling block in the process of denuclearization of the Korean peninsula and of peaceful reunification of the people of DPRK and South Korea. IACC demands that USA and South Korea must immediately stop their war manoeuvres and resume the six-party talks to maintain peace in the region and bring about reunification of the people of the two Koreas. Along with all the peace-loving people of the world we are in full solidarity with the struggle of DPRK and the Korean people against imperialist machinations and for reunifying the country independently and peacefully.
